came to for a wash after traveling out of town and has bugs on my front bumper and windshield of the car. Paid for the most expensive wash $14 thinking its going to be worth it. Nope I was wrong. Bugs were still there and seems like it nothing was done. There was still an oily black stain on my tire rims. I notified the owner and he said he’ll get someone to come with the bug remover spray and NO ONE came out so I spent 15+ mins scrapping and wiping the bugs remains off my bumper and windshield. I should’ve went to surf thru carwash and waited in the long line and got better results. I will not be spending my money here no more.

Still waiting for the owner to call me back. I didn't want to do this but you said two hours, even if you had called at closing I would have been okay. My wiper got broke off at this place, I notified an employee as soon as I got out. I heard it snap, I thought it had just bent backwards. I just want it fixed. One month later still no call. I could see that he was not real worried about it. I will just fix it myself but not returning a call like he said he would is just bad business. I was considering taking my work truck there, not anymore.

Everyone who works there is SO nice, and they got my car cleaner at the $6 level than the most expensive level at a very popular franchise in Fresno. They have vacuums, too, for a complete clean!! I love this place.

I am a regular customer that has came to this location for 1yr now. The owner and his wife harasses their customers into paying more money for a basic car wash they provide to all anyway. After so many tries of getting me to pay more in cost, the owner decided charge my CC the higher cost ANYWAY instead of the $7 wash I always come to get. He then places blame on me saying I told him to charge me the higher cost which He knows that was not true. To anyone reading this, BEWARE! If you become a frequent customer here, they will eventually charge your CC WHATEVER THEY WANT then wrap the receipts around the CC to hide what they actually charged you with their backs turned from you. Shame on them! I’ll never come back again.

My car left the car wash with pin stripes due to them not cleaning the machine’s brush which had sand and dirt from the previous cars. The personnel isn’t careful when they brush your car manually prior to entering the Carwash. To make it worse, the roof brush scrapped the paint from my hood all the way to the trunk. Owner said it isn’t his responsibility. My car is brand new and now ruined. I canceled the monthly service in August and they are still charging me until now. The owner told me he canceled the subscription but my bank shows different. He kept saying it will be back in my account and it’s been 4 months yet nothing.

Great drive through car wash! Seems like they recently opened as I found them on Google Maps with no reviews yet. I'm happy to be the first. The car wash equipment seemed very new and some cool new technology I hadn't seen before, like a rotating wheel scrubber and the spinning drying thing at the end looked like it was made of 1000 yards of real chamois materials. I will be back to this car wash.

Car wash was great. Car looked clean and shiny after getting really dusty and dirty at the mechanics. It looked beautiful again. People were nice, friendly, and smiling while washing and drying the car. Got the deluxe wash for $9. Good price for good wash and dry.

Reasonable prices. Service is usually good. Would've given 5 stars if another car that was being cleaned didn't have their music annoyingly loud it sounded like their car was going to fall apart from too much bass and the driver smoking pot in front of my car the entire time I was there. (I had my kid in the car.)The owner did absolutely nothing which is disappointing. As a courtesy to other customers those behaviors should be limited while at the establishment (just a suggestion).

Very friendly from the owner, who clearly takes pride in his business as well as knowing the customer is satisfied with the car wash. The employees were also friendly and working diligently to ensure the same service as the owner. Once the car was washed dry no spotting was found. Also the machines worked properly along with the vacuums. I would return and recommend to friends Above and beyond expectations of what carwash normally is

I recently visited Auto shine Express car wash On Blackstone, (right next to the Smith auto) and had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying for the most expensive car wash package, the service was far from satisfactory. The manager, who wears a Hindi head covering, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only did he fail to address my concerns, but he also shut off the vacuum on purpose after just 10 minutes, even though I was well within the 15-minute limit, To make matters worse, he looked at me and laughed, and I’m a 19 year old girl.. which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Additionally, the employees were very nice but I noticed the Manager with the Hindi head cap did not allowed to assist with cleaning or provide rags in front of me, which is unacceptable given the high cost of the service. Overall, I felt mistreated and would not recommend this car wash to anyone only because the manager is horrible.

Very dishonest people. They charge you more than other places and don’t do anything. I just did wax and buff and the guy started doing it and told me 110 dollars and after five minutes owner son said he doesn’t know how to do it and someone’s will come and the price is around 200 dollars but after doing all the stuff lines were still visible everywhere and he charged me 250 . Please don’t go to this place unless you wanna waste money.

DONT DO HERE!!! JUST GO TO RED CARPET!! The typical bait and switch!! Has a big yellow sign out front advertising $5 carwash till you get to pay and it's actually $7. They guy tells me it's only on Tuesdays!!! Of course small print see pictures... So sad they have to lie / trick people to get business...and the old equipment results in a poor carwash

I don't know what's happening to this place. But only about a third of the vacuums we're working and even when they did they didn't work very well. Just wanted a basic car wash. I've probably been here 20 times or more. My car looks like it hasn't been cleaned. The windows still have stuff on them. Horrible. I don't know what happened with this place. The people that work here don't seem to care and I think one of them was the owner. Last time. I'm not coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $15 for a deluxe car wash and received the worst job ever! Only upside is the vacuums (that don't all work) are free. I have been here a few times before with successful washes, although I will not be returning! Very disappointed!!!

Do not go here the my SUV didn’t wash right and I ask for a rewash and I’m assuming the owner he said he don’t do rewash or refunds so I told 2 people that were in his line not to get it washed there and told me to leave because he was going to call the cops and their cars were not wash he did rewash their because they were men and yes it was only $8 but if you look at the pictures you would be mad to.
