Just picked up my Silverado from having the exterior washed, waxed, buffed, wheels and tires. I was very, very pleased !! Visai did a great job !! He is priced fairly, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. I'm already making plans to get our car in there. I highly recommend !! Part two.....after having my pickup detailed and being extremely satisfied, we did get our car in too. Again, an outstanding job !! Very, very satisfied and would highly recommend !!

Visai spent 20+ hours cleaning, completing a multi step paint correction, buffing and polishing, bringing the life back into my gloss black ram 2500 Laramie. Every body panel was full of swirls and scratches when i brought it to him. Now the truck looks show room ready, just like it’s brand new again. Absolutely beautiful work! Will 100% recommend!

Visai does amazing work. I was looking to have my truck re-tinted and he went out of his way to accommodate me. He hand cut all the film (no plotter) for my crew cab F-150. No plotter means the film goes all the way to the edge of the glass, without the typical 1/8" gap at the top of the glass that's visible with the window rolled down. The dip in the front windows makes it interesting, but the rear door glass is where the real pain is. A good portion of the glass is hidden far deeper inside the gasket than usual that only becomes exposed once the window is rolled down. This makes cutting by hand not only very difficult to do, but also time consuming. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to him, he does amazing work and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.

Visai did an amazing job tinting my windows. He put a lot of hard work into it because he had to peel off the old tint in the back window to put the new tint on. And peeling off the old tint was a challenge. Took him quite a while but he did an amazing job! I definitely recommend going for window tint. He also surprised me by vacuuming my car. So I will be back for detailing! He is super friendly! Great customer service!

I never leave reviews and always give places the benefit of the doubt but I feel this one is necessary. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning to be detailed and was supposed to pick it up after work at 3:30, I received a call at 3pm telling me he’s short handed and got stuck at his shop in Worcester and asked if he could do it that night and have it ready whenever the following day. I get it people are short staff and things happen. I was understanding of the situation and said I would figure out my ride situation and try to get it on my lunch break the following day. I received a text in the morning asking for more time, so I told him I would pick it up after work between 3:30&3:40. I arrived at 3:40 and my car still was not done, mind you, I have to run home and be to my second job at 5. When he is finally finished at 4:10 I was charged $197 when I was initially told $150. I asked why and was told he had to use more product… I keep up on my car and just wanted a deep after winter cleaning it was not that dirty by any means. Saying whatever to that because I am now leaving in a hurry, I get in my car and was highly disappointed. Yes the carpets were clean and it was cleaner than it went there but the photos attached were taken quickly when I arrived home and it seems as though it was very rushed, leaving work that night I realized how streaky the windows were left as well. After being inconvenienced without my car an extra day, having to wait for it when I arrived, being unnecessarily charged more than I was told and not being satisfied at all with the job done I figured I would pass this on and save someone else the trouble and money going here.
