I purchased a power steering pump here with a limited lifetime warranty . Well, it started leaking less than a year later so I went back to get a different one only to find out I'm not in their system by name or number!! I'm not a space case who thought I bought it there , I know for a fact I bought it at the Hudson store. I suggest you go to O'Reilly Auto Parts where losing your info isn't a problem with them.

I understand people might steal or other things. Not all people are like that ,and to boot you didn't even know if any parts in witch I needed even excisted.Made me feel as dumb as you. Thanks for nothing!! At least know your job. If you can't help ask for help or listen to the request.instead of wondering if I'm going to steal.

My quick reliable shop! The Versa has a wiper blade that is smaller than most of the recommended replacement parts. You will be given the wrong size even at the dealership, but not here, they have the right one, in stock and they put it on for me too!

Very friendly staff Isaac and Josh helped me out very much.. Pulled over on my way to Denver to swap the thermostat on my old 1975 P30. Came doubting they had the part in stock but they did. Upon changing it I cracked the housing for tightening it to much. They didnt have that part in stock but they did have it available at another store nearby. Since I couldn't drive my van too far Josh offered to pick it up and bring it for me. I Highly recommend this store! Ask for Josh or Isaac.

This evening my vehicle broke down I was able to make it into the parking lot. This store currently didn't have the part on hand that we needed. Eric did see that another store in town had that part we needed but with our vehicle being broke down we were unable to make it to the other store. Eric went above and beyond, he sent one of the drivers to go get the part from the other store! Absolutely amazing customer service!

My battery was left to charge and somehow it disappeared. It was in a truck that I parked beginning of winter and you want to tell me it wouldn't hold a charge. This may be why there are never any customers. Shame on you, we are old and disabled!! Do not go to this auto parts store, they stole my battery

This store is knowledgeable. Called all other advanced auto stores to find my transaction history for a battery-not a single one of them could find the history via phone number. This is the only store that was able/willing to find it with a part number. Thanks guys

No telling how much $ I spend here, I don’t like to buy stuff from these auto parts and accessories shops. They are over priced. The convenience of buying stuff from them is a plus in a pinch but if I can wait a few days I order online and save 1/2 the amount of money. The last time I bought something from this advanced auto parts store it ran me about $300 for spare of the moment auto dealing detergents and wax. I did get a clay bar kit from a new company that I hadn’t used before. They also had a little palm polish/buffer that is still in the box. I believe it was over priced. The staff/ employees are very customer oriented and helpful. They keep the store clean, and they usually have the answers to questions about what air filters are needed or oil filters. They stopped carrying wind shield stickers/ or logos that say Ford, Chevy, Dodge. I asked and they just stopped carrying them.
