The service is beyond wonderful. My puppies was sick on the side of the seat which most of it went underneath the seat. AMD was able to come to me and clean the car. I wasn't expecting the level of service received just to clean a seat. I will definitely be using AMD in the future; especially since they come to you!

* The after pictures are what I CLEANED without being a professional* I kept going back on fourth about whether or not to even write a review. I will start with my car was BAD and I told them that. The guy I talked to was like we rarely see just holy cow cars. I was like mine is bad. I was also recommended by a friend who said they were good but watch the upcharges. Fine okay. He arrives tells me my car is BAD I'm like okay fine. Then after about 30 minutes into cleaning the car comes and tells me that there's pet hair in my car I have cats that have literally never been in my car. My son wears really fuzzy hats in the winter so maybe from that or maybe just transferred from clothing to car. I put up a little bit of a fight but was like fine you're already here go ahead. fast forward 30 more minutes He comes to my door and tells me he can't do my car it's too bad. Wait what?!? Like you saw the car before you started. He would never give me a price about how much to do it he just kept saying it would take at least 6 hours. He does vacuum my car and doesn't charge me for that. But the part that rubbed me the wrong way was at the end it was like yeah what I'm in the Blackhawk neighborhood and I do the BMWs and the really expensive cars those are the worst. So you've seen cars that are worse than mine but mine was too bad for you to clean was it because I don't drive a BMW or live in a fancy neighborhood. And then he kept telling me that I might be able to find a Groupon Groupons He mentioned Groupons at least four times. So did he think I was poor and that I wasn't going to pay or tip maybe? I was left super confused because then after he left I decided to take my own home carpet cleaner and do it myself and actually did a really good job. With a toddler in tow it took me maybe an hour to get my front done and wiped down. It was time for his nap so I'll finish the back later but I was able to carpet clean it up. I'm still very confused. I thought the purpose of calling one of these companies was so that you could clean up a car but apparently they can't be really bad. Needless to say the whole thing experience was not pleasant. And he wasn't like unfriendly or anything It was just confusing. *update* I just finished cleaning my back seat which took me 30 minutes with my own carpet cleaner and it looks a 100x better. Again he did vacuum with his very good vacuum but as far as the stains and all that I did that not them because it was too difficult for them.

AMD was fantastic! Extremely responsive and eager to help at every step of the process. We had some unexpected rain for our initial appointment and had to reschedule, but he was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were still able to get my vehicle clean before an upcoming trip. When I asked whether we could do the detailing in a friend's garage instead that day he recommended against it because he was concerned there would not be enough lighting for him to do his best work. It's incredibly rare these days to find someone who cares more about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction than simply going through with the appointment anyways, and I knew immediately I had chosen the right company. Not only was he incredibly meticulous at removing some long-standing stains (looking at you, greasy late night chicken wings stain), but even volunteered some great tips to keep the vehicle clean and recommended some products that he's had success with to keep problem areas protected from further damage despite them not being items that he himself had for sale. He seems to legitimately care about his work and the end result more than whether he himself made money on 'addons' or traditional upcharges like floor mats unlike many of the competitors out there. He also went out of his way to give me honest recommendations on whether all of the requested services were necessary and actually saved me a considerable amount of money compared to what I was originally expecting to pay. He made my 2015 Honda look and smell as clean as they day I got it, and I could not be more impressed. He was incredibly honest and fair and I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of them.

My mom had this car before me, and we were messy kids. Now it's mine, and I'm a messy adult. Spills, dogs, and so much more made this 12-year-old car pretty disgusting. Sebastian came and worked for hours to make it squeaky clean. I ordered a seat shampooing, but he let me know it wasn't going to do much and didn't go forward with it, more concerned about getting the car clean than making some extra bucks. He also gave me solid advice on how to make my car look better in the spots that weren't so fixable. He's a very sweet guy as well—we had really interesting conversations. We had a couple communication and timing issues, and as a result he took half off my trip fee. Very generous overall—I'm glad I chose this service. If I ever need another detailing, I know where to go.

Sebastian is one of a kind! He worked on our car for *four hours* working hard the whole time. We were embarrassed to have people in our car before, but not anymore. It is unbelievably clean, like new, and it is 15 years old. Highly recommended!

Amazing job. I could not be happier. I’ve read some of the other reviews on here and they all sound accurate. My car was in okay shape, not horrible, not great. There was a fair amount of dog hair, long wispy fine golden retriever hair. Not easy to vacuum, sticks to everything. When he was finished I couldn’t find a single one. Even if it wasn’t his toughest job he spent a solid four hours working on the car and it looks like it is brand new. I absolutely recommend and will absolutely use them again.

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to in this case as our experience was truly excellent. I contacted AMD with a pressing deadline and they were able to shuffle things and fit in my detailing appointment at very short notice and for an affordable price. Sebastian arrived promptly at our home at the appointed time. He is an energetic, engaging young person with a great work ethic. We live in the country well outside Madison and appreciate that he was willing to travel to us. The truck had not been cleaned inside in years. It now looks like new. The before and after photos say it all. I highly recommend Sebastian and AMD for your detailing needs.

