Typical of practicality every visit I’ve made to Autobell, I drive away with something short of a complete clean. Today my front floormats weren’t wiped down, and there were small grease spots smeared in the drivers door frame. It has become an absolute requirement to go behind your interior wipe-down crew to inspect their work, or make another trip to Autobell for corrections. Either choice is an inconvenience.

Nothing to brag about had to get them to go back over the front of my truck and the windshield bugs were still on it. Windows are never clean so I have just grown to expect that, other than that it was ok.

The car wash tore off my side mirror and I filed a claim. The store manager stated that since there was a previous chip in the mirror the store was not liable. My mirror is hanging there, and it wasn't before. I did not damage it, their automated machine did. They should have at least warned me or had me tape it in place. The manager was apologetic but that doesn't excuse the fact that I now have to pay hundreds to have something replaced that they completely broke off.

Awful customer service on 8/17/25. The employee didn't greet me, thank me. When I pulled up he stood there and just looked at me. It was obvious he didn't want to be there. I normally get good customer service at this location, otherwise I would have left. I will be forwarding my complaint to management.

I am very disappointed with the poor job your staff has done cleaning my cars. They never vacuum trash on the side of and under my front car seats without charging extra.They also do a horrible job vacuuming out my cars. Monday morning the employees working were top tier! They greeted me with a smile. Helped me pick a service. Upsold tire gloss and did the entire process without making me feel like an inconvenience! I wish the world had more employees like this. Great job to the hiring manager at this location! Oh the wash was good too but I’ll be back for the customer service!

I have the app which makes it easier to get my car wash. I also have the monthly subscription for unlimited service inside and out. Customer service is pretty good also.

I do not recommend Auto bell if you are going for a thorough clean..the inside of my car was just as dirty after as it was before the services they provided. Definitely a fast service but not a thorough service. Rear view mirror was so dirty, nothing was wiped down on the inside, they don’t do any rubber floor mat cleaning the vacuuming was bad as well. The only way I’d use them again would be for outside cleaning only the rest is just a set up for disappointment :(

Let me start by saying everyone is nice and polite, but I now have to go and finish cleaning my car. I paid $21.99 and the inside doesn't look touched. When I walked up I noticed the dirty cup holder in the back. I said something and the guy said he would take care of it. While getting my ticket, he said all done and shut the rear door. After driving off I notice that the inside was not wiped down or vacuumed. Very disappointed!

I can't believe how poorly they clean the inside of the car! There's always dust left on the dashboard, they don't even bother cleaning all the windows on the inside. And don't even get me started on how they never vacuum under the mats. The door jams were wiped, but it was a half-hearted job at best. Unbelievable!

I come to this Autobell because it has always been better than the one on new hope road. Today I was highly disappointed. Paid extra for the inside to be done well and the mats to be cleaned and it still looks like this.

Not the best and not the worst. I would have liked for my console and other areas to be cleaner. They were vacuumed, but it didn’t look like they were wiped down, cause I saw a lot of spots. It didn’t take as long as it normally does and I felt like I didn’t get as thorough of a cleaning this time.

I had the very same experience as Gray Shaney. I unknowingly paid for the "Hit some of the high spots" package. and paid extra to have the floor pats cleaned. None of the interior was completed to my satisfaction. When I told the detailer the interior was still dirty, he handed me my keys and said, "Have a nice day, Sir". Sometimes this happens. However, when the store manager Mason, called me, and I explained the status of my car and my dissatisfaction, he said he had never had an issue with this employee before and could i send additional pictures. His line of questioning was more disturbing than the dirty vehicle I received back from Autobell. Apparently, since he reported had never had an issue previously, this must be just my issue. After all of this and I explained to him I was currently at Riptide Car Wash completing the work I had paid him to do, he said I could come back. I should have been offered a refund. A half attempt at cleaning my car will not be rewarded with a return trip to receive an explanation that I paid for an "Express Detailing", which is code for not detailed at all. This information should be provided at the time of purchase. Poor execution and follow up.

The service was less than good. The interior was not wiped down all the way, seats, arm rest, floor door inside runner not wiped, windshield did not bead up as a rain-x should. I paid over $50 for something I could have done better. Do not waste your money here.
