Within just five minutes of submitting an online inquiry about window tinting, the owner, David, personally reached out to discuss exactly what I was looking for. He followed up with a quote by email and quickly got me on the schedule. I appreciated the smooth communication—two friendly reminder texts kept me informed about my appointment. When I arrived, there was no wait at all—I pulled straight into the shop. Their clean, comfortable waiting area made it easy to work remotely while they took care of my car. These guys over here at Ascension are in this business for the long run and there quality of work shows for it. The customer service I received from David and Noah was extremely professional and I never felt like I was getting mis-lead by anybody. These guys did an absolutely amazing job bringing my 2018 Ford Taurus back to life and making it look like a new car again. David, the owner, was incredibly communicative and easy to work with.
