I would like to say that my experience with ZTECH was awesome!! They did a fantastic job and it was not a long process at all!! I had an appointment but they had an opening and I was called and came in right away!! Not only was I pleased with the service and finished job, but the customer service was the icing on the cake. Ztech is great . They had just what we were looking for and the prices are good. Friendly and will set an appointment for putting your order on your vehicle . In our case there was no extra charge for that. We were adding a truck bed cover. He has a variety of them.

Scheduled my truck for a under coating, Truck was dropped off in clean condition. Upon picking up the truck I noticed over spray on the paint. Told the guy behind the counter I was upset about the condition of my truck. They did offer to clean the truck again but my thoughts were the attention to detail just aren’t there and I’ll take it elsewhere to get it back to the condition it was in before this situation. They gave me a price break but overall just wish I hadn’t had the work done or went somewhere else.

Went and got my truck under coated. Also a remote start plus tint. Well worth the 💰. Owner was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone to go there to get there vehicle under coated. You know how it is dealing with Ohio weather🥶

They were very friendly and didn't get upset when I was adding on more work. Les was awesome he made sure I understood my upgrades. They went as far as giving me 50 off because of the "But Munch" at a COMPETITORS store. I will not mention them but they sale car audio equipment. They were just very short with me and come to find out it's just him. But yes SHOP ZTECH

Outstanding, Les the owner will go out of his way to find the best deals on any auto/truck accessories you want. He is very honest and truly tries his best to satisfy everyone who does business at Ztech. Any after market part's you might want to dress up your vehicle he can get it for you and install it at very reasonable prices. Less tries his best to satisfy all customers. He also has highly qualified people working for him that will go beyond the normal to help customers. I personally know his rust protection, undercoating and paint protection products are the best available and will last for many years and if you have yearly inspections they may last longer than you could ever imagine. I personally have a 2001 truck that was under coated, rust prevention applied and as of this May, 2019 I have no rust on the vehicle and because of the paint protection it shines like new. It's well worth your time to check Z-tech out. Z-tech is located in Meyers Lake Plaza at 12th street and Whipple Avenue, N.W.

The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to get running boards and a rear step to access the bed easier installed. I also had them put on the mud flaps I purchased. Everything was nicely done and in a reasonable time-frame. They also do rust proofing. I'll definitely go back.

Paid $399 for full in/out detailed auto cleaning and received a $5 car wash. They left extra quarters from the car wash in my SUV. When I questioned my auto not being detailed, I was advised I could bring it back and leave it for another 8 hours. I will be following up with the Ohio Attorney General and BBB.

Purchased rustproofing and paint protection from Ztech . I couldn’t be happier with the results. Paint looks better than brand new and the rustproofing was professionally applied, no overspray where it shouldn’t be. Les took the time to explain both processes, which I really appreciate. Ztech has definitely earned my business.

Although the owner was friendly, I have had a sub-par experience with their spray on liner material. I don't think the tech prepares my rock sliders in the correct way at all because they quickly began to peel and rust. They offer a lifetime guarantee but why would that matter if it don't even work? Stick to LineX i guess...I'll be going to get a new quote to fix this

Had under coat and with rest protection for like 649 for a 2007 truck but it came from Nevada so it has less rust on it so that’s the special and then they add on if they have to get rid of the rust and then cut it and you get the guaranteed to come back make sure it’s not resting on you Great service.
