Actually like this spot, but the people not so much. I have 3 cars and drive my older sedan more often, so I clean it the most. I bring it often to the wash and never had an employee approach me. I do notice that he approaches the nicer cars and talks to the drivers. I thought it was just in my head till today. I brought all 3 cars in a row because they were not busy, and was able to wash all 3 in about 2 hours. A 2021 mid grade SUV first, I was 1 of 3 people and no contact. Second the old sedan I was 1 of 5 with no contact. Third a 2024 luxury truck and I barely put it in park before he approached me. “Hi mam is this your first time here?” Me “no actually this is my third time today in the 2 hours” I vacuumed all cars and went unnoticed until I drove my luxury car. Do better! No matter what car people are washing we are spending the same amount.

I purchased the $25 wash. It didn’t do that great of a job. I was under the impression it was supposed to wash the undercarriage.

Clean welcoming facility with a new name. Accepts cash or credit. Reasonably priced, thorough clean. Three self service bays, two automatic bays, and three vacuum service stations.

Great do it yourself car wash. Bring my truck here and now my RV! Great for a little camper. Plenty of clearance mines a 22.5ft long! Won't take much bigger than a 25ft.

Jay did an amazing job detailing my 4Runner. It had so much dog fur inside and when he was done, it looked brand new! I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Jay whenever I need a detail!

I always use the self-service bays. I've never had an issue with the equipment or facility. The sprayers work and the brushes are in good repair so you won't scratch your vehicle. Lots of vaccums and space to wipe down your car after its bath.

Love this car wash customer service is superb! The owner is so thoughtful for holidays he gives out air fresheners and other small gifts. Free vacuums!! If he is working on the main drive through he makes sure to give a code to get a free wash on the touchless side. The car wash itself is very good. I drive uber so I get a lot of mosquitos on the front of my car from the long drives and the machine does very well removing them. Also they always have a tray for my dog! The owner is very friendly and provides exceptional service. Highly recommended it!

Kyle was very helpful making sure my vehicle was clean before I left the car wash. We went out of his way to spray my car down after the wash to make sure all the bugs were removed from the front of my car thank you Kyle!

Take your SUV elsewhere if you like automated washes. I did the super mint. The sides of my SUV were OK but the front had dry areas and brush strokes on the headlights. The back looked about 60% untouched. Water never even hit the window. See pictures. I’m totally bummed since this is so close to home. Update: I wanted to update my previous review. While the car wash did not get my SUV clean, the owners did follow up and offer a free wash. Apparently there is an issue with my rear spoiler and their automated wash. Tried the other bay and had same issue. I am adding stars for reaching out and trying to make things right. Great owners! The wash seems to do well for other vehicle types just not SUVs with rear visor/spoiler. I will use the self wash when the weather warms up. :)

This car wash used to be my go to. But they have gone down hill. They primarily focus on the automated wash and hey put in and the self service has drastically declined. Went in yesterday and the wheel sprayer and presoak barely put out any soap. Today when I came in to just spray off from the rain and dust yesterday, the employees rebooted the system without telling any customers that were in the middle of a wash. Good thing it was night and not hot out and I was almost done rinsing. Not sure who trained the ‘kids’ they have working but they could use a retraining. Guess it is time to find a new place to go to.

I went there yesterday, and I usually don’t have any issues with the self-wash. I sprayed the high-powered soap through the sprayer, but no soap came out like it normally does. When I told the worker, the person who I think was the owner told me it was supposed to be that way because they’ve switched to a new formula. He said it was better since it’s quicker to rinse off. However, when I got home and the car dried, there was still dirt on it. I’ll be avoiding this wash until they “update” their soap formula.

