Sadly, my first and probably last time using Auto Paradise. Had high hopes but after receiving my car I initially noticed the doors and door jams were not touched, the console which was clear of all items was not vacuumed and all around still dusty a sandy. I made sure that what I was expecting to have done was what I had paid for and it was confirmed that these services were included. They did take it back to correct these issues however more issues were discovered. Although seemingly nice staff, the quality of work was not there and it may just be the specific person working on the vehicle that makes the difference but I’m very disappointed.

Come here often but the last 2 times were just unacceptable. Ever since new management took over they have been nothing but horrible. Last time they left my doors rim uncleaned and unvacuumed and just yesterday paid for the full detailing and didn't clean my cup holders and the windshield all smeared up. My 14 year old would have definitely done a better job. Definitely not coming back. Sorry.

This is my initial review while I’m here. It used to be Pair A Dice and had different management. They had good employees for years. Today I see many very young kids who are mostly talking amongst themselves. I arrived at 8 AM. I wanted the advertised $45 (Interior Super Clean.)The attendant informed me that they just raised the price to $50. The $45 sign is still up, and on their website it also has it as $45, however. I still went ahead and got it. I will update once I see the finished job. Update: Job finished and as I suspected, it was a poor job. They used to take an hour for this service. They did it in twenty minutes today, but obviously not a good job at all. Two stars is a gift. The back seat was barely vacuumed as it has most of the dog hair still on it. I will not be patronizing this business. It was excellent while it was Pair A Dice management. I will have to vacuum it myself now.

Sadly I will have to stop going there. Don't matter what service you pay for, they always leave lots of spots. They don't dry it the car and leave water spots. Rims dirty, so i asked them to clean them and they are still dirty. Last time I came back because the expensive service i paid for was garbage. The windshield was cleaned with a dirty cloth, the radio panel was full of dust, the car has water spots all over and once again the rims super dirty. I gave them many chances but I'm done. Today I waisted $50 plus tax on the interior super clean.

Dont waste your money. I was given a gift card for a full service package 145. Today i went in and requested a full service. They told me i would have to pay the overage which was 21$…but yet i got a gift card for exactly what i go. But okay whatever 166$. I dropped my car off and 12 and left my number and mane with what car I dropped off. They told me 2hours. I call them around 2:30pm asking if i was ready when she told me yes its ready. So i get dropped off to pick it up but waited in the loby for 10 min because they could t find my keys. After noone walked out to my car with me to make sure everything was ok, but instead just came in and told me my keys are in the car and left. Getting out to my car i realize there was a film all over my car but i did just get a spray wax so i didnt think much pulling away and then driving my car i started noticing thing. Things like my mirrors having spray on them,my dash not cleaned,my backseats not been vacuumed or steamcleaned! They didnt even continue the wipe down of my center console. (you can clearly see where they stopped). And they didnt ever touch my truck. Very very disappointed and very expensive for a glorified wipe down and vacuuming.

This is my usual go-to carwash. Don’t know what happened this time. I paid extra for the interior package and I can’t tell you how disappointed I was in the end. I’ve never had this happen in this past. Perhaps it was because they had a lead guy out there with the kids, keeping them in line and checking the cars before turning them back to the customers. I still have faith in them and will give them another shot . As for right now, i’ll go out to my garage and go over the areas the kids missed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I REPEAT!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$! I wish I would have read these reviews- First off for $60 I can clean my own car way better than this! They left my window and car still dirty AND they Dented and scratched my car and the guy there said it wasn’t them and someone hit me!!! WHAT?! This is a garage kept car i know for a fact my car wasn’t damaged before coming here!! I work from home barely drive this car wasn’t hit! It’s like you can CLEARLY see the line where the young kid that drove my car into the bay must’ve either hit the side of their entry way!! Or a machine! IM BEYOND LIVID!!! The guy was dismissive and gaslighted me and didn’t want to hear me out!!! He was rude didn’t have absolutely any customer service skills! Didn’t offer to look at the camera. Didn’t want to hear me or even give me the benefit of the doubt. Nothing he just dismissed me and got frustrated! I’m sure it’s because I’m a woman! Had I been a man he wouldn’t have gotten’ away with either speaking to me like that or dismissing me. Went back and still no resolution he keeps saying they didn’t do it! No accountability no resolution dishonest and rude no effort no customer service I’m appalled!

Came here because this is usually our go-to spot for a full-service car wash and they’ve done a decent job in the past. But today was completely unacceptable. We were the second car there. It was empty, and with at least seven employees working, we thought we got lucky. We decided to splurge on a full detail, which we don’t normally do, because the kids spilled ice cream on the seats. They estimated 45 minutes, so we left to grab food. Two hours later, the car still wasn’t ready. When we finally got it back, the job was clearly rushed. Ice cream stains were still there, the console wasn’t wiped down, and I had to clean the seats myself once we got home. I would not recommend this place for detailing. For regular washes, be prepared to wait at least an hour. Definitely not worth the $100+ we spent. Pictures attached.

Do not go here! I brought my truck in for a full interior detail and exterior buff/shining, and I regret it. The interior cleaning was terrible! I honestly could have done a better job myself. On top of that, they scratched the plastic on my dash badly. For the money spent, the service was nowhere near worth it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
