Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Even the manger there was so rude and tried to act like she cared about her employee being rude to me. Saturday night Manger named Melinda tried to tell me that the girl isn’t customer service, if you work in retail there’s customer service lol. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard from a “manager” lol. That girl, which the manager would not want to give me her name. But she’s that locked the doors gave so much attitude and just kept staring and staring. I can’t believe how someone can be so evil. I will definitely will be contacting corporate!!!!

I prepare myself to be irritated and stressed when I go to the deli. I’m asked several times the weight and cut that I want. They are not friendly, sometimes downright rude and slow. Literally spent 10 minutes waiting for a pound of turkey. No line.

Love Albertsons. They have great weekly deals and I love that they still print their coupons and weekly sales on paper to grab as you walk in.

This place is one of the dingiest Albertsons in town. Go a mile East or West for a much better shopping experience. The parking lot is torn up and half of the shops in the shopping center have shut down. Avoid this Corner if it all possible

Staff are polite and cheerful, always helpful, and it’s easy to find what you need. Deli and Bakery are excellent, but won’t shatter your account

I didn't encounter one employee that was smiling. 6pm Sunday night. Cashier audible sighed several times, with a permanent frown. What a depressing store to shop.

The bakery lady Michelle, made my sons amazing birthday cake!! She honestly deserves a reward for this cake! I wish I knew how to get this information to corporate for her. She is honestly AMAZING. Check this cake out…I should have mentioned that the volcano isn’t plastic it’s all cake she carved and frosted and decorated!! My son requested the volcano and ate it all. Lol. Update we went back today and saw her and thanked her in person. Turns out her name is Michelle. My son was too shy but I know he was super appreciative! Thank you so much!!

I wouldn’t order a cake here. I ordered a custom cake with an edible printed custom photo for my grandmas 90th bday. I ordered it a week in advance, received an email confirmation, only to show up and have the bakery tell me they don’t have a printer for cakes like that and their “manager shouldn’t have accepted the order”. In an attempt to make my grandmas bday perfect, with a lot of time and effort put into planning it all, a custom cake being part of it, i broke into tears of disappointment and stress to figure out what we were going to do. No one called me, no email, and I was left scrambling to find a plan B. It was too late to get the same cake so we ended up with a Costco dessert. Luckily the deli was fabulous and had my order for day 2. They even called a day ahead when a portion of my order was no longer available, to let me know and talk through an alternative order. Please remove any online options that aren’t doable to save someone from this stress and heartache in the future.

This review is concerning the manager Jason whom was working at 9:30pm on August 17th, 2024, and his lack of care for customers health and safety.... I went to the store to purchase some ingredients for dinner, and upon checking out the fresh Corn of the Cobb, I found them all to be covered in black mold from the constent water dripping upon them. So, as any reasonable, caring person would do, I requested to have the manager on shift come over, and I proceeded to personally walk JASON over to the Corn in question, advising that he remove it from the shelf. Once we got there, I asked JASON to take a look at it and let me know what he sees, to which JASON replied with, "Mold." I asked JASON if he would eat it, and JASON said no... At this point, I thanked him for his time and proceeded to finish my shopping. It was only after I saw him tidying a random shelf and the corn still blatantly sitting in the shelf for anyone to buy that I decided to take pictures, and make this publicly known. Learn to be a manager, JASON.

Always clean and organized! Though Megan in Floral is phenomenal. Her customer service and arrangements are top notch. She is such a sweetheart, even being 33 weeks pregnant, she carries such an optimistic and good energy. She would like to pay it forward by helping their donations in buying products for mothers who cannot afford to buy on their own. Thank you for creating our father's day bouquet Megan!! You are Amazing. Gifting you an appreciation frame.

The Deli Hot Case needs improvement. I ordered the 2 piece dark roasted chicken meal that came with 2 side. The mash potatoes, gravey and macaroni looked horrible, dry crusty, like they have been stirred in hours. Regardless, I decided on mash potatoes and gravey. The younger gentleman behind the counter had a really hard time putting the mash potatoes in the container and then even more difficult time putting the gravey on top 😅. I tried to help him out, explaining that if you create a little crater in the mashed potatoes the gravy might stay put. But he seemed to not understand, the mash potatoes scoop was similar to a ski slope 😂, needless to say no gravy stayed in or on the mash potatoes and he used very little gravy when he saw that was happening. Maybe some extra training in mash potatoe scoops with gravy would be helpful 🩵. Food was good nonetheless just messy to eat

We stopped by Albertsons to pick up a couple things from the deli for dinner. When we walked up to the counter, Pam Was standing directly on the other side of the counter, organizing pieces of chicken. After standing unacknowledged for about two minutes, I asked if anyone was working the deli counter. Instead of answering me, Pam hollered to someone in the back room, asking if they could come out to work the counter. There was a muffled response, but no one emerged to help us. After standing for another 2-3 minutes with no one assisting us, I asked Pam if someone was coming to help us. Rather than taking her gloves off and stopping what she was doing to help, she yelled to the person in the back room again and asked if they were coming out. At no point did Pam offered to help us. Annoyed, I told her “Well, don’t let us bother you” As we walked away from the counter, she said nothing. No apology. Nothing. We went to the checkout register with the other couple items we were buying. As we were walking towards the store exit, Ashton had finally come from the back room.. As I was going to ask Pam‘s name, she breezed past us behind the counter, left the deli area and walked to the other end of the store toward the employee break room. I asked a coworker from the customer service desk for Pam’s name. When we left the store, my wife and I were both annoyed at the blatant disregard shown to us at the deli counter, and as a result of leaving without what we came before, we had to alter our dinner plans.

I've purchased many items from this location with zero concern about the quality. But after these last few visits, I think im gonna be shopping elsewhere. In the last three times I've bought something from this location, all three times has said item been expired more than a week. Idk if there is a QC issues but betting on "savings" versus putting quality products on the shelves is really gonna backfire soon. Im just glad that I actually check the expiration dates on my stuff before consuming.

I really appreciate this onve family-owned now a corporation grocery store—it’s the kind of place that makes a neighborhood feel like home. (My Cherry Lane location) The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and you can tell they care about their customers. It’s also so convenient! Whether I’m picking up just a few essentials or doing a full shop, I know I can count on them to have what I need. The personal touch and consistency here make it stand out compared to bigger chains. A reliable, friendly, and community-centered spot that I’m grateful to have nearby. 💛
