Not the greatest service. The only reason I took the car for an interior detail was because the car had a significant amount of pet hair. I understand that pet hair is really hard to get out but the fact that there was still a really significant amount of hair still in the vehicle just makes me think that the car wasn’t cleaned properly. Also there is an extra fee for removal of pet hair that I paid, therefore I expect a great service. Special tools to get pet hair removed should of been used. I had pet hair still in the floor, seats, in between the seats, visor and literally everywhere! I spent close to $160 to get my car pretty much vacuumed, wiped down and the mats cleaned. The car smelled good but there’s no point if the car isn’t cleaned! I honestly could’ve done a better job myself and spent less money if only I had more time to do so. Not to mention that the upper interior and close to the doors was still dirty. I don’t know if this is not included in the interior detailing but I would assume that it is because it’s part of the interior! I took the car twice to get the job done!! And left both times disappointed. Never again. I don’t recommend. If only I could upload pictures!!

Extremely satisfied with the cleaning/detailing job they did on my truck. Soda cans had exploded in my vehicle and sprayed everywhere.. in the headliner, all over the cloth seats, the carpet, windows, and all the trim. When I picked it up from detailing, not only were all the stains from the soda gone, it looked like brand new inside! I couldn't believe it could look that nice. Professional, courteous, quality service at an excellent price. Highly recommended!

We had our windows tinted here a few years ago and they did a fantastic job - they're still in perfect condition years later. We have also had our vehicle detailed inside and out several times. They do a fantastic job and clean out every crack and crevice. There was a miscommunication about my appointment time this week and the level of customer service that I received from Ryan and the Ziebart team to address the situation was above and beyond what I could have asked for. They did another fantastic job detailing the inside and outside of our car. We will continue to recommend the great work you guys do and will certainly be back in the fall to detail the car again.

This was our first time having our vehicle professionally cleaned. We chose the Express Clean for our family van because we were given a gift card. I have never in my life seen my vehicle so spotless, shiny, and smelling so good! I seriously think they got Every. Single. Crumb. You can tell they pay attention to every detail and take pride in their work. It saved me a hot, sweaty, difficult job and now I want to come back at least once a year to get this done because it's so wonderful to have such a clean van!

My husband brought his truck for the annual check up on the undercoating. Well he got home and noticed it all over his spare tire and the kid Hector got it on the console and vinyl of the truck. Now what? How do you get that off ? Not to mention a lot of parts were completely missed. Almost makes him not care to ever bring it back again !!!!!!

I had the undercoating and rustproofing services done today on my 2015 Dart. Fast service (2 hours), and the owners were accommodating as well, even suggesting I cancel if was raining (2nd time was the charm). It's been 15 years since my last full undercoating, and I can say this: there is not a bit of rust on that car. This service is pricy, but rust is the only real thing that kills a car. If you plan on keeping it for 10 years, there's no reason not to invest in this. A few hundred now prevents thousands in body work after a decade of winters. Thanks guys!

I had some tints, rain guards, and an eyebrown installed on my 2019 F-150 Lariat. Ziebart did a fantastic job. A few weeks later the eyebrow was slightly peeling because of the thick stock frits on the outer edge of the windshield. I called them and Paul was quick to take my truck in and make the appropriate fix. Ziebart does great professional work at ataffordable prices.

Anyone who wants to have their vehicle frame and undercarriage protected from the salt should definitely see these guys. Many of my friends have had their vehicles done, and I had my truck done this past Saturday with a spray on bed liner. I'm very happy with the results and tell anyone who plans on keeping their vehicle for a long time like i do to get it done. For maximum coverage I removed my wheel well covers and when I got there I removed my tailight assemblies. Ziebart could've saved my old truck had it been done. Thank you Ziebart!!!!

I have been going there since I purchased my Armada in 2023. People there are awesome! I have been back since then each year for the touch up of underframe coating to prevent vehicle rusting from salt, and have never been disappointed. Just have the diamond coating done and they did such a fabulous job, my car looks even better than the day I drove my new car out of the dealership in 2023. They are my favorite! By the way, It is a no brainer to do the underframe coating in New England, I told all the friends I cared about to do it. It makes no sense to let the bottom of the car rot out if you want to drive your car for as long as it can take you.

I would like to share my review. I have been a customer for a very long time with Ziebart. Had many services performed by Ziebart and friendly staff. My 2004 Chevy Silverado has been protected for 20 years with the Diamond Gloss and undercoating all those 20 years. With this process being performed all these years, my 2004 Chevy Silverado lasted with protected paint from the Diamond Gloss and the whole truck frame from undercoating. Now with my new 2024 Chevy Silverado, I have started the same process of Diamond Gloss of exterior and Undercoating of the whole underneath of my truck to protect it and get the same successful years of life to my new 2024 Chevy Silverado. Jim and his whole staff at the Shrewsbury Ziebart have been very kind helping, with their knowledge professional service to me and others I have brought to them. I'll add photos later. They'll speak volumes. They ruined my truck with their undercoating. Exhaust, mudflaps, springs, motor, brakes, doors, windows, body... the application was an absolute mess. They didn't even fully cover what was SUPPOSED to be covered. But hey, my composite bed and plastic mudflaps are gonna last forever, so, there's that! 😐 800 bucks to spray it all over the place, now I have to figure out how to get it all off. Have it done if you wish. I sure as hell don't recommend it.
