After several years I decided to have my car washed. Great was nice(greater/cashier/driver). Paid for full service interior and exterior, ask for tire shine and he said is included, my reply was "awesome,thanks ". Never got the tire shine. Walk in lobby no cashier,no ac working in lobby,trash can full of trash. The look on employees was they are tired,sad,and no good vibes. 52 minutes for a regular car wash,I can't believe it. Oh by the way only 4 employees in total,running around like crazy. Poor management supervision, I don't believe I'll be back.

Not happy! I have no problem for paying for good service, but y’all got to do better. I am not sure if I would come back and I paid for the highest charge plus gave GREAT tips. The young girl inside was very nice.

I just came back from this place, a Sunday morning. I'm kind of a picky person, and let me just say that this was the best car cleaning I've ever had.. and I'm 67. Victoria and her team were polite and professional. They spent 10 minutes just on the wheels; about 40 minutes overall and I watched it all. At $34 + tax they made my car look almost new, inside and out! Sundays are slower, a good time to go but Tuesdays are half price, they tell me. 5-stars all the way! 👍

Great car wash! It was our first time there and the employees are very friendly! Edgar and Lea were so nice! Great customer service! Antonio did an amazing job! Took his time making sure the car looked great which we appreciate! I never had such a great car wash as I did here! Would definitely recommend this car wash! Nice seating area inside too while you wait for your car! Thank you all!

Prices went up by $15 with new ownership and the work quality is terrible. Wife brought truck back and I had to clean it after spending almost $50. Didn't bother cleaning windshield either. We won't be back.

It has been awhile since I took my car there. I definitely won’t be back. I was charged $32 for what I thought was an exterior wash & an interior vacuum/wipe down (as I used to get in the past). Only 2 employees were working…when my car was finished, there was dried soap & water streaks down my windows, the inside windows still dirty, and my dashboard touchscreen still had fingerprints all over it. They only vacuumed the floors inside. I was running late & had to leave otherwise I would have requested they redo my car. Unacceptable.

First time coming to this carwash. Had very high hopes and was very disappointed. Today is sunday and there is no one here but online it says that they should be open from 10-4 . Called several times and someone answered and hung up on me. Was excited for this experience and was completely let down.

Amazingly UNSATISFYING experience. I arrived at 415, 2nd in line, and was told that because they closed at 5, they would only do the outside, and it would take an hour. I returned 50 minutes later to pick up my car, and it was already done. The attendant did not know where keys were, and once found, she dropped them on the ground in front of me instead of handing them to me. After all this, upon inspection, there was still bug debris on my windshield and hood, plus the rims are still dirty. When I asked why other cars were being vacuumed after mine was done, the attendant gave me a very fake, insincere, canned apology. I would've been better off using the car wash at the gas station across the street, as I would have saved time, money, and frustration. Never coming back !!!

I frequent this place because they take their time and even care about the car that they’re cleaning. Keith the Manager sets the example by helping out as well. The entire staff has done a great job every time!!

First off, it's been a while since I've come here so it was apparent things were different the moment i pulled in. The young man who took my order was polite enough, I purchased the platinum Exterior and the Diamond full service upgrade to the tune of $61.... There was no direction after that. The young man waiting for me to pull up seemed entirely dusinterested in life. He was not rude, just obviously over it. All instruction was with hand gestures. After exiting the wash, there was no signs of where to go or anyone to tell you what to do. I just figured I was supposed to pull in behind another car being detailed. I waited a few ninutes before getting out and just going inside as no one at that part of the wash even looked my way. Once inside the main lobby, there was no one working. There were a couple people sitting and watching their cars being worked in. There were no lights on. All vending machines were empty and unplugged and there was furniture grouped together by the front, i assume, to be gotten rid of. Eventually my car was detailed and I thought, quite thoroughly as it took the better part of an hour. Up close i was able to clearly see the lack of attention to detail both inside and out. I paid $61 for a sub par car wash that felt like it was on the cusp of being abandoned to the elements. The atmosphere was melancholy at absolute best and I've gotten better customer service down at the DMV. I won't waste my time or money here again despite living only a mile away.

