Always something broken or simply not functioning. One time their entire system was down so nothing worked. Another time there was no soap. Often, at least half of the vacuums don’t work. Oh, and they did not purchase the right equipment so if it’s below 20° the whole place is shut down. I’ve called the customer service number several times and they will argue with me that everything is functioning properly, even though I am standing in the bay and nothing’s working. They always offer excuses, but never solutions. Edit: I live in the mountains and wash my car when it’s -15. You pick the wrong equipment but once again you’re always the victim.

I love this car wash.It is super local and I really love that. Super high quality. It's always very clean and everything works properly. I really need the vacuums after my kids decide to have their own party every week 🤣. I am really obsessed with my vehicle.So having the service really makes my life a little easier. Thanks Autowash 😊

The entire process was way too time-consuming, the app was extremely buggy, and the vacuum didn’t even work. On top of that, the tire shine station was empty, which just wasted more of my time. I spent around 45 minutes sitting in the car wash trying to figure things out, which is honestly ridiculous for something that’s supposed to be quick and convenient. Alsp, they dont have any towels and need to purchase. I only canceled my Cobblestone membership because AutoWash offered a good promotion, but this experience makes it clear that was a mistake. Looks like I’ll be going back to Cobblestone - at least things actually work there.

Trash car wash. Everything requires a membership/downloading the app. Vacuums weak and it took us 10 minutes to download the app to vacuum. Trash all over the place. No one is maintaining.

So far A little under an hour I've been here first I was waiting in line for the automatic car wash paid for my car wash and looked at the screen and it said it was closed not sure yet if the charge is going to go through I called the number and they gave me a free wash and I went to a different Bay. Okay cool there was still soap and water on my truck after my now upgraded premium car wash code. Finally get through the car wash that's just taking so so so so so so so so so so so so so long to do and the free vacuums are closed ( this is a brand new car wash why are they closed) should I go to the paid vacuums and spend another 10 minutes downloading an app so they can send me notifications I don't want. I won't be back here. There is no way. This is wasted so much time of my day it's unbelievable how much of my day has been wasted I'm not even going to be able to make it to Costco that's how much time this is wasted. Yes I am mad.

Spent $25 on the premium car wash option and after drying the car with white cloth it turned so dirty. Do not waste your money at this place. Find another car wash.

Awesome car wash, I especially like the touch-less feature, now with any car wash it may be out of one of the soaps, or the contour dryer isn't working, however, if you call AutoWash they have always given me another car wash for a later time. Have never had a problem with them to date and Ive used them for 3+ years now. 🤙🏻

This car wash used to be great but the last few times I have been there it’s been lacking. The dryer in the auto wash has not been working for some time and this last weekend the vacuums were not functioning. It is expensive to not get all the features you pay for.

Love this local car wash. Usually no wait as there are three automatic bays. Being open 24/7 when I'm driving home from work overnight is great. I've let management know that sometimes people do trash the parking lot and they have overflowing trash cans at the vacuums. The vacuum handles sometimes fall off and the suction is weak on some of the vacuums but it's whatever. You can't complain when you're paying 40 bucks a month for unlimited washes. Still five stars. I've experienced a few times (someone stuck in the bay in front of me, etc) or the machine went to suddenly Out of Order but all you have to do is call or text them and they are very responsive. They obviously care

This is my favorite car wash! It's brand new so not many people know about it yet, so I'm able to get in and out without waiting forever like most places! I love that it's open 24/7 so I can go late at night or early am, whenever I want. That's the greatest perk about going here!

All is good, they just needed to dig a drain in front of the car wash itself so there is no water going all the way to the vacuum stations. Update to your reply: Maybe put a drain in front and connect it with other water drainage and recycle it. Just my 2 cents 😉👍

The automatic car wash machines are extremely over priced. The manual bays are good and fairly priced. I do not like how you have to activate the vacuums, it's extremely annoying. Other than that, decent place to wash your car.

Offers the best touchless wash system I’ve ever used and I like the membership. My only issue has been that probably 95% of the time I visit, at least one of the three automatic wash bays is out of service. Never the same one either. I don’t understand how this happens so frequently. If they have to be temporarily closed they could at least put a traffic cone up, but currently all it is is a closed image on the screen so you have to back all the way out to go to another bay.

The auto wash was good, but if there’s not a bay available with each wash seeming like it’s around ~7 minutes, the wait could be significant. In addition, the vacuum is not free after paying $18 for a wash, and in order to pay, you have to download an app. Come on, what kind of business model is that?

I hadn't washed my car in months.I took it through there, and it was so sparkly and nice.The only downside is, it does not dry very well so you probably will end up having to dry your car yourself. It was fast convenient, and it doesn't leave scratches in your paint.

Update: I use this carwash often. I really like the high pressure under carriage wash. I like how this carwash cleans under my truck. Update: so customer service to me is very important. And, today I received a call from Autowash. She wanted to make sure that I was happy with the service. I've never had any problem while using their car washes, but them calling impressed me. Update2: I brought my truck here again. What I like most is the high pressure undercarriage wash.

AutoWash has become extremely frustrating to use lately because two out of the three bays have been offline for over a week with no signs of repair. This leaves only one bay operating, which causes long lines almost every time I visit. What should be a quick car wash turns into a long wait and wasted time. There is no clear communication, signage, or updates explaining when the bays will be fixed. It feels like basic maintenance and customer experience are being ignored. The constant congestion makes the facility inconvenient and unreliable. I’ve driven out of my way expecting availability, only to find a backed-up line again. For a paid service, this level of downtime is unacceptable. If the equipment can’t be maintained properly, customers deserve transparency and faster repairs. Until this is addressed, I can’t recommend AutoWash and will likely look for other options.
