If only I could give this place negative stars. Brought my brand new truck to this place because my 4 year old loves the car wash and we moved too far from a delta sonic to pay their membership rate. Sad for us. So I figured I’d try this establishment due to location and it’s been nothing but unprofessionalism from the start. As I’m typing in all my information a kid runs out to make me start all over and to write my information on a post it note (I found this weird) but proceeded on. After only having the membership for a week and a half and going through twice I noticed a scratch on the driver door. I called - no call back. I call again to follow up and the gentleman who answered was pretty rude asking why I haven’t come back to show them, so 15 mins later I pull up to the place in the rain with not a single car in site. Someone aggressively met me outside only to tell me to move my car (fine I was blocking a lane to enter the car wash but again it’s raining - no ones coming). I park my car just to be met by another aggressive person who was nothing other than hostile and ready to argue. I try to tell my timeline and he very condescendingly invited me inside to review the footage of me entering the car wash the second time with the scratch already there. They must have pretty amazing technology that picks up small scratches before entering. I’m not sure when the scratch occurred but it’s very consistent with the rotating brushes inside the car wash and was safe for me to think it might possibly have happened at either time I went through. I was taken back by his attitude and I was not about to take my 4 year old inside an office with 3 hostile men in the rain without another customer insight. Had any employee met me with even an ounce of kindness or even professionalism I would not be writing my first review ever in my life. I asked the man to cancel my membership on the spot and he walked away throwing his hands up and said not a problem. It is clear they do not care about customers or your business. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life.

I went to go car wash for the first time last weekend in my mint condition 2004 ford f 250 I was very impressed by the facility untill on my way home I noticed a stranger noise in my cab. After arriving home I realized the noice was a hole in my roof where one of my cablights used to be. So I contacted the manager at go car wash about the damage to my vehicle, he told me I would have to come in and fill out a damage claim which I did the following monday. The manager then informed me that they don't repair damage done to vehicles that are older then 8 years and denied my claim needless to say I'll be taking my business back to delta sonic where they care about there clients vehicles even if it's older

Great car wash, reasonable price on the 14$ wash includes undercarriage wash. I signed up for the monthly wash program, 100 washes a month for 14/month! Better deal than other Car washes in our area. Free vacuuming, plenty of them to use, lots of space to clean the inside of your, outside the wash building. I was hesitant to use this car wash because the reviews show poor management and car/ truck damage. They did not suggest I I turn my side view mirrors in. I would hope this company would understand, in Western New York, we listen to each other, multiple complaints of poor management, especially when it is about damage to our vehicle is VERY important to us. Please get better management or you will lose business quickly here. I want you to be successful and make customers happy.

I have a membership with them since they opened just the last week antenna broke off my 2019 Chevy 2500 trail boss Duramax. The staff took a damage claim and the manager replace the part quickly and even installed the part. I would recommend this place to everyone the loves a clean truck

I went on a road trip to California had bugs and mud all over the truck. the staff recommended a go big wash which came out to $26.09 my truck came out spotless with zero bugs or dirt. After the wash went to vac lot and vac were crazy powerful and the place was very clean and no trash anywhere.

I bring my 1990 Porsche 944 in alpine white through the wash everyday. I love how friendly the staff is and how clean my car looks after the wash. I will be sad in November when i head to Florida for the rest of the year. I'll be back after the snow lol

Worst experience. Been here 3 times and all times were bad. Rude workers. Some cars have auto breaking and hold the break. They yelled at me and were nasty about it. No one else was in line. They could’ve been respectful. You pay so much money for a car wash to get rushed through and the car is still dirty. The only reason I went through the car wash was to use the vacuums and they weren’t even on. Waste of money and time. Hopefully you get more respectful workers and run a better business.

I’ve been coming here consistently with my unlimited membership, and unfortunately the experience tends to be the same each time. The employees move over the car so quickly and lightly that it feels more about getting back into the office to hang out than making sure my car is actually clean. The lack of attention to detail really shows. By comparison, the West Seneca location takes the time to do things right. They pay attention to detail, even spraying bug remover and using a hand pressure wash when necessary. That extra effort makes a huge difference and shows pride in the service. I wish this location would follow that example — it would make the unlimited membership feel worth it.

Employee's seem irritated when I pull up to get my car washed, plus the brushes seem rough compared to the other car wash in orchard park. I brought my car through and the one brush bent my mirror forward and when I told them about it they told me to just tuck them in next time, I have a Volvo not a truck so I don't think I need to tuck them in. Yesterday I went through I heard a loud smack in the back of my car and when I looked around I couldn't find anything, when I left work last night I was putting stuff in the back of my car and when I shut my hatch I realized my rear wiper was missing. So now I need to fill out a claim, I live an hour away so it's going to be a pain!

I’ve decided to update my review because, after a couple of months, my experience has only gone downhill. There seems to be new staff every time I come in, and I constantly feel rushed in and out. On more than one occasion, I’ve shown up only to find the place unexpectedly closed. For the amount we pay monthly, this level of inconsistency and inconvenience is extremely frustrating. At this point, I’m seriously considering switching back to Delta Sonic.

I was given above and beyond service here! I accidentally approached the entrance with my pickup truck bed containg a few full trash bags. I started to backup out of the lanes, a worker came out to check on me, I told him my mistake, he told me to go ahead, when I reached the actual car wash entrance he removed the trash bags and disposed of them practically faster than I exited the truck to help. This location always seems to do the best job as well. This is certainly extraordinary service. Thank you.

Like the wash when it's open. Why is the wash closed during normal business hours or closed 2 hours prior to the posted hours? If it breaks down, please put a sign up on the cones or block the driveway completely. What a pain trying to turn around with all the other customers that are doing the same. I have 4 vehicles with monthly subscriptions. This is becoming VERY annoying.

1 Star – Disappointed After Months of Good Service Funny how one moment can change everything. After months of perfectly good service at GO Car Wash, I ended up canceling my membership over something that should never happen. While doing the pre‑spray, the attendant actually tried to kick snow off my car. Yes… kick it. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Thankfully there was no damage, but that’s pure luck — not exactly the kind of “technique” you expect from a professional car wash. One careless move was enough to make me rethink the whole membership. Really disappointing after being a loyal customer.

I like this car wash better than others in the same category. The residual wax and tire dressing seems to last longer and looks better than some competitors. The other car wash competitors seem to forget the tailgate section on my two pick up trucks.

Worst Go Car Wash in the area! This place is never open when it's supposed to be. I'm sick of driving there to find it closed. Sunday, I pulled in at 5:42pm...Closed. However, they say they close at 6:00pm. Six other cars turned around with me in the lot. Was closed constantly due to cold weather recently. Was closed for a week a few months ago for repairs. I haven't gotten any refund for my subscription due to all these closings. Brushes on the passenger side barely touch my truck leaving it dirty. My car is still soaked when it leaves the tunnel. The workers are so disengaged, they just barely spray water on your car as you go into the tunnel while they stare off into space. Oh, and the kiosk's you pull up to are constantly malfunctioning.

I want to give a shout out to Collin at the Hamburg location for quick reaction when I was in the washing bay had a woman in front of me at the end while drying the woman thought it would be a good idea to jump the conveyor buoys i pressed my horn and got Collin to stop the conveyor and he came to my window and check to see everything was ok. I’m in line rushing to get my car washed when I noticed I left my wallet at home . Dominic and the Go Team were so courteous enough to let me through FOR FREE. I couldn’t believe it !
