Always a quick stop and always a clean truck afterwards! Sometimes you get stuck behind a first timer who keeps their foot on the break or doesn't go into neutral but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Update. Heather with Auto Spa reached out and they are resolving the issue! Great customer service. Just went through car wash and it took off drivers side wiper and completely took off back windshield wiper! Not going there again!!!

My go to carwash all the time, usually MLK location but I personally prefer the north Thibodaux location and the east side location, I find that those 2 location do a better wash job...

Got the 20$ wash an my front bumper/grill wasnt clean. My back glass was still dirty. My tailgate an back bumper was still dirty. Rims were barely touched. Last time ill spend 20$ here. Not at all worth 20$

It'd giving out less and less soap to me. For a 40.00 monthly fee it should be more. I believe I was doing better paying once or twice a week and get a better wash than I do now.

Although there were alot of car the system was pretty fast.. I did the $6 wash on $2off Tuesday(surprise savings) so of course it didnt clean the car as well as it would have for the $16 wash.. guy kick starting the wash by scrubbing the front and back of your car is a bonus..

Car was cleaner than before I used the wash but it was still dirty when wiping it down. I did only purchase the regular cheapest car wash and hadn't cleaned my car in 2 months. If you drive a car you'll probably have to take off the sear belt and opn your door to use the key pad for choosing and paying as its high and more useful to truck and suv drivers. The vacuum was powerful and there's no telling what it sucked up under my seats lol. All in all id definitely use Auto Spa Thibodaux

Thibodaux location off Canal St. I had my Jeep washed, and it came out really clean despite having just come out of a muddy ride on some backroads. Their equipment is up to date and working. The mat cleaner even got my mud floor mats clean.

The service was ok until I got oil over my car, at the location in Thibodaux. I called them they said it’s not their fault because there’s no oil on the ground. I guess it want if you continue washing cars. They don’t fix anything that their car wash damage. You entering at your own risk I will cancel my membership

I'm am extremely mad at the fact that I pay for a monthly wash, and my car doesn't get clean. I bring my car almost daily, especially during love bug season. When asked for a manager, i was told that there was nothing they could do, and the manager said i could come vack tomorrow for a wash! There needs to be a place for them to spray the front of the car or a spot wjere you can scrub it before waisting your time and money on a wash that doesn't work!

I have been coming to this car wash for over two years and I’ve always came fback only because they stood by their service and when my car wasn’t cleaned, allow me to go back through. I do have a membership unlimited membership to the highest service they offer today I scrubbed my car as I always doand I went through the car wash. My car is not cleaned. And I was told by the female attendant that they no longer allow people to go to a second time when their car is not clean, despite scrubbing the car and it did not mean the customer’s fault they’d be in the machine’s fault they’re not doing the job properly. I am extremely dissatisfied. I wish that I would never knew my membership today because I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I’m not upset at the attendance because they’re only doing their job. They were very nice about it. Customer service is great, but the fact remains that when you pay for a service You expect results I want what I paid for.

Had an horrible experience at this car wash. I have a brand new 2024 vehicle that got damage through the car wash not once, but twice the first time my dealership was able to fix the issue. After filling out an incident report, days passed no one ever got in touch with me after telling me they were going to look at the videos to tell me exactly what happened through the car wash. After two weeks one of the car wash employees finally reached out to me telling me that the manager had looked at the videos and my car was already damaged before going through the car wash is a lie. I just got the car two months ago. I don’t recommend anybody going to this car wash. Very poor customer service. The equipment is definitely not safe for your vehicle. Stay away!!! They never agreed to let me or my husband watch any videos. I spoke with the dealership and they had Inspected the car fully before I purchased the car. The damage to the car through the car wash cost me $215. It’s OK, but I just want to warn others stay away!

My experience here was fantastic. I did a review a couple of years back when I believed that I had a problem; the owner cleared things up, and I am very grateful for the time he spent educating me on the process . I recommend that all vehicle lovers get a monthly plan because it's worth every dollar, and you will save a lot as opposed to getting single a wash weekly. Thank you, Mr. Saint.
