Friendly service and excellent wash and dry vecuum . My car was pretty much completely dry and was super shiny. The basic wash free with 10 gallon gas purchase . Great deal$$

I always come here because it is only five dollars. But every time I’ve tried to wash my car they are closed. Their website says they are open till 5 and I pull up at 3 and they are closed. They need to either update their hours or hire someone else because obviously they don’t know how to do their job.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Paid for the top car wash to get my tires shined, they did the basic wash and charged me for the full wash. I called to fix the issue, employees are cowards and will just set the phone down on mute without any word and then dodge further phone calls. End of story don’t do business with underhanded cowards. Don’t go to ranchero express car wash.

BEWARE! I must share. I've brought my vehicle here various times for car wash and never really had a problem. I figured prices are reasonable, and car wash is not too far from my home. However, I have noticed the mechanism brush that washes the right side of my vehicle, a bit rough especially, around my passenger side mirror! This morning I brought my car in again for a wash to only experience a more violent sound to the right side of my car mirror! Only this time caused greater damage to my vehicle. This is unacceptable! I drove out of the car wash , Shell Gas Station parking lot, and noticed my right side mirror suddenly, popped off of its hardware causing the mirror to dangle. Hopefully, I am able to speak to an employee, live person and not an automated system with no option to leave a message to resolve this matter!

I’ve been bringing our car and SUV here every other week since it opened a few months ago. It’s convenient in between our business and home. About a month ago I started noticing deep scratches on the passenger side of our car. I thought maybe we accidentally rubbed up against something or someone hit the doors. Well today I paid attention post car wash and I have my answer of where the deep scratches are coming from. They are down the passenger side of the car and now on the hood of the car. I notified the employee and they gave me a run of the mill answer of how they are not liable for damage to cars. I told them I’d understand if they were shallow scratches, but their machine is causing visible damage. Instead of shutting down the machine after being notified of the damage it caused and inspecting it, they continued to run cars through it. No answer from the manager yet. Save yourself the time, damage, and headache and spend a few dollars more for a hand wash off Main or Bear Valley.
