Horrible just horrible. I have had better car washes from $5 drive-through‘s. I had to go home and re-wash my car after spending $23 with them. Then supposedly they have a 5 day clean car guarantee for if it rains but that didn’t apply to my $23 package. I don’t see how they stay in business.

Absolute worst service ever. The front where you pay doesn't talk to the guys cleaning. Paid $120 For a hand wax and was told 2 hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I came back and they hadn't started yet. Would not give me a refund. Will have to dispute the charge on my amex. Won't ever be going back.

Very slow. Why can’t more than one person dry and wipe down a car? They can split tips, do more cars and make customers happier so they will tip more. I will not come back because I don’t have a hour to wait on a car wash.

Paid for the works carwash...wheels didnt look like they got touched, grille of the car was dirty, windows had dirty water streaks, side of the car still has dirt all over it, they did nothing but try and clean the inside. WOW!!!. I worked there 20 years ago and there was more pride and detailed work back then. I wont go back and I'll have to wash my car, myself. Just threw $40 away

Got the full service interior/exterior including armor-all and rainex, paid $60 total. Not a terrible deal for everything done, plus they give you a 5 day touch-up and $10 off another service. Well i get into my vehicle this morning after going straight home yesterday, i see trash/debris (easily snagged with a vacuum) in my drivers side cupholder. My car was finished before both the vehicles in front of me, which i thought was odd bc the person in front of me only got a basic wash?? the gentleman who did the interior stated “i did the best i could with the dog hair” (ill admit my car can be hairy as i do pet-sit part-time, however i can normally get it pretty tidy with the free vac at the $5 wash) there was still hair all over the trunk of my suv. To top it off there was a dirty toothpick left on the floor of my passengers side, how lovely :) i dont recommend wasting your money, go to walmart get some interior cleaner, dust your car at home before and pay $5 for a wash then DIY the interior!

I paid For the works but they did not even clean anything. They use old dirty rags to wipe your car with. They didn't even vacuum the seats off. One of the guys stood on the side of my car and was leaning on my door with all his weight. I am usually really respectful of places but this place was truly horrible.

As long as you're just wanting a quick vacuum and outside sprayed off they're not bad. Got talked into the polish wax and sat for 3 hours watching them wash other vehicles and put mine to the side. When I asked a young guy working on the cars how much longer after the 1st 2 hours, he rudely replied that they were busy and shrugged me off. Glad to know my overpriced wax didn't mean anything compared to the cheaper washes they had come in. Being in the sales industry and knowing how important customer service is, I HIGHLY recommend not coming here.

Read the bad, old reviews but saw a recent good one so I figured I'd give it a shot. Got the basic full wash and my car looks great, even after a cross-country drive with a curious dog in the back seat making nose marks all over the windows. One of the guys drying and doing the windows even found some small scratches and tried buffing them out for me with a light polish absolutely free. All of that for $20 with a tip. I'll definitely be going back.

I was very impressed with this car wash location. The staff is courteous and hard-working - they did such a great job that I took my friend's car there, too. It's really convenient to Wilmington Island. And, while I was there, I spoke to another person who said they've been going there for 5 years and they love the place, too!

This place was able to get my oversized vehicle hand washed and cleaned without an appointment. Marvin even got on a ladder to wash and dry the top (9 feet). They did miss a couple of noticeable spots in the interior which was puzzling. Overall not bad though. Not sure if I’ll return.

I come here often, they do such a great job. The prices are affordable and they'll spend the time necessary to get it done right. I've brought my car in after trips with my 4 dogs and they somehow manage to get my car back in order and they get the fur out so it's not flying around any more. The 6 day rewash pass really helps in those cases so they can go back over it and get anything left behind for $5.

I wanted inside and out cleaned. Charged me $55 and hadn’t even vacuumed it. Seats(leather) were not wiped down, dirt footprints still on back of seats and ice cream still dripped on seat! Horrible! I was ripped off big time! Parts of windows cleaned, not all. On the brighter side, there was probably $55 worth of armour all on tires!

Ask for Marvin. They don't skimp. Every vehicle, Every client I have referred has been overjoyed with the top shelf service and attention to detail. Have a horrifying challenge. Take it to Marvin.
