This is a review for this location only, I am currently a member with autowash and use my membership frequently, but unfortunately with this location I've noticed that it leaves big water spots on my vehicle, now I've gone at least 2 times a week for over a month and keep getting the same results, tried both of their bays as well. The autowash in Westminster works flawlessly and no water spots and dries my vehicle better. I was considering canceling my membership because I didn't think there was one near where I moved, but then found the Riverdale one. Hopefully this will get fix, otherwise there is no point on continuing my membership if my vehicle doesn't look clean. Love the company, but not willing to drive far just to wash my car.

Update- I have been to this car wash several times now and reviews continue to be great. The owner was there and said he noticed me as a repeat customer and treated me to a free car wash as a thank you for the business. The Car Wash is under new ownership and now has Hot water and lots of soap. I have used the Automatic Drive Thru and the Self Wash. Greatly improved with the new owners!

Anytime visiting this location the automatic wash bays are either down or barely working. Can always count on at least one bay being closed, and a long line for the open barely working bay.

I've tried coming here 4 times in the past week and only once was a bay even open. After waiting 20 minutes and no one ahead of me was even able to enter I assumed it was broken, too.

I've used many Autowash around the city as I travel a lot. Im used to them not drying all the way. But this one was the only one that didn't actually clean my car. I read the reviews prior to going but wanted to give it a shot. I wish I listened to the reviews. Save yourself the headache and just go to Skylake in Henderson.

Well what can I say. I paid 14$ for the supreme or "best" car wash.... You tell me, how does she look? Was it a supreme job?. How many times can I go thru? Lol.

UPDATED from 2 stars to 4: they’ve improved the consistency of the bays being opened, refinished the asphalt, and have someone there often that’s cleaning. Worth the price and the staff are very friendly. Original post: The membership for self-service bay is amazing. Unfortunately this location always has issues with something. Currently 1 self-service bay is closed and 1 (of the 2) automatic car washes is not working. Other than this location (other locations are usually better) having closed lanes, the price and customer service lines are very good.

Honestly probably coming to the end of my relationship with Autowash. The driers used to be bad but now they literally don’t do anything. The undercarriage rinse doesn’t work. Every time I’m done a wash there’s some kind of film on my truck. Same thing is happening at this location and the Northfield location as well.

Would have been five stars but it charged me twice for the vacuum when I only use it once simply because I was a little bit outside of the car wash at the fragrance one but I'm impressed the other self washes I used don't even get my car nowhere near looking the way it does now as long as they keep up maintenance and upkeep I think it's going to be great

QUIT THE MESSAGES ON APP TO WASH CAR AFTER SNOW WHEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOONE CAN AT YOUR LOCATIONS ALWAYS OUT OF WATER AND CHEMICALS MAKES THIS PLACE THAT MUCH MORE OF A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY FOR YOUR LAMBORGHINI AS MAG CHLORIDE EATS YOUR CUSTOMERS CARS ON 35 DEGREE DAYS As always never a worthwhile update from calling the rep said oh well its cold out and i reminded him when cold its closed like yesterday and now its 35 degreed these monwy only people dont care about the consumer on going issues they are aweful and next posting on BBB BABY visit with no water or chemicals still a joke of wasted money on this app feb 13th, 2025 Sometime in august 2024Always out of produ t and they let homeless live in the bays then tell customers its our problem to deal with I recommend cobblestone

Overall the Autowash Franchises do a great job of keeping things in operation to their entirety. Occasionally you'll run into bays that are shutdown until fixed or half a car wash due to soap being empty.

$60 dollars a month and ONLY 2 out of 7 Bays OPEN 😁 this car wash is a JOKE do NOT waste your money here unless your willing to give 1-2 hours of your life every time you want to get a wash, or your money away for free since 90% of us don’t got time to be wasting.

Touchscreens are terrible, won't end the wash when you want, just keeps running so they can charge more. Rip off!

I am extremely pissed off with this location and their customer service team. Ive had nothing but issues with their vacuums,shampooer and scents machines. Last time they did give me my money back. Last night I tried to use their shampooer/spot remover, first time took my dollar. Second time took it again. Third time. (We are now three dollars in) Took it but then the shampooer didn't even take. So I had to use my own carpet cleaner I spent well over 5 dollars on. Spent another dollar to use the vaccume to suck MY own cleaner up with. Then moved to the scent machine. Tried to scan that. Took my dollar. And then beeped. And didn't go off at all. Not even the vaccume side. When I finally had enough and spent 5.50$ and didn't get anything but the spot vaccume for one minute. Left a complaint on their "text line" and all they did was send me 50 clean credits which doesn't even make up for the five dollars I lost and had to use my entire can of cleaner that was over 5 dollars itself. I'm extremely pissed.

The best car wash and customer service around. Zoë amazed me on her phenomenal help and I can’t recommend her or Autowash enough. Touchless car wash is the only thing I trust on my cars and Autowash never fails.

Automatic wash has been out of service for four days in a row now as a monthly member for four years this is very disappointing because the service is downgrading more and more even the new locations machines doesn’t dry well the only location they really take care of is Northfield and you have to wait huge lines cause is the only one pretty much working… maybe is just my luck 2/28/25 still closed/notworking

Earlier today, I left a review about the Northfield location, mentioning that two of their three automatic bays were either closed or broken. Upon visiting this location, I was surprised to find that only one automatic bay was open, and there was a long line in the self-service bays. After visiting two separate locations with only one automatic bay open and long lines, I have decided to avoid this company until something drastically changes.

Definitely considering canceling my membership I pay 62$ a month for three vehicles personal, company have had it over a year now the Autowash on 88th and Colorado I use for the convenience of it being down the street from my home. the Drive thru car washes are always down Bay 1 & 2 resulting in long lines in self serve bays. To top that 3 self serve bays are open an there is 4. really come on auto wash for the price you ask from your customers you should at least fix your equipment im starting to notice a trend of this at every auto wash location at this point I might as well move back to quarters…….

This location is a complete joke. I rarely see both automatic wash bays working. It is usually just one or both are broken. I chose Autowash for the convenience of this location. It is not convenient at all! Seems like you guys are just content with collecting the monthly fee…..and doing nothing else. I am getting close to canceling this membership.
