So I pulled up like I normally would and was not greeted but told to pull forward into the bay area. I was then told to pop my hood. It was not explained to me that my daughter and I would be sitting inside our car while the oil change was being completed. The manager Heather was present and 3 other employees. As the oil change is going on the manager leaves and comes back with my ticket. I then asked if we would still receive vacuuming at which point I was informed for an additional 12$ we would. So I asked the manager where was the sign at informing customers of this change? She said they did not have one. So I was not greeted or informed of this change and they want to charge more for services which was always included. I do not think Heather will be a manager for long here. I think it’s sad COVID-19 would be used as an excuse for this change and then Auto-spa would still offer the service for more $ & really this makes no sense. I will never return to Auto-spa. I could easily go to a Chabills and receive the same oil change for cheaper with my tires rotated.

It's pretty good. I have a monthly pass so I can go get my car washed anytime I want for 1 price per month. They have vacuums available for free too. Only thing that bothers me a bit is that it closes at dark so if I want to go wash my car on my way back from work at like 8:30 p.m. I can't do that. Otherwise it's a good car wash.

It is absolutely absurd that I left a bad review for your car wash in Thibodaux and honest transparent review that there’s several other people that left reviews that are saying the same thing and you banned me from all of your car washes so I hope you know that I have a civil rights attorney that’s gonna be contacting you and then for you to slander my character and reputation saying that I am disrespecting and cursing your employees out and that’s the reason you’re not telling the truth shame on you you are banning me because I have free of speech and I left an open honest transparent review about the other car wash you own

Finest experience possible for a car wash. Very well maintained facility. Friendly staff and the Final judgment: Always love my car after a wash here. Multiple locations with convenient hours of operation, very reasonable price for what you get. So glad they are here, minutes from home and work.

Top class facility. Usually in and out pretty quick. Their machines do a pretty good job and seldom miss spots on your car. The vacuum/trash area off to the side of the washers is well kept and working all the time. I have taken my car there now maybe 18 times and never had a problem. A+

It does a ok job. Still have to go around and wipe off where it doesn't get. Like for instance I have to wipe the tailgate because it doesn't clean it all the way. Have to clean the license plate because it doesn't clean that either. Will have to wipe the roof and back glass because it doesn't clean it either. To me for the $25 wash I should not have to go back over areas where it should clean. It includes the tire and rim wash and still have to go over it with a cloth to clean it. The tire shine only gets half the tire and not the full. I guess it is moving you to fast through the wash for it to get all the tire. The vacuum area is great. It does the job very well.

Don't pay for the tire shine. it never works on 20-inch tires, and the one male employee with the long fingernails never makes it right by adding the tireshine after the car wash screws it up. He tries to get you to go through the car wash again and still not get the tire shine n your tires. PISHE.

Avoid this car wash place. I paid $20 for the highest single wash package. The tire shine must have been not working or out of fluid because I had to go buy my own after. My vehicle was not as clean as other car washes. They do no provide any towels and cleaner solution at the vacuum bays like all other car wash locations outside of Houma do. They do not provide a quick hose down and front end brush scrub by the attendants before going in the wash. The vacuum hose came apart while I was cleaning my vehicle. The vacuum stalls were filthy. Trash all over the ground. I can spend $20 down Hwy 90 towards NOLA and get a 1 month membership which includes towels and cleaner solution, attendants who hose down and brush your vehicle before, clean vacuum stalls, and equipment that doesn't fall apart.

Auto Spa is my go to for all my vehicle wash jobs. I have a membership that allows unlimited car washes which comes in handy when the rains come. The vacuums are free and powerful. Some of the places have air hoses that allows me to blow the residual water out of the cracks. That prevents the cry lines from forming. There’s even a rug cleaning station at select Auto Spas. Check out the image of my SSR after a fresh bath at the Spa!

After going through the wash and having nothing happen, I mean the brushes were not running, no soap, nothing. I went to the office to ask for a refund because that is ridiculous, the lady with the blind pony tail said very rudely “just pull around” the guy with the beard was nice about it and apologized but she was very rude

$25 for the highest package wash and it still will not shine the tires nor clean a rear window or tailgate. When brought up the tire shine issue to the attendant inside, they argued that it was working just fine. The tire shine hasn't worked properly in months, if not a year. When brought up in the past, they just say "Sorry, you can try to go through again." Save your money and go to Thibodaux for a good car wash that works well with a different name.
