This place is a total pain in the butt. Had to download their app and sign up just to use the vacuum that's a dollar and I had to pay $1.00 twice because the time is very short. I Don't understand why if they're going to go through all that they just don't charge me for the time I use like they do with the car wash which I didn't need the app for. I will never go back there.

Been to both the JFK and the Manhatten locations trying to get the car washed. Manhatten location had both bays closed 2 days ago... today it has 2 open and it's a 40 minute wait. It's amazing these guys can take your money with a straight face. I am failing to see any convenience or ease of use here. I am not interested in their excuses. Not anymore.

This location is so much better than the JFK location. At least the bays were functional unlike JFK which is constantly broke down, one or both bays down way to often. Very seriously considering moving my business elsewhere.

They have a pet shower and bathing area for your dog. They have drive-in automatic car washes and they also have drive-thru washes you do yourself. They offer vacuums, soap with scrubbers, power sprayers, air for tires.They have a change machine. They offer monthly rates and plans for a car wash. The grounds are well kept and safe with surveillance.

Ran through today because my car was dirty from recent rains. A whopping $18 later, my car doesn’t look any better than it did before the car wash. Extremely disappointing.

Decent car wash. They have all the normal car wash amenities: self service wash with multiple different settings selections from high pressure wash and rinse to scrub brush, spot free rinse, wax and blow dryer. They also have the auto wash option. I prefer Autowash over all the others specifically because of the new customer free credits, nice little incentive. i will be recommending to everyone I know.

No pricing posted for self wash. Doesn't take cash. Doesn't tell you how much it's charging you as you go. 15min self wash cost me about $18. Will be looking for a cheaper place to go.

Haven’t been here for a while and decided to give it another go. Bay #2 (right side) left soap marks on my car and barely had any pressure. I’m not sure it was working. It definitely doesn’t dry very good. This is a $24 car wash? I don’t think so.

UPDATE: Over a month later they finally fixed the left bay..... Now the right bay is broken. I don't know what I was thinking coming back here. My own stupidity I guess 😔. 2nd bay at this location has been down for weeks and the line has been down the road. Won't be coming back to this wash. I would expect some level of maintenance and repairs to be performed if you expect people to visit any of your locations.

I’d give the self service wash 4 stars- the touch screen was kind of a pain to use if you wanted to skip certain options, but worked fine otherwise. I like that it takes tap to pay The vacuums get 1 star since I couldn’t even use it. It not only requires you to download an app, but also set up an account. Even after that, the app didn’t have an option to pay for the vacuum so I just ended up leaving and deleting the worthless app. It’s way too much effort just to vacuum your car.

Such an amazing service especially when you consider it's a fully self service car wash. First I want to say a huge thank you to Ari! I earned a $25 credit but had an issue and it went away. So I went ahead and text support then went ahead with my wash. Little did I know that Ari would be back in touch with me while my car was being washed! She got me refunded for my wash and was so sweet. Also the app made things super easy and the vacuums worked great. My car looks great inside and out. Will definitely return!

I like the idea of this carwash entirely. The monthly subscription is handy for sure. However - there is ALWAYS a broken down bay that isn't functional. The wait times are upwards of 1-2 hours during the weekend because of it. And often the automatic stall that is "working" has a missing function or is out of a fluid or something. The dryer feature is terrible. It only blows from the top down and does not dry the sides of the vehicle. It's just getting old dealing with these issues happening now for years on end. It's always something. Please work on resolving this issues.

I’ve been a paying member at AutoWash, but lately, it’s been disappointing. They completely removed the dog wash stations instead of fixing them. On top of that, every time I come for a car wash, at least one automatic bay is always out of order. The long lines mean members like me, who already pay, don’t get the service we’re promised. It’s frustrating to wait so long for something that should be simple and consistent.
