Very good service very friendly and very helpful they typically have the parts you're looking for and if they don't they will find them for you if you need to borrow tools they'll let you borrow what you need and prices are usually pretty comparable to other places very easy to find inside the plaza in goffstown

I bought rotors to replace on my mazda. Went home and threw the first one on but when I put the second one on my brake pads were hanging off the rotor. I looked on the box and had two different part numbers. Had to go back down and get the correct one.

I purchased a brake caliper that was miss labeled, had a left caliper in a right caliper box. Went to return it, was outside of the return policy, and they stuck me with it. With no apologies and some attitude. Buyer beware.

This store is absolutely horrible. Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never shop at this store again. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine treating customers the way they treated me.

It's true a year ago they had great service.. but all that has changed now with the new staff they hired. These people are uninformed & RUDE beyond belief. There is a general attitude of lazy defiance. And if you don't undstand that description just picture a 5 year old who doesn't want to clean his room. They stand there & GLARE at the customers as if they are *in the way* . I went in there carrying a heavy battery.. the OLD crew would have opened the door for me.. & assisted in getting up on the counter as I am only 5'1. These boys stood there with nothing to do & just watched as I struggled .. then I got asked .. * do you want a new battery*. Um.. no.. I just thought I would take this one in to show it off to you. I was given a new battery & promptly ignored as I struggled with it out the door.( and of course they didn't offer to open that door) I won't be going back.

Company policy to refuse services when it is raining? I went in on July 9 at 2:30 and told the lady that I needed someone to test my battery. She said, "Not today" I figured she was just not doing her job and did not want to get wet so I asked if that was company policy and she was like, "It's water, it's electrical, it's dangerous, so it is company policy" I looked online and could not find any danger. And to have a policy to deliberately turn a customer away? I went strait into O'Reilly thinking they would have more compassion and the kid came right out and tested and replaced my battery. Good job O'Reilly! I called Advance in Manchester later that day and the woman was not aware of the policy, and she had been testing batteries all day. Either way, O'Reilly is the place to be. Advance, do not expect me back. Ever again.

There are no oil filter code books for customers to view. In order to get the correct filters I need to either google the info and bring it with me, or wait in line twice; once to get the part numbers, and once to purchase the item. I asked for multiple part numbers so I could shop different filters which the sales person didn't appreciate. Lines are often long so I find this a tad inconvenient. The location is great so I go there often, however, as the previous poster mentioned, the attention to detail and customer appreciation seems to have dropped over the past year.

Battery died AAA came and jumped started my car. I went on line and shopped for a good battery at a good price. Called Advanced it was in stock drove to the store bought the battery they installed it in a short time and I was on my way. Thanks Rich

Always a pleasant experience. I deal most with the manager Dan who is knowledgeable, accommodating and eager to help in any way. I find dealing with him personally is the way I will continue to operate, for some of the younger employees are a bit difficult to deal with as some have said. I do mostly order online and have them pick it at the store which by the time I drive there (25 min) 99% of the time the order is waiting. I use Advanced Auto Parts exclusively due to their desire to please and offer top notch customer service, and if my store is an example of all stores it is a wonderful business model. Thank You from a continually loyal customer.

Call first to check the inventory. I should have known better. I've gone in the past with the expectation that the online inventory is somewhat accurate. Silly me. I purchased online for in store pick up. When I arrived the order was not ready. Okay, I can live with that. I had only placed the order an hour before. After waiting ten or so minutes for them to locate the item we were told they didn't have it. I was told I was welcome to drive to Manchester to get it though. If I had wanted to get it from another location then I would have ordered from another location. I declined since my other option was to have it delivered to that store a couple hours later. I had some other things to do so I went back several hours later...about an hour and a half after I was quoted it would be there. It was still not there. I was again told I could go to Manchester to get it. I'm not doing that. Now it's just a matter of principle. At this point I was pretty irritated. I asked if they could have it ready for first thing in the morning and was assured they could. We'll see when I get there in the morning. I think my biggest irritation with this whole thing was that literally (not figuratively) six people were there this morning including a manager. Four of the men were working. One was just kind of wandering around the store looking for people to "help" and the token girl was literally sitting on her butt. She actually moved a step ladder around so that she had prime sitting space. Now, I'm no auto parts store efficiency expert, but one would think that one of these people could have been updating inventories. Let's be honest here, there are no date codes to check for freshness, they don't exactly have a high product turn over, they're not folding clothes and spending all their time tidying up the place like other retail stores. I'd think that with an online business component like theirs that it would be relatively important to be keeping those inventories accurate. End rant.

Had a battery issue and the staff went out of their way to help me get the car going again. We could not determine if I needed a new battery or just needed to give it a decent charge. They didn't try to sell me an expensive battery given that we were not sure one was needed. One employee even used his personal vehicle to give me a jump.

I needed some fuses and light parts to get my son's boat ready for summer. They had everything I needed without the high prices of "marine" repair parts. An employee helped me find everything, and suggested some items to service the battery connections. Overall it was a good experience and good staff service.

The workers were helpful but the price for windshield wipers was a rip off. I bought one there for $28 last night. I should’ve done price research prior. Today I went to BJ’s and bought two for $20. I returned the one I bought to the South Willow location near BJ’s and the lady gave me a hard time because I didn’t have the packaging. Even though the Goffstown location put it on my car and didn’t give me the packaging. Luckily I had the receipt. Won’t be shopping here for windshield wipers ever again

Owning an older vehicle presents its challenges and needs a bit more attention. Advance Auto Parts has been my go-to place for various and sundry items related to my car's needs. The staff are friendly, professional, informative and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I get most of my auto parts at Advance. They are competitive with their pricing and carry a great selection of products. If they don’t have what I need, I know they can get it quickly. They are extremely helpful and I am always greeted by all of the associates as I enter their stores. They will offer to help me carry anything I purchase out to my vehicle if it is necessary. Nice touch.
