Tried this out for the first time today. Wash was very mediocre, especially on the outside of the vehicle, especially for the Elite package ($100). However, even worse is the fact that the company seems dishonest. When I went to pay, the guy at the desk told me it was $125 (which is the SUV price). When I pointed to the sign behind him and said “I thought it was $100 for a sedan”, he said “oh right, $100”. When I pointed out the poor wash, he told me they didn’t get the bugs off my bumper because “it’s not bugs but tree sap and it would scratch your paint. Trust me, we’ve been doing this for 8 years.” The car has only ever been parked inside, and the so-called tree sap is only on the front bumper / hood as a streak. The car wash I use in the Bay Area (I drive the car back and forth weekly, hence the bug splatter) can always get the hood completely clean. For $42. 1* for service and honesty, 2* for wash (especially given the price)

Absolute class act. They do a great job cleaning and the ticket system makes it super easy to pick up quickly. I can’t wait until they add valet to century city.

I don’t normally write reviews. But every once in a while I’ll feel inspired to. It’s hard to find a good car wash in Los Angeles. One that’s consistent and reliable. I came across this place when it just opened up its location at Century city Mall. I had a bunch of errands to run in the area and decided to give this place a shot. I was met by an extremely friendly guy named Edwin who convinced me to get a membership. Let me tell you. This was the best decision. I’m all about efficiency and as a member of Equinox and someone who goes to Next Health both which are in this mall. It makes life so much easier. Jason’s been up in the front lately and is always super welcoming. I always get my car back like it’s brand spanking new. I had the pleasure of meeting Frankie who is one of the guys who washes the cars there. Probably one of the kindest most hard working guys I’ve met. I always know I’m gonna get a stellar wash when he’s working. This place is run really well. Thanks Xclusive Auto spa for making my life a little easier and more pleasant.

+ 5 stars for the interior detail - 1 star for residual clay bar marks/scuffs/residue - 2 stars for gaslighting me I tried Xclusive Auto Spa today while doing some Holiday shopping at Westfield Century City. I found the location (in the Westfield parking garage) pretty convenient and reasonably priced for a wash/interior clean. The manager was friendly and without pressure upsold me on a package that included a clay bar wax and a full interior detail ($275) since it has been 3 years since I waxed my Jeep. It was ready for pickup in time as promised (1 hour). When walking up to pick up my vehicle, it was sparkling but I immediately noticed what looked like 4 large scuff marks on the hood. I pointed them out to the manager thinking they were just residual marks from the clay bar not being buffed out thoroughly. I was told these were in fact scratches, not clay marks and that it was "the first thing (he) noticed when I pulled up". I was skeptical since I had never noticed these before, but since I really couldn't prove it (and haven't studied the hood of my car lately), I accepted what I thought was a professional's word, but drove away feeling a little uncertain and gaslit. When I got home, I took a closer look at the marks and wiped one of them with the end of my t-shirt out of curiosity and was able to rub part of it off. Hmnnn. I then grabbed a microfiber towel and was able to wipe off all of the marks with a little elbow grease in less than 10 mins. So I'm pretty sure they were residual clay marks or some other residue (they felt waxy) like I first tried to point out. The interior was perfect and like new - hence the 2 stars. A few points here: 1. If these guys were professional they would have immediately been able to tell the difference between scratches and whatever these marks were regardless if they were from the clay bar or some other waxy residue. 2. Even if the vehicle had these on the hood before as the manager claimed, the clay bar and some elbow grease should have removed them if the job was done right since they were just residue marks on the surface that I was able to wipe off with my t-shirt (not scratches)! 3. Because of 1 and 2 above, I have to assume the manager either tried to gaslight me in the worst case scenario, or, in the best case scenario they simply didn't do a great job waxing the car if I wiped these out with my t shirt and a microfiber towel. 4. I would have taken my car right back to show him in person, but with LA traffic, who has time for that? So I can only leave an honest review of my experience. 5. The interior was perfect, but sadly all of the above tainted the experience entirely and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would still have given them at least 4 or 5 stars if they just wiped off the clay marks/residue like I had to. So, I can't recommend them for anything other than maybe a wash and interior detail. But I won't be taking my car back to them for either.