I needed a hero 😳 or a miracle 😩🫡 and luckily, I found both in AMD! My car was getting really bad and I knew I needed to do something about it. I contacted AMD and they got back to me almost immediately with quotes, services, and any other information I could have needed! Sebastian from AMD came out to my residence and worked WONDERS on my car! He was very friendly and incredibly professional, communicating with me through the entire process. I had a milk spill in my odyssey in the trunk. It has festered over a 3 week period with mold growth and was really stinky. forget driving , I couldn’t even keep the car inside the garage. I needed to immediately clean and detail the vehicle. After seeing the positive reviews on AMD, Called up AMD and they were able to come immediate the very next day. Did an absolute fantastic job getting, it cleaned, a full interior detailing plus deodorizing. Almost brand new car is what I got in the end. To top it AMD removed few scratches at the rear making it near perfect job! Overall very very happy and satisfied with the work! Will call them again for anything in future!

My 10 year old truck is in pretty good shape, but my basic cleaning left a lot of ground-in junk especially on the floors, not to mention pet hair that takes forever to try to work out and the dirt in all the hard-to-reach spaces. I decided that getting the interior detailed would be a good idea, but I hesitated to spend the money and didn’t want the hassle of dropping off a vehicle somewhere. Doing some searches, I accidentally came across mention of mobile detailing which I did not know was a thing. I then found AMD and all the great reviews. I decided to check it out and it was fantastic. Sebastian’s communication in setting everything up over text was excellent and made things quite easy, providing a good estimate of the cost given different options. In person, he was quite a character, very enthusiastic about doing a great job. We went over the truck in detail and he explained everything thoroughly and we talked over several details to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and specifically what he was going to do. He had different options for payment, and while credit card payment did not work, that was not unexpected as cell service can be a little spotty here. Writing a check worked fine 🙂 The results were wonderful. So glad I did not put this off any longer. Feels like I’m getting into a new truck again. There are some things I still don’t know how he cleaned. A pleasure to work with someone who is so genuinely honest and takes such pride in his job.

AMD did an excellent job on my pontoon boat. Sebastian was very quick responding to my request for information. From then on he was excellent and clear in his communication on services, pricing and what to expect. I am pretty good about maintaining my boat on a regular basis, but he put the "sparkle" back into it. He even cleaned the oxidation off my aluminum toons to an incredible difference as seen in my pics. Sebastian puts the time in to ensure you receive a detailed clean and will have him do detailing in the future. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW!!! ✨️ 12+ hours of detailing! First and foremost, I was discouraged & embarassed to even have my vehicle detailed due to the condition it was in to begin with. Three kids and three dogs accumulates a disgusting amount of garbage, mud, food, and who knows what else. I've owned my vehicle for four years and have never had it professionally detailed. Though I did spot vacuum and wipe downs here and there..there was SO MUCH DOG HAIR, dust, and debris. When I inquired having my SUV cleaned with AMD via phone call, I received friendly customer service that was welcoming and encouraging of my situation. I appreciated the immediate text notification laying out all of the services and add-ons AMD had available. This made selecting my services so simple! I went with the most popular package: the interior blow out and again, WOW!!! ✨️ We began the appointment by doing a walk through of my vehicle. He took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and even pointed out areas he planned to clean that I hadn't noticed. I bagged up larger items from my vehicle and the process began. Throughout the vacuuming, AMD held onto all objects, toys, hair accessories, ect. prior to discarding them which I thought was yet another curtious consideration on their behalf. Over TWELVE HOURS LATER OF FINE DETAILED, HARD WORK, and my vehicle looks brand new! I want to reiterate that this only was possible due to the extensive, meticulous hours AMD spent detailing my vehicle for an entire day! I continuously peeked out the window to check oh his progress, and each time he was elbow-deep griding away. The amount of detail this man put into detailing my car was incredible and beyond my expectations. You can only how horrible I felt as each hour passed and he was still cleaning away.. to my comfort, AMD reminded me the pleasure he had taking on the challenge for my family & making my vehicle look brand new. God bless his determination and immense patience. To conclude the service, we walked around the vehicle to inspect his work and ensure my happiness (*I'm in absolute awh. At this point, maybe even shock of how clean my vehicle is*). Payment was easy due to the multiple forms AMD accepts. Now, I know what you're thinking...how much did I pay for a 12 hour detail? Absolutely pennies in comparison to the three other quotes I received. You will not find another detailing service more affordable. Did I mention AMD even offered tips of car accessories, quality brands, and locations of those items to help maintain the cleanliness of my car. Again, WOW! The genuine character & empathy of AMD is unmatched. Long story short, aside from the incredible customer service, easy scheduling, immediate availability, and wonderful outcome of my now CLEAN CAR, my favorite perk of choosing this company was that they came to me! I didn't have to drop my vehicle off somewhere and schedule transportation to bring me home and back later. This was so CONVENIENT! Truly, I cannot thank AMD for such a wonderful experience and a now incredibly clean vehicle. ✨️ I would highly, HIGHLY recommend AMD. I plan to schedule quarterly appointments to keep up on the cleanliness of my vehicle, and would recommend you make your appointment too. You will certainly not be disappointed! WOW. Just wow. I left my car undriven and sitting in the garage for probably 5 months and when I finally went to drive it, it was full of nasty mold. I reached out to sebastian and he was very helpful, attentive, and super nice! He is an awesome person, and does such a great job with detailing.
