Asking to scan a 50year Olds ID is asinine, there's absolutely no reason showing an id isn't good enough. What is being done with the information? Will not shop here anymore

Y'all have to get that guy out from behind the counter . He works everynight and doesn't wait on the customers . The company is losing so much money because of him . He will not do nothing .. When you tell him what you want he just looks at you and doesn't move . While i was there 4 people walked out. Its the bigger black guy the older one .

This would be an alright store if they wouldn't hire grown bullies! Making fun of a disabled/handicapped person is in NO way a laughing matter. Will not return because of this.

Walked in to pay for gas and it cigarettes. It was 618 am, no sales clerk in the building. Waited a few minutes, called out, no one. I leave and get in my car, and the clerk gets out of their personal vehicle and walks in with their uniform on. Didn't say a word to me. If I were dishonest I could have easily gone behind the register or stolen cartons of cigarettes. What a joke.

Just stopped in a little after midnight to get some snacks and I've been to this 7/11 a lot with no issues. Although tonight I feel compelled to write a review for the guy working tonight as he was shockingly considerate and courteous. I work retail at a larger chain and i know upscale customer service when I see it. Never expected to a get a chic fil a level of politeness from a gas station. I dont know what the dudes name is but he needs a promotion or a raise at bare minimum.
