Went to them based on reviews. Brett seemed nice and so did staff. Unfortunately I have to say that I was not 100% satisfied with the final product. With bugs still on the grill and buff residue marks and needing to apply liquid to the car to go over spots pointed out I thought for the money they would wash it again. I'll post photos of results. I think they are a good crew maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

They did a beautiful job tinting our car windows! Brett explained all the details to me, what the difference is between the types of tint/percentage and answered all our questions ahead of time. I surprised my wife with an auto detail on her older Toyota Rav4. Brett's team also polished the headlamps and removed some paint scuffs. Instead of buying roses for your wife I'd recommend having Brett detail her car. As my wife says "i never knew it could be this clean". Thank you Brett! You earned me some "good husband" points.

Great experience with these guys. My 19 year old son wanted window tint on his new truck. He did all the initial research. He requested more information. The first good sign was they actually responded…with a text. As you can imagine for a 19 year old that’s huge. He gave them info on his truck and they gave him a price which we all thought was reasonable. We dropped it off in the morning and they texted about 2 hours later it was ready. While picking up we got additional info/pricing on getting my cars detailed and again it seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend on the window tinting side of things and will be trying out their other services too.

I heard about these guys from some friends and I brought my car in for a detailed interior clean and exterior hand wash. When they were finished I noticed they missed a few little spots. I talked to one of the employees about it and they were very kind and understanding. They offered to fix it for free, put a nice spray wax on as well, and even drop off my car at my house. 10/10 on the cleaning of the car itself and 10/10 customer service. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on.

Highly recommend these guys- great quality, great customer service, reasonably priced. They were able to completely remove a scrape on my back plastic (I wish I had a before picture), got every crack clean on the interior, & my car is still shining after an entire day of Pittsburgh rain! Easy drop off/pickup, payment accessible online, & they followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. All around awesome service will 100% be back for the spring.

I had a great experience at 412 Auto Detail. They made a very good job on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado that had very hard build up underneath and around the tires for years. They also have private working stations so you can work while you wait, which is very convenient. Brett and the guys are awesome, great service!
