As far as car washes go Zips should be the industry standard. This location is always busy but the lines move VERY efficiently which I believe is a testament to the employees. If you haven’t purchased your membership here yet, you’re definitely missing out!

Warning: This company makes it nearly impossible to resolve billing issues with memberships. When I discovered that Zips Car Wash was charging me twice for a single car, I started by asking the local office to resolve the problem, trusting they would. They never did: despite my repeated complaints, they continued to charge me two identical amounts of over $40, two days apart. After several months of naively remaining their customer, I decided to call the corporate office, where they helped me but put up a thousand bureaucratic obstacles to resolve the problem. In the end, I asked to completely cancel my membership and refund the overcharged money. But after several more days, they told me they would only refund me for three months and would keep the remaining money they had charged incorrectly because "it was my responsibility not to have reported the problem in a timely manner," as if I hadn't been reporting it and asking for it to be fixed for several months (each time I called, I had to fully explain the situation). Then, when I was supposed to have my membership canceled, they continued charging me every month. I called again to report it. They asked me for screenshots of the new charges, which I sent on February 19th. But they still charged $47.93 to my card on February 28th and again yesterday, March 28th. That's almost $240 charged after I was told my membership had been finally canceled. I've never encountered a company so willing to steal their customers' money in such a shameless way.

I can see by the reviews that I’m not the only person that has had mirror damage at this place. The machine stuttered and moved backwards after passing my mirror bending it backward and breaking the auto fold motor. Ford does not sell these motors by themselves and a new mirror assembly is $1800. Filed an incident report with one of the employees on duty and was given an incident number and told corporate would call me in the next week. No phone call so I reached out and was told my incident number didn’t exist and there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for the manager at this locations phone number and was told corporate “had no contact information” for the manager. This is straight up dishonesty and terrible customer service. Go somewhere else and hope this place goes out of business.

Prices are great. There’s nobody rushing you or bothering you. The staff are always there to help and restock anything you need. My favorite car wash. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership and tried doing it over the phone but they don’t have any customer records so I had to stop by and cancel it in person. No big deal though. It took me five minutes and got a full refund for the month I didn’t go

Y’all, I’m leaving a review on a car wash company on my way out of town because they were that nice. Demetrius helped us out! 11/10 customer service. Super cool guy - my brother and I were chatting about how he was one of the highlights of our trip - right up there with Universal and St. Augustine. He was that nice! Interaction was fab, car wash was brill. One other tip for the vacuums would have been nice, but the power was fab. Cheers, Zips!

I recently visited Zip's Car Wash on Narcoossee in Lake Nona and again was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. First off, the equipment seems to be constantly broken, and it’s clear that there's no urgency to fix it. I’ve had to deal with malfunctioning machinery more times than I care to count, and it’s frustrating to pay full price for a service that only works half of the time. I reported to the staff that the entire rinse section was not working, leaving soap on my car, and they had nothing to say. The brushes never even touched the passenger side of my vehicle and, when my husband took his truck through, the entire lower half was dirty when he exited. Additionally, the detail bays are hardly ever stocked. You must go inside on most days to get towels. On top of that, the customer service is abysmal. The staff is unhelpful and at times suffer with a language barrier, which only adds to the frustration. The wait times are ridiculous too. They often only have one lane open, leading to long lines and wasted time. To add insult to injury, the facilities are dirty and poorly maintained. It's clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority here. I am certain that they are aware of a competitor wash opening soon nearby and customers will have a choice. Overall, my experiences at this Zip's Car Wash have been nothing short of terrible and I will be cancelling our memberships. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some serious improvements.

Great facility, great Wash for the basic package. My only issue is that a bit after 7pm ALL THE VACUUMS got shut down before me and another customer finished vacuuming the inside of the car. I understand it's closing time and that workers want to go home. However if your going to shut the vacuums down right after closing then it would be a courtesy to let us know so we don't bother spending money on the Wash knowing we won't have much time left to vacuum respectfully I would understand and just come back another day if it's communicated that you guys are about to close. But to take people's money and not give them a warning about the vacuums shutting off right when things close is not cool. The workers were nice and professional just wish they would have gave us a heads up and I would have been happy to come back another day.