Within 6 months this place has changed their memberships 3xs and have been doing a HORRIBLE JOB! Like it’s become so bad I’ve only used them twice a month on a platinum level membership because they don’t clean the car exterior or interior properly, they don’t apply the wax, don’t wipe the door jams or armrests, no real vacuum etc! It’s a mess! And these pictures are immediately after their “platinum” service. I should have been stopped using them but now they are eliminating all memberships and will only have a basic wash for $20/m and you have to pay an additional $8 for them to vacuum and wipe the interior. So $52 Vs the $40 I was paying for them to do the same poor job. No way! I’ll get someone else to do it

Not welcomed here folks. ask a ticket writer for auto wax service consult. He directed us to park at adjacent business lot or in their car wash drive in lane. I walked in for verbal pricing & prices were quoted higher rather what showing on their desk pamphlet or not even noted. They never looked at my vehicle for accurate quote or open schedule availability

I think its time to find a different carwash. I've been coming here for 2 years and it's just gotten sloppy. The last two times I thought it was just someone new rushing but now I see that it's just exactly that...rushing a service that shouldn't be for the price you are paying. Now I have to go home and clean my car after paying over $45 for platinum service. I even told them in the beginning to please be sure those areas are cleaned because they haven't been in the past. I would have not known they didn't wven touch the trunk if I didn't go grocery shopping. Highly Dissapointed.

If giving NO STARS was an option, that's what would be given. This company should be shut down. It takes advantage of the elderly. My mother took her vehicle in. Told the attendant what she needed, HE suggested the Silver package, which charges $18 for the exterior wash and $25 for a "Full Service Interior". When she looked at her vehicle, she noticed the Interior was NOT CLEAN. Aside from not even wiping down the dash/Interior, she had to ask for a rag to wipe the side of her seat. Asked the attendant why it didn't get cleaned, the windows were streaked, literally all they did was vacuum. He told her she "should have got the Supreme package", there was nothing he could do. When she commented this would be the last time coming there, he told her it was her prerogative. The photos speak for themselves **My reply to Management's comment** Prior to me leaving this review, I gave your company a chance to make it right, as did my mother when she spoke with your attendant. The gentleman I spoke with told me all he had to say was to talk with the guys outside. I tried to explain that didn't get my mom anywhere. He didn't care....

I've been going here for 3 years. Always does a great job, inside and out. Tires, dashboard, GPS screen, floor mats all vacuumed, wiped down, armor-alled, waxed or polished. Done in 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Entire staff is very respectful and friendly. Great to do business with. My car looks brand new.

My car really needed a detail, I thought I’d have to leave it there for an hour or so to get it done, but I got an expressed detail that included the tires for less than a tank of gas. A lot of hustle at a very fair price.

Damnnnn. What happened to ‘America’s Car Wash’? What is this ‘American auto spa’?? Use to come here years ago frequently and lovedddd the employees and service. Now, the service levels are way more expensive and the difference from then to now? Before, workers wore uniforms, there were even 8-10 cleaners working, and prices were much lower. Now, prices are much more expensive, for a longgg wait time due to only 2-5 workers working at a time and that includes the guy who asks you what kind of wash you want, he also has to pre wash every car so expect a long wait time in your car before getting to get out, along with the lobby not even being filled with car accessories or items anymore. There use to be a drink machine, ice cream machine, and lively inside. Now it’s dark, they don’t even bother to turn on the lights anymore. super disappointed as I was bringing someone here to tell them this is still the best car wash i’ve been to, and then this is what they experience the first time. HIGHLY disappointed, to the owners why did you sell??? and to the new owners please keep up with what most people remember about America’s car wash. Update: An hour and a half later again because there’s only 3 people working with soooo many cars, (not their fault) had to go and do the spray part on my own (use to be my favorite part) and car was still sooooo dirty. I got the silver package because now it’s $40. grime and gunk still everywhere. before, it would’ve been spotless. So i paid more for a really bad job. Again no fault to the worker she tried her best for only being one person. Shame on this company!

I get my car majorly clean once a year,. It wasn’t terribly dirty, but it needed a good vacuuming and And overall cleaning They said it would be $61. which seemed a bit high, but I was happy to pay it. Then the guy said it would be $10 more because the car was dirty. Really $10 extra because you’re bringing a dirty car to be cleaned. What do they think they are doing? I agreed to it, but I used to get A thorough cleaning once every six months But their prices are too high. I’ll be looking for a new company. Next time I need a cleaning. It was just every day dust and dirt not any huge oil stains or anything that would justify an extra fee over there already high fee

December 23rd... Got here around 930.... A few cars already here but was taken promptly. There may have been a little bit of a wait but the car came out spotless inside and out. Staff was friendly and personable. Auto payment at the car was convenient. I understand they are under new management but they are working hard to satisfy customers. I will return.
