I have gotten my car washed here several times. However, after the last wash, I will NEVER use this place again! After having my car washed, I got in my BRAND NEW CAR and noticed a scratch on my front passenger window. I immediately showed the scratch to the lady that works there and another person. As they were taking pictures of the scratch as well as getting in contact with the manager, the man that detailed my car was leaving and stopped by. When they told him what happened, he became furious with me. He denied that he scratched it, and told me that “people lie about this kind of stuff to get money.” He then left, not staying to see everything through, leaving the other two people to help me. When I heard from the manager the next day, he denied the scratch as well and offered an option for me to speak with the owner the next day. The manager and owner never contacted me the next day. To this day, they have not followed through with resolving this issue with me.

My coworkers recommended this car wash saying it's the best one in town. The "bat crew" went above and beyond to clean my car and make sure it left shining! I'll definately be coming back to have my car cleaned and detailed in the future.

I usually get a pretty decent wash and detail, but this visit was a tad disappointing. The outside was fine - my tires were really lubed up with thst silicone shine sorry, though. Of course, after I drive away I see everything that was missed - obvious things like dust everywhere. To his credit, the guy I presumed is the owner or manager of this location dud ask if I was satisfied, and I replied to the affirmative 🤷♀️, so lesson learned - thoroughly check your vehicle before you drive off. Between the cost of the wash ($10 higher),and tips for both front and back crews, it was an expensive lesson.

This place is about like any other “quick wash” place. They do a pretty decent job at cleaning your car. But oftentimes, just like most places, they miss the details. Overall, not a bad job for the money if you want to spruce up your ride for a date night or something.

Best car wash in the Savannah area!! They do quality work and my Bronco always looks brand new when they’re done. Tonio did my car today and his attention to detail was incredible. The manager Mark is great as well. I’ve moved out of state now but every time I’m in town I bring my car to Auto Shine.

I went to get my Jeep cleaned as it needed it really really bad. By the time Steve was done with it, it looked IMMACULATE! So I had to go get my husbands car cleaned by him. He did both cars the same day and they both look GREAT! I will definitely recommend him when I go back, if possible! You can tell he takes pride in his work and that cleans the cars like he would want his cleaned.

I live in Pooler and I went to Savannah Car Wash since it is 10 minutes from my house. I request the $40+ package that cleans in and out of the vehicle. Once they were done, I saw my vehicle and I was disappointed. The windshield had waaaay to many streaks, the interior could have been vacuum better, the outside had a few streaks and the dash was filthy. I was so disappointed that I decided to go somewhere else and pay again for another wash. I went to Auto Shine cause I know they will get the job done. Like always, they never disappoint me. Very detailed. My car was SUPER clean when they were done. They even stopped me as I was leaving cause they saw some spots that on the exterior that weren't quite right. I have issue with allergies and try to get my car detailed once a month (I keep it pretty clean otherwise) but it had been a few months at this point. My car feel SO much nicer and they were very helpful and friendly. Definitely going back to this location. Did not dissapoint.

This was my first time here in Garden city to get my car cleaned. Overall great communication and explaining everything thoroughly when first checking in my car. The lady at the front desk was nice and great at helping me pick out what I needed. Mark the manager was very down to earth and very sweet, came inside and talked to me and made me feel like my car wasn’t as bad as it was but I knew it was lol … Robert and Andre did a phenomenal job at cleaning my piece of work ! I forgot to take before pics but it looks amazing and way better than what it did for sure. Next visit I will be getting my carpets cleaned. Definitely recommend and I will be back to get my car cleaned again. Being 34 weeks pregnant I am too tired and worn out to clean out the car these days. They did a wonderful job. Will be coming here from now on to get my car done

Buyer beware. Be careful and read provided information. Promo Card they give you says you have 10 days to return plus pay $15 if you want interior recleaned. Receipt says you have 7 days. Then when you return you dont even get same level of carwash you paid for, instead you get a lesser grade of service.

The out side of the vehicle was decent but horrible detailing on the inside, alot of complaining from employment/ management in front of customers. It's an over priced gas station carwash. I will not be returning.
