I like using the self service wash because my roof rack and antenna get in the way for auto wash. If I'm fast I get the whole car done for half the price of a premium auto wash.

If you like busy and confusing, this place is for you. I tried a monthly plan and after my 4th attempt at washing my vehicle for the 1st time, I gave up. The staff at corporate (a phone call to cancel my plan was required) were apologetic and friendly.

Car wash works great and is touchless so it does not scratch my vehicles. I also am able to regularly use the dog wash all within my monthly membership, which is priced better than any other others out there in the metro area.

Consistently broken wash bays. I’m not going to wait an hour and 20 minutes to wash my car three different locations. I’ve gone to today with extremely long lines and broken beige. Maybe it’s time to get a new service provider because cobblestone never had breakdowns like this and I should start sending you bills For having to use another car wash. It’s absurd. You have to wait up to 120 minutes to wash your car and this isn’t a new thing this happens at multiple locations consistently.

I have been a member for over a year and the main reason I gave it 3-stars is because when the automatic bays are working I have no complaints with the service, however this is a rare occasion as most of the time only 1 bay is functional and you have the infamous orange cones blocking the bay entrance. This results in longer lines and wait times- and time you don't get back. You can see routine maintenance or maybe is repairs being conducted as you wait, but not sure the "routine maintenance" is giving positive outcomes. Also, in order to get a decent undercarriage power wash on larger vehicles (e.g. pickup truck) you have to pay for extra time, if only a few more seconds are given to complete the service in the first allotted time.

Got a membership for $19.99. The result is acceptable for the touch-less car wash. It is in very nice clean area that by the gas station. They also have vacuum, self cleaning bays, dog wash etc. Vacuum has also air. This car wash is the closest one to my house. They have an app that creates a wash code every time when you are close enough to location that generates code when you use the car wash. When the weather is very cold they close the self cleaning bays. I didn’t try the touch-less washes at that time. Have no info if they also closed. Touch-less wash has 3 options ( essential - superior - incredible ) Memberships starts : $19.99 basic wash plan has essential wash, $39.99 classic wash plan has superior wash, $49.99 incredible wash. They all have free vacuum access.

I've been a customer at Fox Hill Autowash for a couple of years. I use the touchless "Incredible Wash" w/Graphene and it never disappoints. It provides a good undercarriage wash and a great multi-cycle overall vehicle wash. I'd highly recommend.

This car wash needs much better service. The car washes are often out of service, leaving only one running. Just got my car washed and the machine ran out of water and left soap all over my car because it was the only one running in the whole place. Not even the self service wash was functioning.

I visited the dog wash and found it very convenient and useful but once I put my money in the machine I found out the blow dryer was not working on the machine I used and I was a very cold day I was stuck using my own shirt maybe a warning message or something like that would be best. I am wondering if my puppy will be willing to go there again im sure she will unless that happens again. Overall nice location good prices just needed maintenance. Maybe a one off but bad first experience for me and the pup

When the wash is working as intended, it’s a great wash. Seems many times maintenance isn’t always up to standard so a bay or two may be closed which is unfortunate. Keeping them working consistently would garner a 5 star review, but it’s consistently between 3-5 typically depending on the day.

It’s your average car wash. Automatic bays and four manual bays. It does a good job washing the car. I’m marking it down because of the dog wash. Every time I come, something is broken. For the last month, one of the dog bins has been broken, leaving only one bin for everybody who wants to wash their dog. Therefore, it’s always out of shampoo and always out of conditioner unless you’re the first person there at 4 AM in the morning they either need to fix their stuff, or come in the afternoon and refill.

The car wash works great, and it is nice because it's the only auto-wash around (I know of) that I can use with the camper on the back of my truck. However, I haven't been able to get a wash for two or three weeks now because 2 of their auto-wash bays have been closed, and every time I go, there's 4 or 5 cars in line (this is easily a 30-40 minute wait just to get into the wash, btw). Not going to spend that much time waiting in line just for a car wash, and the manual wash bays have been full too. This location needs to get those 2 other auto bays open, ASAP. This would've easily been a five-star rating if they could just keep all the auto wash bays open.

So I just joined the car wash, and: * vacuum station, is broken. There is no hose. * only mat cleaner for carpet works. Fix it for the rest of us, please. (the regular mat cleaner is broken and has been for years. I was hoping this place would fix it) The car wash seems very good, but I don’t see any improvements that they’ve done since they took over. It just seems like they changed the sign on the building. I will keep watching. There’s another place just down the road, if I don’t see improvements, I guess I’ll have to go there.

AutoWash often feels very busy, and there is usually a long line with a noticeable wait time. Although there are three automatic wash lanes, most of the time only one lane is open while the others are marked as under maintenance. This seems to happen quite frequently, so the waiting line builds up quickly. If more lanes were open, the process would likely be much faster and more convenient for customers.
