What an awesome service shop. Went in just to inspect the car tires/brakes after we encountered some gravel that got inside the wheel wells and made some God awful noise while we were driving. They were able to take a look at the car same day and assure me that no critical damage was caused. So happy!

Great experience today. My airbag light was on and they found a simple broken wire under the seat. Chris was very helpful and even arranged for a ride for me! Their driver even took me by my house because I left my phone behind when I left in the morning.

Delia is a true professional. She went over and beyond to get my car in, not only for my oil change but found me tires and instalation as well. They were quick, very nice and treated me family. Max service center offered one of the highest levels of customer service that I have ever experienced. Robert and the crew went above and beyond in helping with warranty work on my mitsubishi Evo MR. They made it right. Went to get a windshield replacement from their service shop, and they were supplied a warped windshield. Thankfully they replaced it with a good one at no extra cost. Thank you for making it right! It’s as good as new.

Our salesman Sloan was very helpful and not pushy at all. I did spend more on my beautiful truck than I wanted, but all in all it was a great experience. Definitely didn't get all the perks that they said I would on the radio, but got a really nice military discount which was actually better!!

The salesman lied about not discussing financing over the phone saying its against WA law. Thats a lie. Yes, you can discuss car financing over the phone in Washington State, and it's a great way to shop, but most dealerships prefer you come in to control the process, so be prepared to push for phone deals.

Brought my car in knowing it was the ECM which they agreed adding a few other things. Had my car for 2 weeks. Paid almost $2,400. Car had a ticking never had before and broke down with same problem as before not even 3 hrs after getting. I got screwed totally! Said they would take it back to re-diagnose it but why would I bring it back to the people that didn't even fix it in the first place after paying that much money? My car got towed and now I'm without a car so thank you very much. I will never in my life bring my car back here or to a dealership again!!!!!;
