This place is the worst! I ask them to 'flush' the coolant - 3x! And the manager told me sure they'll take care of it for $35, a full flush. Then I come back, the guy drain it. The worth part of it is that while the guy doing the job on my car , he's repairing another car in the back at the same time, when I ask him why he just drain it, he told me 'talk to the manager'. I waited over 2hrs for my car. Then the receptionist told me $45+ tax for the job, which is different than what the manager said. I told her the manager say $35, and she got defensive. I didn't want to bother with it and pay up then left. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this place for anything!

This is hands down the best place in Brooklyn for automotive work. Me and my family are their loyal customers for many years now. Everybody there are very honest and they know what they are doing. Manager Tony is always very friendly, courteous and professional. Love seeing him there. So this is the only place I trust and will never take my car anywhere else!

This place is horrible. Do not come here! Waited over 3 hours just to get a tiny tire hole repaired and then waited time waiting again when we had to get our ABS sensor fix and they said they didn’t have the system to do that, so why did we had to wait so long just to have that communicated to us, the repair guy come and go off to fix other cars. There’s no organization here. Standing in line doesn’t mean you will be taken care of in that order which is messed up and makes no sense. They need to hire a new manager and stop having diff repair people come in and out and our guy kept disappearing and fixing other cars while we had to wait so long. Also we noticed other people that just came get their repair first which wasn’t fair. They also charge to check every little thing , and nothing was permanently fixed at the end. Had to go back multiple time to get the same thing fix again and kept getting charged for something they couldn’t fix.... ridiculous !!!!

The new management is absolutely horrible. They have been scamming me all along. Usually, a mechanic will call you, let you know what the issue is and confirm with you that you are comfortable with them proceeding. No one called. I was told to come in and had to spend 425 dollars, money that I did not confirm. Then the air conditioner wasn't working (they messed with it), so I'm still waiting for my car. It's been 5 days. No car and I paid. Stay away. If they don't mess with my car , I'll erase this review. Otherwise, I'll write more about my experience. And I WILL name names. Fix my car that YOU broke and I'll erase this review. Believe the other reviews. They purposely break things or take out car parts so that you will come back and they can charge you again for a "new" issue with your car.

Stay away from this place. Went for an inspection... They literally looked for anything they could to replace in order to "pass inspection". SHADY SHADY SHADY

These pictures are after the supposedly SUPER full service cleaning, I specifically ask to pay attention to the area around the shift stick, but they did a terrible job.

Today I paid for Full Service but they refused to wash the third row, they told me to pay an extra 5 dollars. Although I usually pay 5 dollars less, and they wash the inside poorly, I think there is no point in overpaying for washing the inside, it is better to go to a normal car wash and wash, if you wash here then only the outside

Can I give zero stars? I visited the shop last week for an oil change, filter replacement, and a tire patch. While they completed the tasks, they once again neglected to refill the windshield washer fluid--a service they usually provide for free. I brushed it off as a minor inconvenience. Today, however, I was greeted with the dreaded low tire pressure warning for the very tire they had patched. Upon inspection, I discovered a nail lodged in the tire. When I returned to the shop, I pointed out that this issue should have been addressed during the initial service. Chris, the manager, insisted that the nail was new and couldn't have been present during the first visit. His certainty about the nail's timeline was baffling, especially as he refused to waive the $19.99 fee for the repair. I argued that this wasn't the first time their work had been subpar, suggesting that the mechanic might have simply missed the nail initially. Chris was adamant and demanded payment. Frustrated, I called him a name, which led to an unprofessional challenge from him: come back after hours to settle the matter "like men." At 40 years old, I'm not interested in squabbling over a $19.99 repair. I paid the fee, but this experience has soured me completely. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, bringing my Sonata and CR-V here for service. If the manager is reading this, please review the records of my past visits. I will not be returning. Your failure to stand behind your service has lost you a long-time customer.

This place deserves 0 star. For a full size suv, I paid $35 & it was the worse $35 I ever spend. After heavy rain, I decided to get full service & it was the worst services ever. The wash didn’t even clean the car & the towel they were using to wipe wasn’t then clean towel. I had to ask the guy 2x to wipe but they didn’t even clean. Please save your money & go somewhere else.

I wanted to give it 0 stars but the only way I could comment is to give it one star none the less this place destroyed my Audi I was leaking anti freeze I brought it over to add fluid to make it to the dealer by the time I got to my dealer my car was violently shaking the dealer told me someone was screwing with my car. I ended up blowing my gasket they charge me 65.00 to add fluid when the it cost 12.00 and told me they added on a service fee…DO NOT GO HERE NOT EVEN FOR A AIR FRESHENER

It used to be one of my favorite car wash in Brooklyn. I always recommended friends and family to go there. But after last few washes I totally stopped going there. It still doesn’t deserve even 1 star. It’s waste of money to go there.

I needed an inspection done on my car. I call up this place and they tell me to come anytime early the next day. So that's exactly what I do, and they tell me it's a 2 hour wait. A 2 HOUR WAIT. Can you believe this? They clearly could not care less about me or their reputation as I had to literally convince one of the employees to help me out. After about 45 min, they finally started the work and I was out of there in a little under 2 hours for a job that should've taken 10 min. NEVER NEVER GO HERE. Go to Major Tire on 2489 McDonald Ave and ask for Nikolai.

Extremely overpriced. Tall mechanic you drop your car off will take advantage of you, add extra charges you never agreed to and make the fix seem like more than it actually is. Guy threw some leaves on my air filter and told me it was dirty lol

I have been using this car wash for about 20 years and have always been understanding about the gradual increase in prices. For the last two years, I have been consistently paying the same price for washing my crossover. Today, however, they suddenly charged me as for an SUV - $5 more. I asked the employees, including the manager, but I never received a clear explanation of the reason. This was especially disappointing, given my loyalty: I always left tips for the guys for their work. If the changes in rates were honestly announced in advance, there would be no questions. But when there is an unclear change in conditions without warning, this is already perceived as a deception. Unfortunately, I have to look for another car service that respects customers.

I needed to pass a DMV inspection. When I arrived at this center, they told me that my rear brake pads were at 10% and that they could not perform the DMV inspection because of that. They offered to replace the rear brake pads for $165. When I agreed and they removed the rear brake pads, it was obvious that there was far more than 10% of pad life left — much, much more. In effect, I was forced to replace the brake pads in order to pass the DMV inspection. Keep this in mind if you decide to come here.

They fool drivers. Last week just finished full oil and fluid check service including car wash cost $75 at other place. My hubby told them he just did oil exchange last week. They told my hubby that it's different and need to exchange engin transmission fluid cost $95 and break fluid cost $69.95 to pass inspection. And they drive car to the place that driver can't get in. Didn't know if they really do the work. Total cost $243. Then my hubby found that last week full service checklist, the fluid/oil are all checked full/added or replaced.
