It's becoming my go to auto parts store. Always have what I need and I am in and out unlike the competition that has me standing in line for 15mins to buy a can of paint or some washer fluid while they have 1 worker taking care of 10 customers and 5 workers playing games in the back

Helpful staff but just anothet big box auto parts store stocked with a plethora of generic parts . Friendly and helpful staff . Might have gone 4 stars however pricing not even nearly competitive with online suppliers for the identically branded parts . Many of which they have to "special order" anyway .

Came by close to closing time, staff was attentive to all customers in the store. They were polite, quickly looked up my part, and checked for any rebates. Next time I'm up in Scranton and need car parts I'm going here.

Gerald is a fantastic help & great to talk to regarding any help you may need. 2023 edit: used to be a 5 star store. New team is extremely rude and lacks common knowledge on not only how to speak to customers but actual laws. Rudely tried telling us that resetting a check engine light is illegal, when it only came on because of a loose gas cap. Went to auto zone up the road and got fantastic customer services and the code reset. Do not go to this location.

Outstanding service! Bought wiper blades and the employee who checked me out followed me to the car and said he'd put them on. I told him he doesn't have to it will just take me a minute. He said to get in the car because it was raining and he didn't want me in the weather! He took care of it and even waited in the rain to make sure I was happy with my purchase because he suggested them!

Bought 5 wiper blades for my cars and $3 "insurance" charge was tacked onto each blade without asking me if I wanted it. Slimes business practice. Totally lost my business. Oh, and when I asked to see manager.. never came out. Coward to boot!

Got wipers here they put them on then I'm driving and it breaks take it back and I'm told they can't help me because they don't have the same brand wiper that I bought. I was told clip was broken ask for a new clip then told "I cant just start opening packages. ITS ONE CLIP THAT BROKE CAUSE OF YOU. Don't go here stay away

This location has great customer a female who I believe name is Koren helped me with everything I needed.. I explained to her how I had bad customer at another store and she apologized for it and assist me with everything I needed and my car is running great she even helped me find the right tools I needed.. definitely going back

ordered a replacement taillight for my truck. paid extra for shipping so it would arrive on time. well it never came, and called just to find out that it was out of stock. but didnt say when it was ordered. ended up cancelling the order and purchasing the part from somewhere else. do better also got a back wiper for my truck, guy working there installed it for me. now my wiper system doesnt work for my back windshield.
