BEWARE!!!!!! My daughter went through this car wash and was knocked off track (at no fault of her own, they have video to prove it) whereby her car was thrown into a piece of equipment that punctured her tire. Took a wrecker and 4 hours to get her out. I sent repeated emails asking for reimbursement for the 400.00 wrecker (that they called) and her replacement tire. I was told it was turned over to legal counsel. Again, repeated emails asking who legal counsel went unanswered. This place will damage your vehicle and they are negligent in liability. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH. 4/2025!!!!

On 2-8-2025 my car was scratched at your car wash (actually a row or series of scratches). I pointed out to Hannah who took pictures and assured me someone would be in touch with me the next week. I’m still waiting in spite of returning twice in person to talk to Hannah, making a number of phone calls and leaving my name and information on your website corporate contact. On March 18 I asked Hannah if she could give me a number to call corporate myself and was told no.

I went to do a quick vacuum as I’ve always done, didn’t need my car washed, the guy very politely asked me to get my car washed I told him I didn’t need it, he then continued to say we have to ask that you get your car washed first before using the vacuum, I told him I didn’t need it, then I asked are you saying I can’t vacuum? He said well we have to ask you to go through car wash first, I again told him I already had my car washed for the month, just 2 weeks ago, so I just wanted to get the grass out of my drivers side, I don’t use the vacuum there every day but I do a couple times ever few weeks, quick vacuum , then I asked if he was basically telling me I need to leave ? He said unfortunately yeh, he didn’t appear he wanted to even ask me to go, he was very polite, so I hold no offense against him, but their advertising free vacuuming, with no clauses. I suggested they tape over the free vacuuming or something so this doesn’t happen again. I understand they are working on another sign but if they are going to have that one up, at least take duct tape and cover up Free vacuuming, make a sign do something. I have gone there for about a year, not every week but as I said every 3 weeks or so I’ll drop by vacuum, car wash ex. So apparently they removed my last post.

The Carwash cleans my truck great and I havnt found a scratch yet it’s always clean and the people are seriously awesome!!!! Nothing but amazing every time I go highly recommend

This review is years late, but shines a light on their business practices. Before this wash was sold to Amerishine, I bought my wife a $125 gift card. When I asked them about it, they said I was out of luck. Not even a partial credit, which is why I take my weekly wash elsewhere to this day.

They charged me for a monthly membership for the last 3 months when I went for a car wash only in October. The manager would not refund my money, would not tell me who owned it, would not show the video of me purchasing a membership, would not give me a phone number I could call. VERY SHADY, VERY DECEPTIVE!!!

Great car wash! A piece of my door handle was loose and came off during the wash. I asked if someone could help me get it back. The maintenence man immediately ran into the running car wash to find it. Unfortunately, he was unable to but I left my number and an hour later they let me know they had found it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. So glad I have a membership.
