Me and my mom both had bad experiences here and it had to do with the person behind the register not acknowledging we are there. The worker had to finish her conversation with her friend that was in the store before she said anything to me. Same thing for my mother when she visited this location.

The Yuba City Arco is great but the Linda location is the best place for gas and coffee every morning. One of the few places I do not need a key or a code to use the rest room! I also love having a choice of my favorite the crushed ice or regular cubed ice for my fountain drinks. A👍 to AmPm for providing hot meals to ebt customers even if only for a limited time. This offer was greatly appreciated by your customers! 👏

Just went to this Arco and I attempted to walk into the store. There was only one person on duty & she was outside taking a smoke break. She was saying that the store was closed until she got done with her break. She turned away lots of customers. I understand if the store was short staffed AND this was the worst customer service I have experienced at an Arco thusfar.

Morning 8 o'clock staff lady;Ruby was very rude. However the other woman there her name was "Baba" I think maybe short for Barbara...not sure. Anyhow, Ruby stood behind the cashier in a full blown conversation with the other woman. Not once acknowledging I was standing there to pay or even to say like most people..."I will be right with you ". She never greeted me nor even looked up or smiled; just plain rude. The other woman was very helpful to the other patron who had come in right behind me. I do not like this store with this staff member. I do not go to this location hardly ever. My FAVORITE Arco Gas is on 1129 N Beale Road, Marysville, Ca. There staff is Awesome, courteous, always friendly. I love there staff and come back all the time.

Very clean Arco. Often fails to have any hot food when you would ordinarily expect it. Understaffed. But those people I have encountered working there have all been exceptionally pleasant and competent. So that's a big plus. I like Arco anyway. Good standards. I'm thinking this one is out of contractual compliance. The franchise owners fault, but still, it's in an awesome, accessable location, has good gas prices, nice employees who keep it in good order...but just can't run the register and cook food at the same time. So, owner has to prioritize better, and needs to staff the place with an extra worker during the hours that they are supposed to have hot food prepared for the weary traveler, who, spying the lights of an a.m. p.m.on the horizon, gratefully pulls off the road, looking for some great hot coffee and some nourishment to sustain them for the rest of their ride But this place is missing that.

Every time I come here to buy lottery tickets, they refuse to sell them saying it’s shift change. Why have lottery tickets if you can’t sell them. Garbage Arco, homeless and drug addicts hang out here.

Arco is Arco, loads of snacks but no hot food in the cabinets at 10pm. Several people in the store and milling around outside Forced to get corn chips which seems very popular at that station. But the coffee was good. The guy at the register was on the ball and pleasant. The place was clean, two females talking in the kitchen but no food. I guess Arco hasn't changed apart from the upgrades in the building and the huge chip selection practically all corn. So after driving home all I could find to eat after filling up was two bags of corn chips and a coffee. A bummer.

If I could give this store a -100 stars I would. The cashier is very rude she refuses to honor the sale price and when asked for the restroom key she replied I don't know where it is.

I get my gas here when I come to YC because they are usually one of the cheapest and are in a great location next to food and shopping. However, there is a downside. The bathroom is NEVER clean. Yes, only one bathroom. It used to be one for females and one for males, but worked took one for themselves and only clean that one. Also, they chose the female restroom with the baby changer. Really selfish move on their part. There are lots of homeless and even decently dressed supposed travelers in need of gas. Now, I help anyone when I can, and being homeless isn't the problem; the problem is many are aggressive coming straight to your car and not wanting to take no for an answer. Especially the travelers asking for gas. Be cautious, and don't leave your purse in plain sight in your vehicle; and I always lock my doors when I'm pumping my gas. Yes, I go to other gas stations, but these situations are everywhere.

The employees are fast, there's lots of space between each ilands of gas pumps. Lots of drinks to choose from cold and hot, hot take out foods, all kinds of foods to choose from. A little of everything from car items, household, food and drinks, waters for home. Much more items for personal and the home. I'm disabled and they always make me feel comfortable. They're great.

I went into the Colusa AM/PM earlier today, and it was very warm inside. It made my experience of shopping inside unpleasant. I will NOT be a returning customer UNLESS there is a cooling system in use. Fortunately, the lady working in there was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your business. Don't use your card at the pump they will put over 100 dollar hold on your card wasn't very happy
