None of the gas attendants or cashiers inside the store wear masks. I Asked the cashier why she wasn’t wearing a mask even though their signs say masks are required, and she just walked away. Extremely bad management

If I'm calling bc of covid restrictions 1 year in.... While looking to order 50$-100$ of items... When you say you have to go and can't place me on hold because you have customers... Clearly doesn't want more of them. So let's all take the hint together... And not provide them any.

This place closes down its pumps with cones most times. Lots of people just hanging out on the side of the store. Not workers. No attendants sometimes, have to pump my own gas. I just leave and go next door for gas

The customer service is subpar they come up to the window like they hate their job (I'm sure it must suck pumping gas for other people) and then they pump your gas and come back when its done. Aside from the customer service their prices are super expensive compared to a few other places around the area, but hey its in a prime location so they are able to charge as much as they can.

This lady who works nights .. A bigger woman.. Is so rude .. Even when people are very polite and ask simple questions she is utterly awful. I asked to use the rest room she glared at me and with a huge attitude very rudely said its closed until 6 am everyone knows that. Why would it be unlocked this late anyway. Or something like that. She has been rude on each occasion .. Not only to me to everyone. Customer service is not her strong point.. She should work hidden from general public. Ill post her name if i can get it.

Bought a car wash, then wasn’t issued my change. Tried the card reader wouldn’t work, tried the help button, didn’t work so I put $10 in on a $7 wash and the machine was not able to issue my change, it even announced that after not giving me my change and printed that on my receipt. After the car wash I walk into the gas station and two female employees behind the counter attempted to make me feel like an idiot for not seeing the exact change sign(there isn’t one). While I waited for the cashier to finish humoring herself and her coworker that I wasn’t aware of the exact change sign, I thought to myself; these women probably truly hate their lives. So I went about my business but thought y’all should know A. The car wash takes exact change. B. The cashiers here are straight up a$$ hats. Cheers!

Rolled up. Before I could even get my mask on the attendant, who wasnt wearing a mask, was leaning in my car, asking "whats up?" Told him I thought at least one of us should be wearing a mask. That remark got me "premium" when I clearly asked for "regular." Not the vibe I'm looking for in my gas buying experience.

The service at this gas station is horrible!!! The woman behind the counter had a really nasty attitude with all of the customers. I tried buying things 3 times at this gas station and every time. 2 times I walked out bc I stood there for 5 minutes and was never helped. The 3rd time the woman behind the counter was just being so rude to the customers and being so slow that I decided never to buy gas or shop at this gas station EVER again! It doesn't seem very smart for the management to let there store be run like this, especially with the 5 other gas stations within a half of a mile radius.

Be careful if you go there and try to pay for your gas with cash and then buy stuff at the store or vice versa. Instead of subtracting the cash I gave him, the worker on shift around 9 pm set the cash to the side and i wasnt paying much attention to the pin pad screen and was on autopilot. Thought it was weird he didnt offer me a receipt and crumbled it up right after the transaction. Shortly after i left the station, i checked my bank statement and noticed he charged me for the gas too rather than just stuff i bought in the store! I quickly returned to the store and demanded my cash back. He didnt say anything or apologize, nor did he question me or try to look anything up. He gave me my money back really fast, which tells me he knew what he was doing with the hope I wouldnt check my bank statements and whatnot. Never going here again as all the staff seemed questionable and had their friends loitering and tweaking on their cars making it a little uncomfortable as a customer. Wont be going back here again ever

I hope what I heard / witnessed the other day is not true especially in the middle of 105 degree weather. I heard the gas attendant speaking to whom I assume is a manager or boss of some sort. She was getting somewhat reprimanded for having people there "just hanging out". The lady defended herself explaining the fact that the people were there for her lunch break but since she does not get breaks or lunches "At this job" she would have her lunch date leave. The older gentleman told her he would be back to give her a break or she could even clock out 'if she wanted" for lunch. I was curious so being somewhat of a man Karen I guess, I sat in my truck at a distance to see how this would play out. I never saw the older man come back, not even when the lady's lunch appeared to arrive About 40 minutes later. I saw her take a couple bites of what seemed to be a burger from McDonalds as she went back and forth between a couple cars serving gas. I had to go, my A/C was chugging all the gas I just paid for!! But i am still curious if this is a normal event here. I do know that it seems to be against the law to not offer employees breaks or lunches. And that man did not deny what the lady said, nor did he return as he said he would. I find this to be upsetting especially during a heat wave. How can a company take care of customers if they can't take care of their own employees???

Best gas station in the city. All gas stations charge too much for gas but everybody knows that. The quality staff and the helpfulness of the pump jockeys getting you in and out of there is absolutely fantastic. The counter staff inside work very hard to get you in and out as well and I love stopping by there and saying hello to the regulars.

Kristine and Russell were both friendly, cheerful, and kind. They gladly accepted without a frown, the cigarette coupons I had for my son. Along with the buy 2 get a $1 off and the loyalty rewards gas card-made out like a demon! Thank you Kristine and Russell for your happy smiles!

I prefer this place because they cost less than the Shell across the street. That being said, don't expect the full service to get you any service because they really don't pump your gas for you anymore since the law changed. I have tried going to full service since the law changed and I have sat outside waiting for assistance,to no avail. Go for the price, but don't expect much.

Just left this Gas Station I always go to. There's usually a nice Hispanic, or a nice lady, or a nice brutha man, or anybody who is nice and kind and willing to help. Today I encountered a young African man that didn't appear to want to work or help anyone, even though they were slow. He was on his phone appearing to be too good to work making the other employees do his job, while he stood around ignoring everything, telling everyone to respect him? I hate poor customer service, especially at $15/ hr. The manager said this person was from another store. He needs to lose his job. I was fumbling with the gas for 5 minutes in the rain, and then when he came to help, he was still on his phone not trying to help. When I called him on it he became irate. I was just like is this your job or not??? 🤔🤬 Not the norm at this store. I usually like the people here. This was just Black on Black crime. I'm going to raise my review a bit for the other employees who work there. The usual people are back and I have been back there twice with no issues.

Honestly surprised this place calls itself rocket I've come to expect a much higher quality this place is dirty and there's no restroom two employees but neither of them could bother to pump the gas overall just a place to avoid also no receipt paper in the pump so there's that
