Very Disappointed. Paid for the top drive through car wash. When completed it missed the front of my car completely. So told one of the workers and he said “NOT AGAIN”. Maybe you can go though again but let me check with the manager. The manager just said “NO I can’t do anything about it. Not even I’m sorry. Will never go back there again…..

they do a decent job, but the quality of the prewash varies. Some times they do a really good job and will take magnets off and sometimes they just do not care. I always just take them off myself now before going in.

Has a car wash, dog wash, and laundry on site. They even have a car smell spray and anything else you need in vending machines. The people who work there keep it cleaned and maintained pretty well. I always see them taking out the trash and doing awesome at their jobs!

Id say this has to be the nicest self serve car wash in carroll or Howard county. The amount of wash time per dollar is generous. They have vacuums that always work, a nice dog wash, and a 24 hour drive thru wash

Vacuums are really inconsistent in power. Shampooer do-dad worked okay, but I don't think for the money (it took $9 to vacuum, in 3 minute increments, the car and clean the two front seats [they were really egregious]) I would go back. Thought about a car wash while I was there, but no way at those prices!

Quick easy way to wash your car or truck. Been thru automatic car wash 2x with no issues. The self serve bays are great also. The brushes and wands do need a little attention as they appeared to be heavily used and bristles were flattened out. The only problem is getting in from the south bound lanes on 32..have to do a u-turn to get there...cod be worse I guess.

Their tunnel is very fast and certainly not soft touch. Your car is shoved out so fast there is no blow drying time at all. Won't bother with this place again.

Attendant was nice and professional. The automated car wash is very rough on your car, the rags were heavy and hit the vehicle quite hard. The vehicle still had noticeable dirt and salt spots on the body after exiting.

We have a monthly car wash membership. The last few times I've been through, the staff must kind of went through the motions. But today we had Ben help us. He went above and beyond, scrubbing off every last bit of dirt and oil from the hubcaps (which stain terribly on Volvos). Took his time, did an AMAZING job. I didn't have cash to tip him, but I wish I did! We will continue our membership as long as you keep hiring amazing, hardworking employees like him!

I go on Tuesdays when they offer a discount if I have the money and if my car really needs it I go. The people who do the preliminary hand washing do a good job. I appreciate what they do. My car looks better leaving than it did when I came in. Thanks.

If you go through the combination wash (the employees use a brush on your wheels, bumpers and lower part of the vehicle then you go through the automated brush car wash) the car comes pretty clean. Skip their fully automatic wash, it never seems to work for me. 10 dollars for the middle level combo wash seems reasonable, however the still never comes out very clean.

Went through the car wash last night and got the $15 car wash (it was as discounted to $13). When I got out to reposition my mirrors I noticed that the car was not dried at all. They were also putting down salt right at the exit of the car wash bay even though it was 44 degrees out. I understand they want to prevent ice but the it was not even a freezing temp and I wash my car AFTER the roads are salted as good practice. Then today when I got home from work I realized that my car was still filthy. You couldn’t even tell that It had been washed. I will never use this place again.

Terrible car wash. System ushers your car out too quick, the rinse wasn’t thorough and the air just blew the residual suds all over the car. I appreciate that it is an express type car wash, but for $24 (the works) it’s not worth the trip.

I was disappointed with this car wash right from the start. There was one man walking around the facility. He went into an office and told a young man to come out and wait on me. I asked for the highest level of service 'All Shined Up', then asked if they dry the car and vacuum the interior. This guy proceeds to tell me they have self serve vacuum machines around the property. For the price I paid, I am accustom to interior vacuum, windows and dash cleaned. But to have to dry the car myself was over the top. I'll not use this location again.

I would not come here again. I came here for the first time and I only used the self wash bays. $3.00 minimum to start The soap was very difficult to rinse off and the sprayer kept spraying lots of suds long after I was on the rinse mode. And then I learned the hard way that the machine will turn off after $10 of use and I was halfway through my final rinse cycle. It would have cost $3 to start it up again so I just left. My car now looks worse in some spots than it did before.

Just charged my card 10 dollars for a 3 dollar do it yourself car wash. Last time I'll use this place. And no soap available for high pressure wash. Don't waste your money.

When I first moved to area about 2 years ago this was a great car wash. You really felt like you got your money's worth. Now, barely any soap in the touch free wash or in the bays coming out of the wand. The quality has gone down hill and should be addressed to stay competitive with the other car washes in the area.

Highly recommend this place. This is when I was visiting my sister and brother-in-law, and he bought a slingshot in Daytona Beach, Florida, and then brought it back to Maryland so his old one just got sold actually. They are a clearcoat at it so we’re just washing it and then I’ll light wax for the rain drops in for the shine this day. Good on the paint I detail for a living so I helped him with the rest of the slingshot. Finished product all detailed slingshot bought in Daytona Beach, Florida at Indian motorcycle in Daytona Beach Florida

The laundromat and car wash are OK at best but if you have any issues with a machine eating your money, you will never be able to get in contact with anyone to get your money back. The Sykesville number doesn’t work and no one answers the Westminster number.
