Terrible car wash for price paid. Paid $24 for a premiere car wash. Soap was dripping off the back glass and front windshield. So bad that I circled back around and asked to go through again to rinse it off. Even after second wash soap still was on the back glass that I had to wipe off. Also for the premiere wash my car still had dirt on it afterwards that I had to remove. Would not go back to this car wash place again.

Their pricing is great, the service fantastic, and for me being slow and disabled having the free vacuums is nice I was able to go at my pace (which was slower than even I had allotted time to complete) and get everything vacuumed properly. They also have glass & surface cleaner with clean microfiber towels ready to go to do the final touches or a deep detailed clean like I did. The picture is the day after the 2nd time. I got the 24 Hour guarantee clean where I came the one day and then again the next day went back through after I removed all the things from my car and could proceed with a deep cleaning. I ran out of energy to even get the tires finished off, so maybe next time! I know my mother pays the monthly fee and goes through the carwash nearly every day. The manager was awesome and understanding with how long I was taking and no one said anything to me about it so I felt comfortable there.

If your looking for a great Car Wash in Winston Salem then Zip's is the place to go. Their prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly & helpful & they offer great deals on a monthly membership that can't be beat. With the monthly membership that I signed up for, I can wash my car anytime I like as long as it is within business hours. Vacuums are free to use with any wash or membership, they also have spray bottles & rags so you can dry your car off, clean your windows or anything else that needs cleaning. I highly recommend this Car Wash. So get to Zip's & get your car wash or membership today.

The windshield was not cleaned by the car wash even after paying $25 for the wash. The staff just upsells you the package and forgets about you. Would avoid for my next visit in Winston-Salem.

Poor customer service with the gentleman sitting in the office. I typically visit Sam’s car wash on University and I wish I had! I paid 24.00 for the pro wash, which should include tire shine…there is no shine to my tires. The front and back didn’t get clean. Sam’s will typically spray the front and back and use a bug sponge to help clean that area. There is also no way to wash your rubber mats. Same price at Sam’s with a 4 day re-wash code and a mat cleaner. I can’t say I’ll be back.

My truck was not properly washed. A lot of areas were missed and upon closer inspection I have damage to the paint on my hood. For what I paid, I expected better.

My husband went through the car wash yesterday (1/17) and our vanity IU license plate came off of the front off our Bronco. He didn’t notice it until this morning (1/18) and immediately went to the car wash to ask. The young man knew exactly what he was talking about, as he was the one who found it and placed it in their office thinking since it was so new someone would come back for it. He went inside to retrieve it and when he came back out, he had only the holder. After he had left from his shift, a coworker had taken the IU plate and left the holder. While we are grateful to have the holder back, tomorrow is the National Championship game and the plate is part of a superstition. I’m writing this review on the off chance that the culprit sees this and returns the plate!! There is still time to do the right thing!

Yesterday my car along with two others were damaged in the car wash by the machine. Scratches are all over the side of my car. The manager took pictures and submitted claims for each of us and she closed the car wash to be evaluated. I received a notification today that the claim had been denied by Zipps and that the car wash could not cause damage to my car and that it was an isolated incident. This is a brand new car which is now damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH IF YOU DON’T WANT DAMAGE! The manager handled things well but clearly corporate doesn’t want to do what’s right.

Updated Review after my second visit on 4/20. The first visit was for my work car, so I didnt pay much attention at that time. Today:Kid sold me a membership that includes tire shine, and after I come out to vacuum, I see dirty tires. Not only were they not Shiney, they weren't even clean! I asked them about it and they said they knew it wasn't working and would be a couple weeks before it was fixed. When I chose my package for membership I specifically asked about the tire shine to make sure it was in the package I picked. He could have told me it wasn't working when I was signing up, bc i wouldn't have picked this one. And then he told me "we're not allowed to give you a rag with tire shine on it," which I hadn't even asked. So that tells me that they've been asked that question before which means either it's been down for a while, or goes down often. To top it off, the back of the car wasn't even clean either! I backed into the vacuum area, so didn't notice until my next stop. This pic was taken about 4 minutes after i had left the car wash. Annoyed is an understatement.

I have benefited from the services at Zips Car Wash on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem, NC several times. The prices are very reasonable especially given the options and maintenance of the facility. I have a large suv and every time my car has come out of the wash spotless. Regardless of the time of day there are always plenty of fresh clean towels perfectly rolled and neatly arranged as well as full spray bottles of glass cleaner also neatly arranged. Trash cans are conveniently located between vacuums so you don’t have to walk far. The vacuums have amazing suction and can easily remove the stubborn dog hair from my carpets. The parking lot is always clean and litter free. The air fresheners smell clean and fresh, though the smell doesn’t last long. The manager, Garrett, has been patient and answered my questions about using the convenient app you can download and use to earn points towards free washes and upgrades. It’s easy to use and navigate. I strongly recommend using this location for both quick ‘no-touch’ drive through washes and ‘do it yourself’ cleanings.

The Diamond plus wash is so worth it. My car looks so clean and new and it stays clean. I will also choose this option again. Their employees are nice and the car wash has rags and sprays and vacuum for after the wash. It is hot outside so please stay hydrated but also make sure to stop by and I highly recommend the diamond plus wash!!

I went through this car wash yesterday I paid $25 expecting my car to come out clean. There's streaks of dirt still on it. On top of that something in there cracked my front bumper. And I know it wasn't that easy when I went in. Don't waste your time or money here!!😡

If you use this car wash, be prepared for punctured tires, the TPMS sensor stem snapping off, broken mirrors, and nobody will compensate you for the damage.

I’m only giving them 3 stars because they tried to make it right but their setup is subpar for full size pickup trucks. My tailgate and 1 fender area was still full of soap. They let me ride through again and it wasn’t any better. See the picture attached. When the attendant said they don’t sell undercarriage options on their drive through washes, I should’ve just turned around. So even after going through it twice, my tailgate & rear bumper was still full of soap and still looks like hell since it’s dried. It’s probably a decent car wash for cars, but I won’t bring my pickup truck there again.
