Not sure what has happened to this place, but it has gone down hill. Now they don’t take cash, and the credit card machines don’t work. Finally got it going, and the pressure was about like my garden hose. Too many other car washes around to waste your time and money here.

Going down hill fast only 2 bays open only 2 of the 10 vacuums working. No more cash quarter machine. Credit card readers don't work

Went to zip car wash because it was near me and was on my way to a car show and just wanted a rinse. I haven't been to this location since it changed owners and use to be Olympic car wash. I had $4 cash was going to get quarters. I was told by the attendant that they only do card now. I was hesitant but didn't want to waste more time, so I used my card and washed it for 4/5 min. I hit stop and flipped the switch. It turned off so I assumed it was good to go. I checked my balance and was charged $10 for 4 min wash. I called and explained what happened, then was told to I'd receive and email. I did, from "Jared" but pretty much saying because I left the property before I knew there was a problem, he was unable to help me. The thing is, it takes 24 hours for credit card to show on my account. So how am I supposed to know there is a problem until I see the charges. I never had a problem when it was Olympic car wash. This car wash is filthy, and rundown. They don't except cash and force you to use credit cards. After telling a couple people about it, they said they have experience the same thing, and that's why they don't use that car wash anymore. I do not ever plan on using this car wash again. I would avoid this place. I've been using Shawnee car wash LLC and had way better experience and never had an issue with it.

This carwash used to be one of the best but, since the new owners have taken it over it has run down hill fast and they raised the cost. I am sure they want to get their loan paid off fast. I just wish they would they do it with their own money. They cut way back on soap and they want to sell you a membership. I am not against memberships but, I tried it and after the first wash of the month all you get is for the rest of the month.

I’ve been told (as a customer) that the dress code consists of shorts that go past the finger tips, and I am pretty sure, these don’t even go past that at all. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to be wearing short shorts to work, especially if your management. I also have some complaints about Miranda. I have seen the way she treats employees at the car, along with some customers, and she’s honestly only going to bring that place down. i wouldn’t be surprised if goes or already has gone under bankrupt. The reason I’m leaving a review, however, was because this morning i saw miranda go off on an employee for what they were wearing, and again, shes wearing short shorts and is thinking that that’s appropriate. my family and i are extremely disappointed with how far this place has gone down hill, especially with the management, because that is absolutely no way to treat your employees. she did it in front of customers too so, i hope that employee is okay. but seriously, do something about miranda.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews. The Car Wash was a lot better under the previous owner. I have notice things going downhill since zips took over. Going through the car wash tunnel my driver side mirror was ripped off of my truck and I was told that I would have to wait for the owner to get back in town to take care of the matter, since it was clearly the car washes fault. I went out and got a couple estimates on what it would cost to fix the mirror and the guy has been real helpful trying to get the paperwork and everything together to send to Texas. I am told it will take an additional 30 days to hear something back concerning my mirror. This is unheard of, you would think the owner here would have the power to go through his Insurance Company to fix the problem within a week or two. Other than the problem with the mirror I have really had no bad experience with these people even though they are not as good as the people before them.

Thank you ZIPS carwash for the scratches on my new truck. I've gone to this place for years never really had a huge problem but I always look at my truck before and after I go in. This last time I went in…. Well you can see I'm not happy, their insurance claim people just decided there wasn't significant damage or they didn't have enough evidence it was them so just dismissed it oooookay.

I visited the wash today with my truck, and Miranda, the site manager, personally assisted me to ensure my truck would fit safely in the touchless bay without risk of damage to either my truck or the equipment. She and her team were very courteous and attentive, clearly committed to making sure every vehicle leaves clean and looking its best.

Bring a towel. Your car will be pretty wet after you drive through. It's a faintly yellowish liquid, so maybe only a big deal if you have a white vehicle, but you'll want to plan for that time to towel it dry.

The so called manager at Zips car wash was extremely unhelpful and quite frankly she was Acerbic. She was dismissive. Completely unnecessary for what i considered two reasonable questions. But I did get help with another employee on a later date which she not only helped me with my issue but had me rolling in the end. Kat was remarkable her solicitous was affable. Good come back after dealing with obnoxious behavior for the first lady..

Zero stars!! No soap in bay number 2. Informed that pump is broken Why is it open if they know it doesn’t work? Asked for refund on my credit card was told they can’t. Asked for free wash in bay that works. Can’t do that either. So can take money for known broken wash but not refund money. Ridiculous. I will not be a customer and will tell all I know about my experience.

Zips Car Wash, can you PLEASE FIX THE DRYER, you know the one you drive thur after you wash your car. (Nieman Rd location) it has been down for several months. Also the carwash is not getting all the soap rinsed off the car completely.

Yes, I have been a member at this car wash since twenty two.I have a brand new car that year, and I intend to keep it looking that way. For the last six months, I have had issues with the car wash being down 41 reason or another.And I come as much as twice a week sometimes... And the exterior dryer for the car has been down for a good two months.So what am I paying for I go through the car wash and the car wash the dryer?Didn't hardly a dot of water off my car.I had to wipe the entire thing down and went a twelve inch.By twelve inch special cloth for my car is totally soaked that upsets me plus I get a renewal in the middle of coming.And I go ahead and renew, but I get this kind of situation.Each and every time when I come to your car wash. I was in sales for many years.And my whole thing that made me very popular with my customers was my service.You have good people that work here are trying to provide a good service, but they do not have the capabilities at their level to do.What is necessary to be done?I would very much appreciate it if it gets done. first time visitor, got a free pass for downloading the app which i appreciated it! minus one star due to the fact that the wash did not remove fallen fruit that was scattered throughout my car. lost another star due to the person that helps you get through the ramp. he was being extremely rude, at one point i felt my car fall into a ramp and thought it fell incorrectly. he yelled at me to not touch the steering wheel and then proceeded to walk up to my car and ask me if i knew how to read. spiked my anxiety and set the tone for the rest of my time there.

I think you guys are fantastic! First timer here. Will definitely be a regular. The free washes you give to new customers are extremely generous and I highly appreciate it! Thank you! The attendant a young handsome black man with kind eyes was out immediately to direct me into the wash. He definitely pays attention. If he wasn't there immediately I would have drove right past the line. Thank you to him! Free dryers are amazing. Everything is nicely set out for easy grabbing. Today its about 17° out and the experience had me forgetting it was arctic out. When it's cold but you feel the heat. Lol. Keep up the good work!

Zero water pressure (self clean bays). Tried twice, using credit card. Moved to another bay and was waiting in line and noticed guy cleaning his truck was also having water pressure problems. Then, I noticed 2-3 bays were closed (and now so was the one I tried to use). I turned around and left. I won't be back! When this was Olympic Car Wash it was the best! I will never be back. You can tell the new owners don't care half as much as Olympic did

No coin or cash , half of the bays are closed , wands are heavy and have little to no pressure. The dryer was out of service. Not the best car wash for area

maybe the worst car wash in kansas, it is the worst car wash I have ever been to anywhere. Low pressure, spray handles dont work spray more on you then the car. most bays are broken. employees cant help with problems, they tell you to call a national line. its a ran down eye sore that doesn't seem like it would meet city codes. national number is as bad as the location. Awful place and service. I would stay away.
