They really go above and beyond . I live close by and they wash all my cars for me. The owner John is very polite and all his men work really hard ! Best car hand car wash on the island by far! I have very expensive cars and they treat them like it was their own vehicle!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I went there to do only full detail on the inside of the car They are good and the price is a little pricey but my problem is some areas that still had stains and between the the drive Seat and the hand rest there was still needs cleaning and that hand rest clip is not there and I tried to call the fourth time no one answers on three different days and the signal light on the left mirror is broken. IF YOU HAVE AN EXPENSIVE CAR DO NOT GO

We bought a new car. I hand washed it myself to avoid clearcoat damage. My wife decided to give me a break and brought the car to this "spa". Clearcoat is now full of swirl marks. There is no excuse. If you can't afford to rinse your towels then raise the price! Leaving swirl marks visible on brand new paint is criminal. Car is "lunar rock" color (like a green/silver); I can't imagine what these amateurs would do to a black car! I was too mad to go back for a refund, for everyone's safety.

This auto detailer gave me the best rate on Staten Island and did a superb job detailing my car. My seats had to be steam cleaned and they came out terrific. They also put on my bedazzled license plate frames when I asked them to. All in all I think they are wonderful. Great customer service too. I highly recommend them.

Usually not the one to leave a review but their work is unacceptable. I brought the car paid 45$ for a car wash throwing tip on top as well. Left the car went to plaza to do food shopping. When I picked up the car it looked like it was never washed. Interior had stains that were there before bringing the car in. Outside also had obvious dirt marks that never came off. I have no idea what kind of washing was done but definitely not worth the money. The only reason why I didn’t go because I had an infant with me.

When you pay for exterior wash and interior cleaning you expect to get that. I went yesterday, only to see they did not clean windows with much detail and except for vacuuming did not do anything on the inside. 5-10 guys missed it completely.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Normally I avoid this place since I used to have to finish the job myself at home. Came here yesterday just for an exterior wash to get the salt off from all the snow we’ve had recently and when I got home I noticed the ENTIRE car full of swirl marks. The car doesn’t even have 250 miles on it yet. I JUST GOT IT. DO NOT GO HERE. As another review mentioned they use regular towels and will wreck your clear coat. They are horrible. My car was still dirty on top of all this.

First time here and NEVER AGAIN! This place just broke my rear view mirror while "cleaning". The owner has NO CLASS, no apology, no offer of even a $1 discount. Such jerks!! My car wasn't even clean either, I had to go with one of their rags and wipe off the excess dirt and crumbs they left. $50 later, I have to drive away with a broken mirror. The guy tells me go to Honda to get it fixed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, it's not even safe for a WASH!!!
