Always have trouble with their app working when you need it. Called in to request a code, the operator failed to ask if the vehicle had attachments and provided a code for the wrong type of wash. As a result of their negligence, the wash impacted the attachment and damaged the vehicle. Although autowash admits that the operator provided a wash code that was not compatible for a vehicle with attachments, they admit negligence but deny liability. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes!

Pretty good, I really like the water pressure Washer machine!. does a great Carwash… But I don’t really like have yo be wait for approximately 30 minutes!. Just cause one line always is close!. Can be the Right lane or the Left lane!. It’s understanding 1day!. For whatever maintenance or a repair!. But always one lane CLOSED!!!… so if the machines are the problem!, replace then!. customers deserve a better service! especially if we are paying a monthly membership… otherwise reimburse us for the time We waste waiting! or give place to someone who can manage the business better… TIME IS IMPORTANT TO EVERYONE… and if we don't value our clients, then don't deserved to be valued!

Washed my Tesla via the touchless car wash, easy peasy and she’s a clean beauty again! It was a little pricey but I think the wash was pretty thorough in removing some pretty heavy adventuring.

They’ve taken something simple and made it worse. Autowash used to be quick, convenient, and cash-friendly. Now? Not so much. They’ve removed the coin machine and no longer accept quarters or dollar coins. You’re forced to use a debit or credit card—no exceptions, even for a quick rinse. I was willing to put up with the increased prices. I was even willing to put up with the fact that the vacuums aren’t free. But taking away the ability to use cash? That’s where they lost me.And here’s the kicker: every time you use a card, companies like Visa and Mastercard take a cut—typically 1.5% to 3.5% per swipe. That’s money out of the business’s pocket and into corporate hands. When you use cash, they keep 100%. So this move doesn’t even make much sense for small, local operations long-term.No flexibility. No cash option. No consideration for customers who want a fast, no-hassle, classic experience. Bring back coins. Bring back choice. Until then, I’ll be taking my quarters—and my business—elsewhere. Crazy how a place that washes cars can’t keep it clean when it comes to customer service.

Right side automatic wash undercarriage wash only barely sprayed water up left side with no pressure. Right side completely missing. Auto wash mechanics on site working on left wash but both were open even though this side was not working fully. Seem to see a lot of techs at these washes constantly closing the automatic washes but some aren't working fully lately.

Easy to use, great wash with no brushes or bristles that actually touch the car. Would recommend to anyone with a new car!

Don’t come to this car wash. The foam brush scratched my car, the vacuums are run by an app for payment only not even strong enough to lift basic pet hair, and the power sprayers did a terrible job even after 15mins. Very upset about the scratches to my vehicle!

I need touchless washes and this place is on my way to so many places. I've been using this location since before it was Autowash and honestly, nothing about the changeover a couple years ago feels like an improvement. I pay as I go, I don't want a membership. The auto wash takes like 4x as long as the old volcano wash used to take, if the bays are even operational. The self-wash bays are touch screen and not very responsive, esp when wet. And why the heck do I need an app to use a vacuum? Tap-to-pay and CC readers are a thing if you must be cashless but why only an app?? I don't think you can even use the vacuums if you don't have a membership, I got the dang app and watched the video and had no "Vacuum" option on my screen. I can only assume it's bc I don't have a membership? I'm not even *that* old and crotchety but since Autowash took over everything feels annoying and much more of a hassle than previous wash brands. I'll drive out of my way to the new place in Timnath after consistently leaving this location feeling irritated. Car washes should be simple.

This used to be my go to spot, but now I'm going to have to look for a new spot. The past 3 or 4 times I've been there, half of the options for the car wash say they're "out of order" (foam gun, for example). If this gets fixed, I'll change my review, but it's quite frustrating because this is not a cheap car wash bay. Edit: Revised to 4 stars. Seems to be more consistent now.

Superior Plus ($22) does not actually rinse off all the soap and does not dry. Undercarriage wash is very short, only gets about half the car before it shuts off. Drying leaves lots of water on car as seen in photos, including inability to blow off the soap that was also not rinsed.

Love Autowash and go weekly to wash my car. However, this location's automatic wash is always broken. 90% of the time the undercarriage and tire high pressure spray does not work and with winter coming up, that's crucial to maintaining your vehicle. I would stick to the location on JFK if you want a thorough wash.

Wash seemed thorough initially, but when I stopped to vacuum the interior and looked around the vehicle, there still seemed to be areas where the washer didn’t get at all. The spotless dry also does not work. The dryer did not seem powerful in the least bit to dry any part of the vehicle.

I pay for a subscription and 90% of the time I go the soap in the self serve bays doesn’t work and neither does the foam cannon. Recommend subscriptions elsewhere unless you like paying to rinse your car with water monthly.

Good quick wash. Able to purchase beforehand and have the barcode scanned on the app. I like that they removed the tracks you have to drive up on as I got stuck in the bay once with those. If there was a wait time queue indicator on the app, that'd be awesome but I'm pretty happy with the wash, the customer service and the app.

Best value for the buck. Been using the original locations in Golden and Arvada years before they became Autowash. Very pleased with the finish and extra vacuum time.

I pay for a subscription and have not had a complete car wash in the last few months. The wash always has a malfunction. The car wash use to be good. It seems like Auto Wash just quit caring

Clean and well lit. Wash stalls do not accept coins or bills You download an app. I don't care for that. A carwash is a hit and quit situation. It doesn't need to track my location. It doesn't need to message me at 3am reminding me I haven't cleaned up those three Skittles I dropped yesterday in traffic. Go home Autowash, ya drunk!

Soap issues. We went to wash my husband’s car and the soap leaked onto his hands, completely dyeing them blue—like ink. We were on our way to a meeting and now his hands are stained blue from the soap. It’s ridiculous that the soap is so strong and filled with so much dye that it tints skin this severely. The reason it got all over his hands is because there is a spring inside the scrubber, which makes it very inefficient and difficult to use properly. The equipment design directly caused this issue. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. We will not be returning.

Generally, like the carwash, but recommend avoiding their subscriptions since they make cancelling harder than it should be. Tried out the subscription since they had their Black Friday deal but didn't want to pay $60/month after that. Have to text or call and they make it 20 questions rather than a one click cancel within the app.
