I called in to ask some questions and had to be put on hold because they were short staffed and very busy. When the girl got back to me i was irritated and rude to her, she remained extremely kind and answered my questions. When I came in to have my car tested, they were still busy. I was able to apologize to the girl who had answered my call and she was so forgiving. I then received the same amount of kindness from the rest of employees and manager as they continued to try and help me solve my car problem. I didn't end up spending a dime. But despite that, everyone went above and beyond to help me. Keep up the good work.

Popular auto parts, accessories, tools, manuals and other related materials. If you buy certain parts (example: battery, windshield wipers etc), they will install at no extra cost. Free tools loaner for your automotive job if you buy parts there. I went there for some supplies that I picked myself, the cashier asked me in which car I intended to install the items. When I told him, he told me that I had the wrong items and helped me find the correct stuff which turned out to be less expensive. So, great selection and service at the right price.

Paid 40 for new windshield wipers and one is not sitting on the control arm correctly went back in to exchange for a different brand immediately after seeing the issue and apparently it's an install product so you can't return or exchange the product. Store is fine nice people just dumb policy

If yourndoing anything custom, don't go here. All they can do is enter stuff into the computer and read what it says. Go to the one on Washington Ave in racine by kohls. They are extremely helpful!!

These guys always have my order ready right the first time around and I never have to worry about spending too much time in the store whatsoever. The staff really knows their stuff at this location and if I could take one of them home to help me look at this junk sometimes I would. Real place with real prices that's for sure.

I shop with advanced auto all the time but that might be changing here due to a faulty starter I bought for my car only after 2 years the starter went out and it was only covered by a 1 year warranty there's no reason why a brand new starter would be faulty or not work after only 2 years very disappointed with this service I will not be returning to any advanced auto parts locations especially after learning I should have been offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase and I was not offered any kind of extended warranty and I would have paid for extended warranty DO NOT BUY CARQUEST PARTS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE

Customer service for me was amazing! I was helped throughout my oil buying process even though there was only one person working the counter. The shift lead or manager (whoever wears red polo) just stood there behind the counter and was in and out of the back room. When I was getting my items scanned, the guy just stood there watching me and the cashier. I used a coupon and the first thing he said was "Was this coupon obtained today" *it was one of those same day coupons. Anyways, the managers seem lazy and the employees are underpaid and undertaffed.

Advance has even the hard-to-find parts and they don't rake ya through the coals on price. Don't get me wrong, it's impossible to have every car part but these guys have a huge inventory.

Dont really care about the customer. Did not want to help figure out what kind of light bulb i needed. OReilly employees did not hesitate to help me with one visit the. I had to go 3 times to advance for the same thing.

Steal your money by losing your refund. I tried talking to everyone the store, customer service and my bank and no one can find my refund and the cashier took my receipt so I can’t give them the important info on it to find the transaction

The staff that was there today was very rude. i had recently had surgery on my hand. i had asked for help getting my light bulb cover off. the staff member said nope and walked away without explaination. then when i had asked a different team member, they had told me that they dont help with light bulbs. i dont know if the staff at this store is lazy or if its company policy but all the other advance autos i have gone too has helped me with light bulbs before. will never be going back to this store. Oreilly helped me with everything i needed and didnt even ask if i needed help putting it back on. they just came out and did it.

I understand not having adequate staffing these days however standing at the counter for a legit five minutes without even being acknowledged is unacceptable. i left my things on the counter and walked out and spent my money at Napa.

Overweight customer associate did not want to go get my oil for me as they are supposed to. When I asked him about it, he said he prefers the customers get their own products. No Andrew, you just don’t want to move from behind the counter and that is not good customer service!

My car wouldn't start so I stopped in for a battery check. I needed a new battery. I don't remember the employees name but he was very helpful. He installed my battery and explained everything in detail on how to extend the life of my battery. The prices are a little higher than some places, but the employees make it worth it.
