Great customer service. Thomas was definitely the the nicest person I’ve met at a car wash made me feel very welcomed almost like family. Very helpful and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns about anything. There should be a Thomas at every zips.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this car wash. First off, my car didn’t even come out fully clean. The dryers didn’t come close to drying my car off, leaving water streaks all over my car, and the wash itself didn’t get some of the obvious dirt or grime on my windshield. Second, when I went they were running a promotion where if you sign up for the membership, you get the premium wash for only $10. This sounded like a great deal, and I was told that I would NOT be charged again. I even asked the attendant about that because it sounded too good to be true, and I was assured that there was no catch and that I would not be charged again. Sure enough, one month later I was charged $45. When I called I was told they could not reverse this charge because I had signed the contract acknowledging that I knew I would be charged again. Even when I said I was misled and told literally the opposite, they wouldn’t reverse the charge.

What a great experience it was to be at Zips last week! I had such fantastic service, specifically from Luke & Thomas. These two gentleman were helpful in explaining what was my first experience at Zips in Fayetteville - they even sold me on a monthly membership! 5 star washing experience.

My daughter and I go to zips off Weddington. Thomas always has a big smile no matter what time of day what the weather is. It makes us smile every single time. Oh and can’t forget about janae always working hard with a smile they both seem to work really well together. Team Work 😉

Pay cash better have exact change or card. It does get the vehicle clean, down the sides and back were still dirty. Attendant didn't use brush

Luke went above and beyond to help me!!!! Customer service is a lost art in this day and age. I'm so glad some businesses still value customer service and kindness. I will be back! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Thomas was really nice and very helpful. My car needed to be cleaned but my bf card was locked and he showed me a way where I could still get a wash, not only that my bumper also stayed on 😂 and he came to check on it after as well. I'd say zips has great customer service

I am well taken care of by this Zips and they are doing so many things right. The washes are nop notch and the suction in their vacuums is the best I’ve experienced and it’s on a regular basis. They now have a light on Wedington so you can turn left easily. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is the care and positive attitudes that come from the very attentive employees at this location. Grateful to have this Zips close to home!

I want to share how amazing and unique my experience has been here at the Zips car wash on Wedington. I have been greeted by such friendly and kind employees who really go the extra mile. Thomas and Luke were personable, understanding, easy to talk to and made sure I was in and out of there within a reasonable amount of time. Great at their job and always have a huge smile. They’re Always friendly enough for some small talk. Big shoutout to both of them!! Keep up the good work!! Hope you guys get recognized for all the good efforts you put into making zips enjoyable.

Fash price is a little high for what you get, but If you want to throw 20 bucks away to get your car washed and pretty clean better make sure it's not gonna be raining in the next few days lol other than that I know complain

As I was getting my car washed, the big machine on the inside had broke the plastic on my side mirror which led my mirror just hanging there! I noticed it instantly and filed a incident report. I have called more than a dozen times trying to get a hold of someone. The one time I got an answer was from customer care, Janine S with the Zips customer care had let me know my complaint had not gone through and that the manager has to confirm and send the documentation through herself in order for the whole process to happen. I have drove up there asking to speak to a manager directly only for them to say she wasn’t there at the moment. They told me to leave my name and number, so I did exactly that. I have not received a phone call nor have I received any email indicating that the complaint or the incident report has gone through. This is absolutely ridiculous, it’s been a little over a week and I had to come out of pocket for a side mirror I didn’t break. If they won’t reimburse me for a side mirror I highly doubt they reimburse anybody for all the damages they might have done! Terrible experience, awful customer care!

Austin had great customer service and was very helpful. He asked if he could power wash my floor mats which I thought was awesome. He washed them and dry them off. Both gentlemen were very nice and had awesome customer service. The car wash was very clean compared to other times I have came to wash and clean my vehicle.