Only one brush for pre-wash available. No Rags available. I am a member and have unlimited washes. The first wash did not get it totally clean so I was going to go through again but they had a sign up with cones blocking the entrance saying we will zip right back meaning it was closed. All the staff looks depressed. One of the vacuum tubes that I used was broken. Went again and they had more of the big brushes to pre-bug wash your car but the small handheld brushes were still missing. Much better music playing. The car wash was open. Went back again. The only thing that was missing was the handheld scrub brush to do the pre-bug wash. Everything else was very nice. Went back again. Everything was great. Went back again. Missing the handheld little brushes to do the pre-bug wash. Vacuums were on low-power and didn't suck everything up properly. Went back again. One of the blowers wasn't working. Went back again. The blower still wasn't working. They had the members lane blocked off with cones. Went back again. Two of the four hoses were broken. Went back again. This time there was no rinse water. Had to go home and hose off my van. Went back again. No small brush for bug wash. Bug wash water dirty. Soap left on car after wash. I canceled my membership.

I truly have to say that Barajas is truly very welcoming and just amazing. I have 3 Cars in this location and his fellowship how he treats people and us as individuals is truly amazing. I have referred over 8 Residents in this area just because of his Ground work of attention when he is around. Greatful and how he took the time to walk over and and inform my sons how to use the sink and were their located is so convenient. Thank you Barjas

I've only been to this place twice sp I had basically a whole month left car wash put scratches on my paint of your car is black like mine you will see scratches even on wheel I highly don't recommend washing car here if you value your vehicle paint. When I decided to cancel membership front desk didn't ask why and didn't seem to care either. Vacuums (some) barely have suction and when trash fills it over fills. I still will use wash city on university and apopka this one isn't part of washcity franchise I guess but it's a Soild no and never again.no scratches whatsoever on any parts of my car now 2 highly visible..il

I have been a member of this carwash for a long time, where every weekend I come to wash my wife's car and only vacuum my work truck, because I have a support in the back and I can't get in to wash it. Yesterday, 09/03/24, I came here to wash my wife's car and today, 10/03/24, I just came to vacuum my truck, I stood there for a long time because they didn't want to let me vacuum my car because it was full (every weekend). they are full this week), I have never paid to vacuum the car, of all the times I have come with my work truck, today they charged me $3 for it. I canceled my membership on my wife's car and I'm going to look for another one that doesn't make me have embarrassing moments. Bad experience

This place is Soooooo much better than Top Dog on Narcoossee. The machinesdo a pretty good job cleaning the vehicles. The staff is very helpful and the customer service is on point. There are always towels to dry your vehicle and those little air fresheners are a nice touch! Give them a try.

Barjas made my day again. Had it not been for him I’d not know of Zips latest offer. He was friendly and welcoming, even being their last wash of the day 😅. I’ve gone to many locations in SE Orlando, and even while Lake Nona will soon have 3 car washes I still come back to Zips. Please keep up your work, facilities and quality of service. Go to car wash spot. It’s a little pricey but they have a lot of bays. The towels and other supplies are always stocked. The vacuums work great. It’s easy to get in and out quickly. The mat cleaners are also a nice addition. So, for us, it’s worth the extra expense.

Affordable prices, super powerful vacuums, clean place. They provide brushes and sponges to pre-treat bugs and bird poo. My kids love the automatic car wash. Self service vacuum area has window cleaner, fresh towels that smell like clean!!, an air hose to spray your cup holders and small areas, window cleaner, Overall it was great!! 100% recommended.

Loved their service before I got my side mirror damaged inside their machine. Bought a new one thought it wasn’t their machine, the new replacement one got the exact same damage after the first wash. Spoke to the manager who was nice, said it is impossible that their machine caused it. Their cameras showed no damage prior to enterance, but there was no good view cameras afterward so “no evidence”. Cancelled my 3 cars monthly subscription that has been on for 3 years. I’ll wash it manually and buy the 3rd mirror. WATCH YOUR CAR BEFORE AND AFTER..
