I’m not sure why the Sherwood way location never seems to be open at 8, even the vacuums. There seems to be a manager there, I waited for 20 minutes this morning and they still did not say anything, did not turn on the wash or the vacuums. I pay for the $40 membership, so it’s frustrating when you’re trying to complete a task before work. I ended up driving across town to the knickerbocker location after wasting this time

I’m surprised my big f250 work truck fits in the Zips car wash, I’ve been to other car washes and the first thing I ask them is , if a big truck will fit without getting scratched and for the monthly price, for as many car washes as you want and free vacuum you can’t go wrong. UPDATE; I went by trying to get a hold of management for several days, texted him, left messages with employees and never responded, all I needed was receipts for my expense reports, I ended up contacting corporate and till this day no one has contacted me. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Will never do business with zips car wash. 👎👎👎

Paid $25 to wash my car with dirty water. Super cool. Soap wasn’t even rinsed off the back end. Had to go to another car wash just to do the job right. Paid for tire shine and the dirt wasn’t even rinsed out so I 100% believe that no matter how much you pay for the “premium package” they just spray your car with dirty hose water and poorly maintained equipment. If I could give it less than 1 I would because it’s not even the first time it’s happened. I thought it was a fluke when I came here months ago with the same issue. Don’t be like me. Don’t waste your money. Don’t use Zips

I've been a monthly member on and off since they opened . But I just cancelled my membership because over 1/2 of the wash doesn't work . You tell them and nobody does anything about it . In one part of the wash , it's washing your car with NO soap . I went in the one on Sherwood the other day after the rain , then went to Walmart and got groceries , came out and the whole back of my SUV hadn't even been touched . The dirt was still dry . Didn't even touch it . There are to many washes in town to put up with this anymore . And that's sad , because like I said , I've been going since they opened . CORPORATE fix these washes .

Paid $30 for the highest wash, not from the area so just came through for what I assumed to be a good wash. Highly disappointed they don’t use the bug spray or scrub at the entrance of the wash. The wash prices are ridiculous for no additional services. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere. Windshield is still covered in bugs. Not worth the free vacuums that were poor suction.

Ripped the antenna out of my truck Update: Zips denied my damage claim because I didn't see the tiny sign that they have stating to remove antennas. They also claim I didn't submit a damage claim in person the day of. I submitted one online as per the website before I traveled back to Dallas, TX.

First off the customer service was top notch! Rae is fantastic, you can tell he really cares about his service not only to your vehicle but to you as well. The car wash was also pretty great. For the amount of bugs and dust that was caked onto my car, I was surprised with how little was left after the wash. I will 100% be back.
