I don't know his name but the guy that drives the red truck is very unprofessional he has a rude demeanor and ignored me when I walked in he was to busy with his visit who im assuming is family to attend to a client and the parking is terrible the designated spot for them is always taken up by employee vehicles so you have to be an a** and park in the other tenants spots which makes for an unwelcoming feeling not to mention he has a dog in the shop at times and I'm allergic to dogs so will not be coming back I'll just drive to the fontana location.

I went to try and buy a starting kit for detailing I had the money in hand and the guy that was there kicked us out of the store because he was going to close already he was not professional at all very rude and didn't want to answer any of my questions that we had because he didn't have time he said.

I love this store! My husband is a mobile detailer and buys his water from here to wash customers vehicles which I may add is a very good price! He also gets his supplies from here! So happy they opened up a store up here because the closest one was in Fontana. Rafael and Ivan are awesome and have great customer service! I love their Mango air freshener.. I got that spray personally for my car 😁 I Definitely recommend this store!!

Customer service was terrible. Guy had us standing for 30 minutes to help somone that came after us. The guy proceeded to tell the worker to help us first because it was quicker but he just ignored and kept on being on phone calls and still proceeded to help the other guy. Was looking forward on buying some stuff but after that experience I’m not so sure. We asked for some recommendations but he also didn’t seem to want to help in anyway

Their employee Erick is the only reason for 1 star. I encourage all customers to keep doing business with 3D as they are the best there is here in high desert. This review is to encourage all customers to deny work from Erick. The kid knows nothing about product or tools and it would be a shame for him to destroy your vehicle when the high desert is full of great guys. Make sure you call around before you let Erick touch your vehicle. If he has no pride in a multimillion dollar Prevost bus, I assure you he takes no pride in your pick up truck, SUV or car. Be aware.

Good selection of product for my detail operations. My only complaint is the lazy girl at the counter that's constantly on her cell phone instead of helping me choose the correct product. If you're gonna run a business, get your customer service in order.

Went for Black Friday for discounts on items around 25% didn’t get my discount on any items. Said they would refund it but never happened. Went again doors always closed randomly with no notice. Customer service isn’t great either. I will not shop here again. much better detail shops in victorville now so that’s a plus.
