Just left from getting my car washed and paisley and Lin were the best. They helped explain how there memberships work and made sure to answer any questions in detail. When I asked if it was safe because I’m alittle skeptical about car washes breaking they made sure to reassure me that nothing was gonna happen and it was completely safe. Over all 10/10 experience, love these girls to death and will be back in the future!!

Compared to the establishment on Rodney Parham, this one is a ten. Went on a long trip with dusk and nighttime bugs aplenty. The pre-wash cleaning was carefully done and only a couple of bug guts spots were left. There were a lot. Thanks. The car looks great.

Paid for the $10 wash and came out with a bunch of soap streaks on my car. When I asked the kids working there if they had a hose or something I could spray it off with, they looked at me like I was insane and just shrugged and walked away. The vacuums were so weak they barely picked up anything. And while I was still cleaning out my car, the employees came and took in all the trash bins before it was even closing time.

The free vacuums are GOOD vacuums. Lol! Not weak at all. Gets our car spotless everytime. The car wash is also great. I highly recommend the membership. Wash your car as much as you want. Even when it's busy you can get in and out in no time.

Getting worse with eeach visit. This time, only 1/3 of the vacs were turned on and about4 trash cans scattered about were already full. Not an attendant in sight until a car went into wash bay. Never even came out of the bay to check on anything, only to get car into wash area and gone again. Was only 1 car going thru wash in the 30 mins i was here. Had to wait for a vac spot where the vacs were actually turned on and working. There was only 4 of them. Rest non-working. So, what service do you have if not car wash and vacs? I gues it is what yall got now...NONE. So terrible of service here, people just drive right by this spot. Staff is terribly lazy, when they are present. And, it is rare to see them or if you do, they are looking at or talking on their phone while pulling cars into bay. Whew, that wore them out, all the work! Break time on phone to resume in their running car, still on their phone they never put down. Bless their tire lil hearts...really!? Easiest job ever and they are too lazy to keep the automatic carwash and vacs going! Guess they saving owners from huge water and electric bills, idk. Seems poor business practices.

This place is dirty, poorly managed, and seems to have no care for its customers. I have tried many times to reach management by phone, and they never return the phone calls. I’ve talked to employees at the car wash, and they don’t seem to care at all about customer service. Strong odors of marijuana. I would recommend using a different car wash.

Took my truck to try out the premium car was left with dirt spots all down the side and a hole section of the tailgate not even touched by the car wash. I had to swap vacuum spots multiple times because either the hose had no suction or not enough to pick up any dirt. The tires did not get clean or shiny. Not worth the time

This place has really gone downhill. $18 to fly through the wash so fast that parts of the car weren’t even wet. This line misses SO MUCH of the dirt, especially any part of the car that is curved in. I was so disappointed in the service today. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

Took the Triple D thru the car wash today and for the $30.00 premium package she came out looking pretty sweet. The attendant had a good sale going on for monthly coverage but, I did not sign up. I really liked the car wash quality but it is so hard to get in and out of on busy Hwy 107 in Sherwood. The vacs were easy to use though, and had fierce suction. I will return.

This was a very horrible experience! First of all, it is awkward getting into the car wash. There is a median between where you go in and the vacuums. If you miss it, you pretty much have to leave because there is no good way to back out and go back into the other side. Also, I tried to use the app to redeem a reward. It didn’t work. Not even the attendant could get it to work. Not to mention, I sat there for at least 10 minutes with someone behind me and no one came to help me. Then I blew my horn and it still took them forever long to come help me, but there was no one in line in front of me getting a wash. There were only two open vacuums out of 21, as you can see from the picture. It is on a very busy street, so coming out of the car wash and turning left to go back into the vacuums is pretty much a no because you will have to make an awkward turn into seriously horrible traffic to get out of the car wash. For what they offer and the service, there’s no value!!
