Busy around rush hour, and the pharmacy seems understaffed. Otherwise, very helpful and kind employees! The store is always clean and organized.

As stated in other reviews, the self checkout attendants will hawk you as if you're stealing. In my experience thieves tend to just walk out of the door, not stand in line and run their debit card.

Getting my wife's prescriptions filled on-time is is ridiculous, trying to get them mailed is even worse, then closing for lunch is B.S. I get that they need a lunch break, but they should stager them so atleast one person is there so people who are on a time limit can pick up there prescriptions and not have to waist time and gas by having to come back later.

Joke! They have NO onions. A basic staple and they have zero. Go here of you want to buy garbage.

So this is one grocery store I will never be going to back again. I don’t know if they feel like they get paid more to like act a certain way towards like customers or profile customers, but as I’m like having my items in my hand walking towards the self check out I’ll, this lady staring down short glasses literally from the store Distance stop stocking items goes to self check out another employee is And working and I just set my things down first barely like to ring up. She walks over to me and says oh are you doing those items all separate, I’ve scanned one item and entered my phone number and then I am scanning up my donuts, I enter her number of what I have and then she says that I have more than that number and pretty much makes me count them and then I have the small dish in there that she tells me that is gonna be completely separate and tries to charge me like more than what Even posted for after this lady, you know through all my items and making me feel very uncomfortable and like pretty much embarrassing me in front of all the other customers I just kind of avoided them all and just like walked out feeling super embarrassed for some reason even though like I didn’t do anything wrong, but she sure made me feel like I did. And that’s the customer service, there

This store does not honor weekly ad prices. Don’t drive twenty miles and expect the Five Dollar Friday deal. It’s first come first serve. They refuse to honor and raincheck. We missed out on two items. Like this ad, that does not have a proper disclaimer, unhonored ads are a scam and illegal. Check the raincheck laws. After 1989, rain checks became standard practice in grocery stores because the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) established the unavailability rule.

My observation of Albertsons is over- priced food and under appreciated employees. Sad but true

You get watched like your stealing stuff. Alot of judgment and profiling by employee's.

My car was hit in this Albertsons parking lot. The male manager who reviewed the security camera was condescending and unhelpful.

Medium sized store with good variety and consistently quick checkout vs competition. Their best feature is the employees. From the managers to the baggers, they are friendly and helpful.

They are ok. Kind of expensive sometimes. I wish they would make fresh sandwiches. They leave their sandwiches out for too long. I only buy the ones made day of. Check the labels. They make good fried chicken and I LOVE their cob salad wrap! Wish they would make them more often because they're usually too old to buy when I go there.

I get my prescriptions filled here and shop here. I’m currently in line waiting for prescriptions and it smells so bad in here. I have noticed this for a few years. Wow today it is really bad. Can this not be fixed?

Yo. Let me say, off the bat, this store was a little short handed today. If Kroger would be willing to pay the fine people who work here MORE, the store would make MORE money. That is not the point. The point is to bleed a community dry to the point of a useless dry husk. Then move on. My experience today with the people working here was a good experience with fine, helpful professionals. Yes it was. My shopping was easy and speedy. I may have to return to this store. Okay!

Living in the west hills, this Albertson’s is our first option and been shopping there since 2006 . Unlike the Albertson on Denabo & Royal who are warm ,welcoming ( especially Cashiers ) these guys seem to be cold. Today i bought the biggest & delicious Oysters even though i was a bit apprehensive because i never saw /eat them that big. However the attendant was the warmest & welcoming one back there at fish counter. He has excellent customer.

I came to Albertsons to buy wine. After selecting my items, I went to the self-checkout and paid for them. As I was walking out of the store, one of the associates, named Mike, stopped me and asked if I had paid for the items and requested to see my receipt. I showed him my receipt, but I felt upset and embarrassed by the situation. I have shopped at this store many times and have never been stopped or asked for a receipt here or at any other store. Because of how uncomfortable the situation made me feel, I returned to the store to speak with a manager. The same individual who stopped me identified himself as the manager. When I told him that I would report the incident to corporate, he told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t come back to the store again.” I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful, and the experience made me feel unwelcome as a customer.
