I used to frequent this place when my kids were little. Back then they did an excellent job! I recently moved back to Sonoma County and needed my car interior wiped down and vacuumed-I use another $12 car wash for the exterior. I bought the $33 package and was so surprised! Not only did they fail to wipe down the interior, but the vacuuming was sloppy leaving dirt and debris. What a waste of time and money! Wish I could take back my tip!

Poor job. We had just returned from vacation, so the car was pretty dirty. We paid for the platinum package and what we received was not even basic. We had some empty water bottles and such in the cup holders and they didn’t even remove them, so they were never cleaned. The touch screen and gear shift were still dirty. It doesn’t seem like they even touched the back of the car. My son’s car seat had crumbs in and around it and my trunk clearly had not been vacuumed. The exterior looked nice, but definitely not worth $45. These are the “after” pictures.

Yesterday JJ “sold” me on having his team (Armando and Jose) fix all 4 of the rims on my car that were gouged by my having hit the curb(s) with them when I first got my car. The best sales job is when someone convinces you to get what you really want and NEED! OMG, my car looks brand new again! I WISH that we had taken “before” pics because the completed “after” job is so astonishingly wonderful but harder for anyone else to appreciate. Thank you to JJ, Armando and Jose who did a fantastic job on my vehicle inside and out and especially on polishing and painting my rims!!!

HORRIBLE job. I paid $100 and the guy made it sound like an amazing deal. I literally said I would just do a basic and come back for a waxing and pay full which is when he dropped it down to $100. Said it would take 45 minutes. I thought for sure my car would come back looking sparkling and brand new. It was definitely the opposite. I had to point out completely obvious dirty spots twice before leaving. Then as I drove off I noticed even more. It was like my car was more dirty after leaving than before I got there. So I pulled back in to the driveway and had the guy that sold me the package fix many other spots. I hate complaining so I said thank you and went home. When getting home I noticed even more! There was a giant arm length black hair in my back seat. I don't even have anyone in my car ever and don't even know anyone with black hair. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. What a complete waste of $100.

Really wanted to love this place and the service. Went a total of 4 times and each time there was something wrong with my car. On my 4th visit, they actually scratch the paint on the side of my car and then blamed me for it. I have a brand new Camry. There’s no way scratch the paint. Not a place I would recommend if you are looking to actually take care of your car. Santa Rosa pro wash on Cleveland is a much better place. Uploaded photos are “After getting a car wash” and where they scratched the paint.

I visited Auto Pride Car Wash in Santa Rosa today with my Cadillac Escalade, and the experience was unacceptable. As soon as I pulled up, the manager, Armando, approached me with no greeting or professionalism. Instead of “hello” or “how can I help you,” he immediately told me my car “has a lot of complaints” and spoke to me in a disrespectful, confrontational tone. What made it worse is that several employees were watching and clearly uncomfortable with the way he was talking to me. One of them, JJ, even stepped in to ask what was going on and to make sure things didn’t escalate. JJ was calm, respectful, and professional—exactly how a manager should behave. I truly appreciate how he handled the situation. I’m writing this review because there seems to be no direct way to reach the owner, and management needs to know what’s happening. JJ is the one who represents this business well, not Armando.

To start this off I want to give props to all the people who work here because to be frank my car was an absolute nightmare. I work a lot and sadly it causes me to neglect my car, but these guys did their big one with this. Ended up getting the express seat shampoo with the gold wash and I don’t think my car has looked so good since I bought it. My seats were so stained from spilling drinks on them, going to the river, ect. I’m very very happy with the service I got. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t seem judgmental and even if they were, I wouldn’t care because look at this beauty. I wish I took before pictures, unfortunately I forgot but there were rocks and dirt everywhere on the ground. It feels great to finally have a clean car. 10/10 recommend.

$35. For a wash and I had to ask them to vacuum 3 times and still dirt on the floor. The windows are absolutely pathetic. Every window streaked inside and out even after I asked to clean them again. Just do your job! For $35. I shouldn’t have to ask several times to clean the floors and windows.

I canceled my monthly membership because they were doing such a poor job inside and out. I gave them another chance when I came in and got the platinum wash plus a hand wax. Cost 150+. They did not do the wax and so I had to return and have them do it. After not going back for six months, I returned today. Once again I was told my car is ready. When I told the desk person that it was not long enough for them to have done the hand wax I paid for.. She assured me no they did the wax and it’s ready. Since she did not check with anyone, I asked her to do so. She came back with the answer “it’ll be just a few more minutes”. When I looked for the car, they were just starting a wax on it (in the sun) And it was another 15 minutes. The inside was a simple swipe, leaving streaks and areas not touched on the dash and along the door. My error was in returning to their establishment. They have proven to me they are not an upstanding business. When I can find out who the owner of this establishment is, they will definitely get this letter. Warning! Services you pay for will be done poorly or not at all.

Paid for the works $45 might as well gone through a drive through car wash for $12. Paint is stained with soap since they take so long to dry the car. I told them on the spot and just said it’s clear coat damage. Got home and cleaned it myself. Go to any other place Mendocino or rohnert park oil stop they do a much better job. Inside looks almost untouched. What a waste of time and money. Save yours.

Erick is the best worker and cheeriest soul at the Auto Pride Car wash ! Actually all the guys are amazing ! I have had the absolute BEST experience here , they remembers the flavor of car scent and my car has been cleaned inside and out immaculately.!!! My car was so dirty from my Pomeranian Toy Dog and all the hair is vanished and the crumbs of her dog cookie too ! I came out today to fix THE CAR MESS and now everything is organized, AND CLEAN TO PERFECTION , just like magic ! I have the biggest smile on my face! Don’t go here! Wish I had read the reviews. They do a terrible job. Paid for the Platinum wash with the coat, protector - may as well have been a flux capacitor. Total fabrication. There are still dusty unwashed parts of the car and mud splatters. Opened the door and noticed the missed vacuumed spots right away. Will not be going back. 60$ down the drain.
