Each time I've needed the services of this location, the service and staff are always phenomenal. Each staff member I've encountered have been pleasant and friendly, always smiling and offering to be more helpful than you'd ever expect. The manager wears a smile too, and usually helping with the normal staff duties, when I have visited. I've never worked here, but I imagine it's a great sample of " lead by example". My my linens and clothes are always perfectly done, and they always let you know if they have any issues. I rated 5 stars all for service and staff, if I could give more I would for the other things that make them exceptional. A major plus++ they have and use a mobile app. It's easy to use and functions as it should making pickup, delivery, and payment quick and simple.

Steve worked with me to get an item done last minute. He went out of his way to make sure that when I had more time, I bring the item back to be done properly instead of in a hurry. What business owner cares like that? I was using a different cleaner who would not work with me for the last-minute item. I will now go to A Cleaner World!

My mother had just passed away, and I was in town from Atlanta helping my father who was hospitalized. He asked me to please make sure his suit was pressed for my mom‘s funeral. I called a cleaner world to see if they could do it and explain to them what was going on. They were so kind and considerate of our situation.Not only did they offer to do it for free, but they rushed it and had it done the same day. It’s so nice to have kind people in this world. I have been using A Cleaner World in Hickory for over 20 yrs and they never disappoint! Steve and his wife (Kristie?) are awesome…. Always friendly and professional and eager to make sure you have a good experience. For my latest visit, I brought in a Tshirt I had just bought in Maui. Arguably nothing fancy, but I really liked it and it served as a reminder of the wonderful trip I had taken. The very first time I wore it, I spilled red wine on the front. No amount of treating I did at home would remove the stain and I was so distraught. So I brought it in, and Steve said he thought he could take care of it if I gave him some time. Of course, if it was a lost cause then that was ok, just a Tshirt, right? Two days later I received a text that it was ready.. Steve was at the store when I picked it up and showed me the shirt, explaining what he did to remove the stain. I was ecstatic! The stains were gone and shirt looked like new. Sooo happy I brought it in, and I know he treated it like it was a silk blouse! I have and will always recommend them as the best dry cleaner in Hickory.

The experience at The Cleaner World was really great. I didn't even have to enter the cleaners. I drove up and was greeted at my car with a smile and a question. I completed a form (to enroll) and gave them the piece I needed to have cleaned. About 3 days later I received an email enforming me it was ready for pick up. Again, I was met at my car I told her what name was and she left for maybe a minute and returned with the item. She took my payment and returned with my change (and a smile, of course). It couldn't be any more pleasant.