I have been a member with Xclusive auto detailing for a little over 2 years now and there is no one else I trust to detail my car then this company. I am always greeted with a nice warm smile and truly feel welcomed by all detailers. I got into a minor accident and had scratches on my bumper and Adrian went out of his way to explain each and every wash they have to offer and what wash will help take off the paint left over on my vehicle. I am never left disappointed I highly recommend getting a wash by them if you haven’t already !

I had a highly disappointing and concerning experience at Xclusive Auto Spa at Westfield Century City. I specifically requested the $100 Luxe wash for my vehicle. The employee offered to “upgrade” me to the $150 wash for $125, which I declined. Despite that, I was later sent a payment link for $125 without explanation. When I returned to ask why, I was told that SUVs are automatically charged $125 — something that was never disclosed at the time of service. The wash, which was quoted to take an hour, was nearly finished in under 10 minutes, raising questions about whether the service was rushed or misrepresented. When I picked up my car, I was charged a total of $133 — $33 more than the amount I agreed to — and noticed a visible scratch on the hood of my vehicle. When I pointed it out immediately, I was told there was “nothing they could do,” that it was “not their problem,” and they refused to file a claim. I informed them that their own posted policy requires damage claims to be made before leaving the premises, which I did — and I documented the entire interaction on video. When I asked to speak to a manager, the individual told me he was the manager and that there was no one else I could speak to — effectively cutting off any chance of resolution on-site. After reading other reviews, I found that multiple customers have reported identical scratches and similar treatment, which suggests a pattern of negligence and avoidance of responsibility. I have formally disputed the charge with my credit card company and am considering legal options if the issue is not addressed. This business shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and care. I would strongly caution others against bringing their vehicle here.

i’m writing to challenge your policy of upcharging a Tesla Model Y as an “SUV.” the surcharge isn’t justified by the interior space you actually have to vacuum and wipe down, and the numbers make that clear. first, here are the Model Y’s own interior figures from Tesla and independent reviewers: • passenger volume: about 106 cubic feet (car and driver). • cargo space: 33.5 cubic feet with the second row up; 74.8 cubic feet maximum with seats folded (tesla owner’s manual). now compare that to some sedans you routinely classify at the lower “car” price even though they have more interior cabin space to clean: • Lincoln Town Car — passenger volume 108.7 cubic feet; trunk 21.0 cubic feet. that’s larger cabin space than a Model Y. • BMW 7 Series — passenger volume 112 cubic feet; trunk 19.1 cubic feet. again, more cabin volume than a Model Y. • Mercedes-Benz S-Class — passenger volume 120 cubic feet; trunk 13 cubic feet. this sedan’s passenger space substantially exceeds a Model Y. for reference, even a very roomy modern sedan like the Toyota Avalon offers roughly 103 cubic feet of passenger space and 16.1 cubic feet of trunk, putting it in the same ballpark as the Model Y’s cabin while you still bill it at the lower “car” rate. you might point to cargo figures with the seats folded, but standard interior cleaning typically covers the occupied cabin with seats upright, not a cargo hold that has to be created by reconfiguring the vehicle. Tesla’s own documentation shows the model y’s everyday, seats-up cargo behind the second row is about 33.5 cubic feet, which is comparable to many hatchbacks and far from the cavernous, three-row sport-utility vehicles that your “suv” surcharge was designed for. if you’re telling me a Model Y is somehow “more space and harder to clean” than a Lincoln Town Car, a BMW 7 Series, or a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the published dimensions disagree. those sedans have more passenger volume than the Model Y by approximately: • Town Car: +2.7 cubic feet over Model Y. • 7 Series: +6 cubic feet over Model Y. • S-Class: +14 cubic feet over Model Y. another example, here are the Lucis Air’s numbers: passenger volume about 100.7 cubic feet, with 32.1 cubic feet total in the trunk plus frunk. even if you included trunks in your cleaning (you typically don’t unless requested), the Lucid’s usable storage is sedan-style compartments, not a giant open cargo bay. bottom line: billing by a vague label like “SUV” penalizes compact crossovers like the Model Y even when their cabin volume is equal to or smaller than large sedans you price lower. a fair approach is to price interior cleans by measurable criteria such as passenger volume range, row count, or seats-up cargo behind the second row, rather than by marketing labels. based on the data above, a Tesla Model Y should be billed at your standard “car” rate since it reflects its actual interior volume, not an oversized sport-utility category.
