Went in for 1 item. Grabbed it, went to checkout. Had to wait for a cashier to become available. Then Had to wait for the computer/register to reboot. Spent about 20 minutes total in the store. 3 minutes of which was just choosing which product i wanted! Slow service!

My name is Dennis contois and I have had problems with the wiper blades I purchased a few months ago and I came back because one was making a slapping noise and just had to come back again to store #6217 in saginaw mi. I am very impressed with everyone's products knowledge and attitude especially the manager heather. Heather replaced the wiper blade at no charge and installed it. Thanks again for great customer service.

The staff here have a messed up job. The prices were good, the service was awesome but OMG the customers that come in the door are the worst. I waited to just get a part, but the guy in front of me barely spoke English, the other guy at the register was arguing over a few cents difference in price, a guy walked in on the phone talking with his speaker on. Some Arabic little girls were running around the store. It's just crazy there. I give these guys credit, thier attitude was great and service was great. I'd still cone back but just have a little patience.

Went in for some electrical issues I was having with my vehicle. Turns out my battery was very corroded and failing to send signals to my fuse box. Should have recognized this issue myself, but Dave the store manager was very helpful and kind. He took the time to clean my battery off and made sure I was in good driving conditions before I left. He also gave me future recommendations on what to do and how to it! Was going to go to a mechanic and I’m so glad I didn’t! Thank you so much for you time and patience!

The staff always help you and even come out and make sure everything is correct for your vehicle. I couldn't get my license plate off one time and pulled in here, and they removed it with no charge. The employee just said " happy to help," and she was incredibly sweet.

Always friendly and helpful. I received excellent service and help from multiple employees at this location. Their staff is knowledgeable, easy to talk and will help diagnose and troubleshoot problems with your vehicle. They’re always helping out small local businesses and providing opportunities for others with their location. Just this weekend they had a bbq vendor and a lady selling Easter baskets in their parking lot.

Corbin has been amazing help and always has the friendliest attitude whenever I've been there. Easily able to get help right away to find what you need to fix your vehicle. My husband uses them for most of his auto parts needs since they are open until 9pm. Mike or Bill are the Counter Personnel that is more knowledgeable especially for older vintage auto parts. If they don't have it in stock will order it right away for next day.

Do not. I repeat. Do not buy a battery from these people. If you have a problem, they'll charge it. Tell you it's fine and give you the runaround until it's out of warranty and won't replace it
