First time here today. Loved it! I have a roof top tent so I have to use the spray your self bays. I have never been somewhere that has “unlimited” spray bays. It was so nice! $6.50 for 30 min. Good price and you don’t have to run around the car to get it done quickly. You can take your time and get it done right. My only complaint is that their “AirPay” didn’t work so I didn’t get the loyalty points. Last but not least, FREE vacuums! If it’s your first time use my federal code, you get $2 off and I get points: 4JQKWW.

Used the top automatic carwash and it did pretty good. It certainly isn't fancy like the newer places in town but it did get almost all the bugs off my car. I'm not sure if vacuuming is included or an additional charge. I'm trying their "one price for all my cars" monthly plan. It may be a good deal if I can wash 5 cars every week for 32 bucks a month. It's probably cheaper than paying for water right now at my house!

The wash worked well. The vacuums were free. Prices were very good. All in all a very good self-service car wash.

Would have been great if you hadn't charged me multiple times for car wash that wouldn't start

Paid $6 for a $15 wash, and I still feel like I’ve been ripped off. Will not wash here again.

I have good experiences at this car wash about 50% of the time. This time I used the new foaming brush pre-scrub and the tire wash but I took too long (9 month pregnant lady here, so I couldn’t go much faster) and had to purchase a second car wash to get it to work. Hopefully the timer can be made a little longer so this doesn’t have to happen to other people.

I don't have a problem with the wash. I used it once for 7$ and it did the job. However, when it comes to communication there is definitely a problem. I texted and emailed to owner because I wanted to clarify some of the information about the monthly plans they have. Never got a response. I will change my review and rating if the person responsible for communication with the customers decides to reach out back to me. Edited Same Day: Manager reached out to me by text and explained what needed to be explained. The review is a 4-star review now. Thank you.

Automatic wash has not had soap since about February. Manager has been aware for months but has done nothing about it. Your car will not get cleaned in the auto wash.

My car was still VERY dirty after and it didn’t get dry at all. Then you have to pay to use the vacuums after too. I would rather go somewhere else for a clean car and vacuums.

I just spent $10 for the automatic car wash. There was absolutely NO soap or "foam bath" whatsoever. The wash only sprayed *maybe* half of my car with water and the brushes and curtains only came in contact with half of my car. Of course, there's no one on site and the listed phone number doesn't work. Complete waste of money.

Went through the “Ultimate” car wash cycle, it was not good at all. My car literally looks the same as it did when I drove it in the bay. The cycle didn’t rinse off about 75% of the soap and then the dryer at the end didn’t even turn on. Maybe washing your manually would be worth it here but I waited in line for 15 minutes and paid $10 for absolutely nothing.

I never used to give bad reviews I'm very fair but this car wash is a scam you turn it to soap only water comes out you put the triple action soap on nothing sputters out really run down and crappy plus they charge you a bunch of money for vacuums You're better to go somewhere else this place is not taken care of

The manager was very helpful and quick to answer questions I had! The automated system worked great and it was nice having the self serve as an option. Definitely will be going here again!

I've been trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt for too long. Something is always out of order. Quarters will get eaten. Cards and bills will both be rejected. If you're going through the automatic washer, don't make the mistake of turning you $10 into quarters as it only accepts dollar coins. So aqua tech I won't be coming back.

I’ve went there twice this month and both times I haven’t been able to get soap to come out of the sprayer or the brush. Ended up paying to just spray my car off.

Maybe I’m biased but under new management this place is really turning itself around. I know changes don’t always happen overnight but this place is heading in the right direction. Took my car through tonight it did an amazing job at an affordable price! Recommend to all

Paid for an automatic car wash because I couldn’t get the machine to load a self-serve after downloading the app to pay for it. Then drove over to the automatic stall to find cones blocking the entry. I’ve called numerous times and left voice mails requesting a refund since I couldn’t get a car wash. No response and no refund in the past two weeks. So now I’m leaving this review. Wouldn’t recommend. Used to love them before they got the app and kiosk. I would insert quarters and I could get an unlimited wash for around $7.

Originally posted 19Jul2025 Tldr; steer clear of the autowash. Owner doesn't keep it stocked and is unresponsive. I took my car through the $7 touch free wash on June 28th 2025. There was no foam/soap. I took these pictures minutes after. You can see the residual wiper marks that were there before the wash, and how filthy the windows still are; my finger could easily wipe away the dirt. I tried calling and got no answer. I sent an email to the business asking when the soap would be restocked and if I could receive a new code to go back through. After waiting over a week I sent a followup email. I finally heard something back, but it was just that they would remind someone named Tim about my original email. It has now been 3 weeks since I first tried to make contact with the business with no return communication or attempt to fix things. I paid for a wash that was supposed to have soap and did not get that. I pass this place whenever I visit my parents and was hoping I had found somewhere convenient to get my car washed off. I tried to give the business owner some time and grace but at this point it's clear that they're just scamming people out of their hard earned money. 20Jul2025 Update 1: see the screenshot I attached. After ignoring my emails for 3 weeks I magically got a response within 24hrs of leaving my review. They asked me to take this review down, but admitted that they hadn't actually fixed the issue and they had been knowingly scamming people for weeks. As a reminder, mine wasn't the first review that mentioned an issue with soap not being dispensed. 05Jan2026 Update 2: Apparently they're under new management. Do with that information what you will. But I won't be giving another dollar to this place. That was my first, and last, time trying their wash. I have a lot of patience for delayed customer service responses (I waited 3 weeks to post my review and sent multiple emails before then). The absolute audacity and lack of integrity to ask me to take an honest review down, while admitting that things were still broken and they had knowingly been running a broken system for weeks without putting up so much as an "out of service" sign is really something else.