Self-service car wash has good pressure but not a lot of soap on high pressure soap function. May be necessary to spend more money on pre-soak first. The vacuum hose where I parked was almost totally clogged up. Will give it another try and see if there's some improvement.

terrible place, recommended literally anywhere else. the owner is not very smart at all and lacks basic critical thinking skills, get there and all bays are full so i sit and wait for the next bay and owner comes out and says to pull up “ dont be shy” so i pull up behind the middle bay where the guy is washing his car for free ( i literally watched a worker come out and swipe his own card on a lanyard on the machine) so I'm sitting there for 10 minutes and two more cars pull up to the bays beside me and get to the bay before me while im still waiting because this dude is taking his time since he’s not paying and i would’ve been in and out of the other bay if the owner didn't tell me to pull forward when there wasn’t even a line. Edit after owner reply: ok the workers lack basic critical thinking skills, and owner doesn’t seem to be able to read “there wasn’t even a line” so I’ll leave owner lacking part in original review, so as follows, literally go anywhere else, plenty of car washes in the area that have better service and bays.

I am beyond sad. My truck is ceramic coated and usually comes clean with very little effort. Today however I made the mistake of going to Zelo Car Wash. Why do I call it a mistake? Look at the photos! $25.00 to wash off what the rain could remove. So not waste your hard earned $$$$. These photos are after washing not before.

Ok so I’ve been going to this car wash for about 2 years , they have both a wash it your self with bays and free vacuums and great location about 3 miles from my house, they even have toucheless drive through and the regular drive through with some great options! Specifically with liquids to not scratch your vehicle and to obviously help really clean it. Like I said previously I’ve been going here to the self wash which is great, of course on weekends it’s gets busy and just realize that, unlike my dumb self! lol I had wrote a previous review and wanted to write another one… specifically because of Joey, I had met him before and he was very nice, but on Wednesday or yesterday I was able to meet him and spend a few minutes with him as he explained the differences between the drive through machines. My suv is black so I always tend to do it myself in the bays, this time I had my other vehicle which is a sports car and not black.. greyish silver . On any case after understanding what Joey was expelling to me and in great detail I went through the one with the brushes and man it did a GREAT job cleaning my car! I would highly suggest any of the washes they provide! More importantly I want to say THANK you to Joey, I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not, but bb speaking with him I would think so and the reason is because he cares a lot about knowing the differences in washes, the liquids used, the type of brushes used etc, not only that he was just an overall great person to speak to about cars and pleasant to speak to, one of those guys that if you had or were having a bad day, a convo with him would brighten your day! Here’s the kicker that made me really write this LONG review… he even wiped down my car after the machine did its job, even offered for me to come back and use the vacuums whenever I wanted to since that day I was in a rush and didn’t have time to vacuum!! If he’s not the owner… he deserves a raise! I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to him, not to mention last weekend while I was cleaning my black suv I had two other employees compliment me on my vehicles cleanliness, not only that but AGAIN both of them(one younger blondish hair and the other mid age with a beard and stocky build) were very nice and the type of people who would brighten your day if you were having a bad one!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash and give it a 10/10, 5 stars out of 5! GREAT people and great equipment! They even have great monthly programs that will save you a TON of money!’n if your in the area and need your car washed check ZELO car wash on Illiff Ave Aurora, right in the same shopping center of Walgreens!! Thanks again guys 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏💪 I get both ku car washed here, one in the bay via do it yourself , and my other car via the monthly service, which both are great, but once again, I want to leave a review for someone… this time KYLE, he helped me out the other day, I had my suv that unusulkyndo myself, but I tried the brushless and the asked Kyle if the brushless didn’t work that well what could I do, well he let me go through the bay to complete the wash! T he customer service and machines are all amazing but the employees really make the difference here! Thanks again Kyle and Jimmy!! It’s always a pleasure!

Didn’t have working vacuums at 733 pm. The other person who worked here is really helpful and when I came thru at almost 9pm, everything was working. Came tonight 12/23 and some young kid with a Santa hat was working and had already shut everything down. Couldn’t even clean out my car. I’ve been coming here the last six months and used to praise it but now will no longer come here anymore. One star. Employees only care about sucking money out of your debit card, not true customer service. Do NOT use this wash.
