I had a great purchasing experience from Audi Ft Collins. I drove from Colorado Springs after learning the local dealer would not honor the CO EV lease special deal. I discovered a few minor issues after I got home. It's obvious the new Q6 I picked up sat unsold for many months. There are some etched water marks and minor damage to some paint areas. I'm pretty picky, so this was disappointing.

Called about an hour before they closed as I saw this 2013 A6 that looked immaculate visually and mechanically, 1 owner all service records etc. I lived an hour away, Jeff said come on in so we got there just before closing and kept them a bit past closing ( test drive loan approval etc ) and had our 2 kids with us. The whole time they were very professional and very friendly and some of the other folks there kept the kids entertained and played with them so well, showing them some of the cars, having coloring contests etc. After getting home I heard a ticking that didn't sound normal and wasn't present at the dealer when buying. Got a hold of Jeff and he said to bring it in and they would check it all out, so they got us a loaner and they ended up replacing some parts and took care of everything. Overall great experience and would recommend 100% 10/10.

Darren Sussman is the most knowledgeable and considerate Brand Specialist I’ve ever met, for any brand, bar none. He knew everything about the Q4 E-Tron we were interested in learning about, and some. We have quite a few dealer connections which made us pretty confident we would go with a different dealership, but after sitting with Darren and talking through the car and features - It was clear we would be buying the car from him at Fort Collins Audi. In fact, we were willing to compromise on color just to work with him. He had less than 24 hours to fully charge it, detail it, finalize numbers, get paperwork ready, and have it ready to go with a bow on it - He was able to have all that knocked out before we arrived, and even greeted us when we got out of our trade in. Not only that, but I’m fairly sure he had to actually hunt this specific red bow down just to fit the Christmas present vibe, and he even put a microfiber under it to make sure it didn’t scratch the paint……..incredible. Professionalism is the name of the game with luxury purchases - and Darren made the entire process seem like a breeze. This was our first Audi purchase, and based on the experience - it is bound to be the first of many. I have no doubt we will be seeing Darren again in the future, maybe with some advance notice next time from us, for another Audi. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Darren!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The ride service was much appreciated. They addressed a warranty issue and it was resolved. They were unable to find or fix a constant leak in the passenger window/door. I think this is more Audi problem than at dealer problem.

My Sales Consultant, Kat did an amazing job of providing details of vehicles I was considering prior to me even visiting the dealer. By the time I arrived, I had already made the decision on the vehicle I wanted because she was so thorough and helpful ... She along with every team member I encountered were friendly and professional throughout my whole visit. I've bought many vehicles over the years and cannot recall a single time I actually shared a few laughs with the Finance Manger! To a person, down to earth and sincere.
