The lady at the counter turns the Air Pump on on simple request of filling up the air. And only after I tried using it and having deflated the tire that she shamelessly admits the machine isn't working. She then goes on to say that she cannot help me at all.

Problems with the one star is, I had a problem with the gas pump. I went inside to ask for help. There was a lady and a man in there, both Indians. They looked at me a life not my job, not my problem, all they said is it should work.. It should work.. I said something is wrong it's not something, they both said it should work.. Basically a loser attitude with no care for the client

The cashier had a special on rolled tacqitos and Big Gulps and didn't know how to explain to me. Frustrating! Although the carwash was fantastic they did an awesome job on the car, no detail left undone 5 stars to that crew!!!

Not a very friendly night worker. Asked to use restroom and was denied. I had just had surgery for a broken femur and it was raining outside. The guy just shrugged and told me that.customers can't use it because of Covid. No regard for it.beimg middle of the night, my physical condition and no other customers present at the time.

Came here for car wash of standard exterior and interior service, price is pretty good: $25, and quite happy with the interior vacuuming. However, outside wasn't clean, even found a droplet of wax or something on the engine hood and they refuse to clean it. So would go back and will also be ready to put final touch on it yourself.

THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME!!! WATCH OUT I asked the employee to fill up $60, upon checking my credit card he tool $175 and not $60. Put only gave me $60 worth of gas at the pump.

If you happen to go to this 7-Eleven after a certain time in the evening and you need to use the bathroom....... Good luck they lock it down after a certain hour. Also after a certain hour they don't take any bills larger than a $20. I know these policies are in place for a reason but it makes you wonder what weird things happened for these kinds of weird policies to be needed.

Very convenient gas station and store. Wide selection of beverages, snacks, candy and more, including some limited hot foods. They also have a car wash. Staff was quick and friendly. Store was clean and easy to find everything we wanted.

BEWARE OF THIS GAS STATION We prepaid $60 cash for our fuel here today. Upon returning to the pump, the screen confirmed the $60 we prepaid and let us fill up to $60. As we were driving off, the SAME attended we had JUST paid the $60 to, came running out and stopped up. He was speaking broken Spanish, holding up a receipt, and demanding we pay $60. We ended up having to park the car and going inside, to which 3 of them were yelling at us and each other in a mix of Spanish and English. We were left feeling like criminals despite having done absolutely nothing wrong. Eventually they let us go, but no apology or explanation was offered. It screams SCAM to me. I would avoid and go somewhere else!

For a 24 hr Gas station. You don't allow customers to use the bathroom. Is poor customer service. It's the employees that are too lazy to keep them clean. I will Never stop here, again.

PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY AN EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE AT 1:30AM OVER PURCHASING ICE! OLD INDIAN MAN EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL I came in to the store approximately 1:15am to grab a few things before I went to the gym. Wanted to get protein drink and protein bar as welI but wanted to buy ice from the ice machine like I've done before many times. As I was dispensing Ice an employee ran over to me yelling crazy with broken English screaming. He gets closer and is saying no no and grabs my wrist and physically bumps me with his body saying I can't have ice. At first I thought he was saying it didn't work but there was no sign posted or anything it worked like normal. I told him I was buying the ice what was he talking about and I'm utterly confused on what the issue is. He's telling me I can't by ice...at least that is what I'm making out of broken English and I kept telling him I'm paying for it and to please back up he was literally a few inches from me. He continues to get in my personal space and starts grabbing my hands and wrists again I told him over and over he can talk to me but don't ever grab it touch me. He continues to scream and yell I'm still baffled and confused by the situation, as he says he's calling the police. He grabs the phone and attempted to call the police I asked him to please do so .... because I would be filing a report. He physically assaulted me multiple times about ice? I asked for a manager or someone to speak to so I can have this issue remedied. Not sure what is being taught to employees and why his anger was like it was but he assaulted a customer and I need this to be looked into right away. I asked the clerk to help with the situation but he couldn't speak English and had to use his phone as a translator device. I asked if he owned the place or if he was a manager and the young clerk said no. I paid for the ice refill and left the store. The guy that assaulted me was a really old man probably in his 60s I'm not sure. He was doing stocking or something near the coffee machines. I'm shocked and horrified that anyone would act in such a way. Be careful when you go in there it's an older indian man. To be honest I'm not sure I've never had anything like that happen to me I'm still confused...I probably should have called the police to be in the safe side since he already said he was going to but realized he messed up and assaulted me in his rage and put the phone down even when I plead for him to call. If they look at the video they will see he came from across a different area of the store and got in my face and my personal space way to close. The guy needs to be fired for sure. I'll be waiting for someone from the store or corporate office to reach out to me. This should never happen to anyone. If there was some new policy he could have just explained it and just let me buy the ice and just move on. Once you put your hands on someone it changes everything

Thieves.. Late at night when I went to fill up my tank with gas at the filling machine I was asked to pay the employee inside the store. When I asked him for $50 worth of gas the employee deducted $150 from my bank card without me knowing. They are constantly stealing our money. I saw him tricking the kids earlier when the kid was telling him that he gave him money to buy three things but the employee gave the kid only two which made the kid sad! They are thieves!

Poor service. I feel followed or watched when shopping as a person of color. Older clerk is intrusive and rude - does not mind personal space. I rarely stop here anymore due to problems with my card information somehow getting skimmed a year ago or so. I isolated it to my visits at local 7-Eleven stores and Walmart. And since I stopped using my card at 7-Eleven stores and avoid Walmart ATMs, I have not had any credit card breaches. I have stopped here 3 times over the past two weeks because I forgot to bring lunch for work. But I limited my purchases to using cash. After this morning's experience, it will be my last visiting this former 7-Eleven store/76 gas station. Let customers shop without telling them what sandwiches to pick or bumping into them with a mop. Stop eyeballing customers as they are looking for items or following them (previous visit with a different cashier).

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The staff lacks basic communication skills, and instead of listening to customers' concerns, they become defensive and start yelling. The biggest issue is that they charge upfront fees but fail to deliver on their promises. It's unacceptable to prioritize making a sale over providing quality service. The customer service is not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They don't make an effort to understand the customer's perspective, and instead, they push their own agenda. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication, aggressive customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises

we went to the gast station filled gas in our car and then asked the guy at the counter for asking. to use restroom he didn’t let me to use it . He was having badge named as. sharma . It was really our worst experience.
